Name Description

James Lambert

Mr. James Scot Lambert is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Animalcare Group Plc. He has been a non-executive director since 2003. James was appointed Chairman in 2008 when it was acquired by Ritchey plc for whom he was chairman since 2005 and non-executive director since 2003. James started at Richmond Foods in 1998 leading a series of acquisitions to make Richmond the largest ice cream manufacturer by volume in the UK. James is now chairman of R & R Ice cream.

Iain Menneer

Dr. Iain David Menneer is Group Chief Executive Officer, Director of Animalcare Group PLC. He has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective January 11, 2013. He joined Animalcare Ltd in December 2003 working in marketing and business development roles, with a particular focus on commercialisation of new products. Iain has been Head of Marketing since July 2009 and Director of Marketing for Animalcare Group plc from June 2011, being promoted to the Board on 1 July 2011. He has worked in the Research and Innovation Office at the University of York to commercialise research via licensing or spin-out companies. Iain had previously graduated with a degree and PhD in chemistry from the University of Newcastle and worked in the brewing industry for 6 years; initially in research at an independent brewing consultancy and then in new product and technical development .

Chris Brewster

Mr. Chris J. Brewster is Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Director of Animalcare Group plc. Chris joins Animalcare from Findus Group where he has worked since 2010 as Group Accounting Manager. In this role, Chris managed the consolidation and preparation of the Findus Group monthly management accounts across the business units within the UK and Europe. Prior to joining Findus Group, Chris was a Senior Audit Manager at KPMG where he led a department within the Leeds audit practice of circa 30 professional staff including five Managers. Chris has also had key audit client experience at Infinis, Persimmon and Maplin Electronics. Chris qualified as an Associate Chartered Accountant in 2003 and holds a chemistry degree from the University of Sheffield.

Nick Downshire

Lord Nick Downshire is Non-Executive Director of Animalcare Group Plc. He joined the board of Animalcare in 2008 when it was acquired by Ritchey plc for whom he acted as a director since 1998. Nicholas is a qualified accountant who has worked in corporate finance and venture capital, plus holding nonexecutive directorships in a diverse range of businesses in 2001. He currently farms and manages an estate in Yorkshire and holds non-executive directorships in companies operating in RFID, agricultural supplies, hotels and insurance.

George Gunn

Mr. George William Gunn has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Animalcare Group Plc., with effect from 9 February 2015. Mr Gunn stepped down recently as Head of the Animal Health Division and from the Executive Committee of Novartis AG on completion of the sale of that division on 1st January 2015. He has extensive experience in Animal Health Pharmaceuticals over a career that has spanned 30 years within the industry including the Wellcome Foundation, Janssen Pharmaceutical, Pharmacia Corporation and Novartis, where he has worked since 2003. In his early career Mr Gunn worked as a Veterinary Practitioner in Scotland before joining the Ministry of Agriculture as a Veterinary officer advising on notifiable disease issues. Mr Gunn is a qualified veterinary surgeon, a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and has an Honorary Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from the University of Edinburgh. Mr Gunn is a past-Chairman of the National Office of Animal Health (NOAH) and past-President of the International Federation of Animal Health (IFAH).

Raymond Harding

Mr. Raymond Bryan Harding is Non-Executive Director of Animalcare Group plc. He was until 2010 owner Managing Director of Cyton Bioscience Ltd., a multi-service consultancy for both animal health and pharmaceutical industries. Raymond remains a Consultant for Cyton advising and providing training on new product development and registration in Europe. Raymond has been both Chairman of the Association of Veterinarians in Industry and President of the Federation of European Veterinarians in Industry and Research. In addition, Raymond is a member of the Institute of Directors and is a Fellow of The Organisation for Professionals in Regulatory Affairs. Earlier in his career, Raymond has held positions at Glaxo Animal Health in the United Kingdom and Rhone Merieux in France. He is a qualified veterinarian having completed his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and been admitted into the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. His Current directorships/partnerships includes: AnPharm Limited. His Directorships/Partnerships in the last 5 years includes: Cyton Biosciences Limited, Gosmore Limited.
