Mr. Scott is Chartered Accountant with 25 years of upstream and downstream experience in the oil and gas and energy sector in Australia, Asia and the United States. He previously held the roles of Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer with Arrow Energy Ltd. Prior to joining Arrow in 2004, his career spanned appointments as Group Finance Manager at Energy Developments Limited, Project Finance Director at NRG, and Manager of ARCO's international oil and gas mergers and acquisitions team. He holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy and Bachelor of Arts in Rec Admin.

Patrick Kedemos
