Jeffrey Bezos

Mr. Jeffrey P. (Jeff) Bezos serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Amazon.com Inc. Mr. Bezos has been Chairman of the Board since founding the Company in 1994 and Chief Executive Officer since May 1996. Mr. Bezos served as President from founding until June 1999 and again from October 2000 to the present. Mr. Bezos’ individual qualifications and skills as a director include his customer-focused point of view, his willingness to encourage invention, his long-term perspective, and his on-going contributions as founder and CEO.

Brian Olsavsky

Mr. Brian T. Olsavsky is a Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of the Company, effective June 01, 2015. Mr. Olsavsky joined Amazon in April 2002 as Vice President of Finance. He has held numerous financial leadership roles across Amazon with global responsibility. From January 2002 to December 2006, he was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations. He joined Amazon.com as Vice President and General Manager, Operations in September, 1999. He left AlliedSignal (now Honeywell) where he was Vice-President and General Manager, Pharmaceutical Fine Chemicals.
