Name Description

Blanca Frias

Ms. Blanca Stella Frias has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Angel Gold Corp., with effect from July 20, 2012. Ms. Frias has worked on the ground in the Latin American mining scene for more than 20 years. With knowledge of South American communities, she began her career by creating her own private company to consult in a number of small mining districts throughout Venezuela and Guyana. Ms. Frias has worked for companies such as Gold Reserve de Venezuela (a subsidiary of Gold Reserve Inc.), the NOA Foundation in Catamarca, Argentina, Greystar Resources, Terramundo Drilling, Minera Providencia (a Colombian subsidiary of Minera Andes), and Revemin II CA (Venezuelan subsidiary of Crystallex International). During this time period, Ms. Frias gained recognition as a community leader and CSR specialist. Ms. Frias recently held the position of Administration and Community Relations Manager for Ventana Gold Corporation (VEN.T). She was a key member of the management team which developed Ventana from an exploration company to a company having defined a world class gold deposit at La Bodega, Colombia. Ms. Frias will be based out of the Company offices in Medellin, Colombia, which is in close proximity to the El Cafetal and Buritica West Gold Projects currently under evaluation by the Company.

Mark Gelmon

Mr. Mark Gelmon, CA, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Angel Gold Corp., with effect from June 3, 2013. Mr. Gelmon obtained his bachelor of arts degree at the University of British Columbia, subsequently attained his chartered accountant designation in 1995 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. Mr. Gelmon has provided his to several TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies in the capacity of director, chief financial officer and consultant. His background as a CA provides the company with the necessary skills required for financial management, reporting operating results to the board of directors, liaisoning with financial institutions and staying in compliance with today's complex regulatory reporting requirements.

Allen Ambrose

Mr. Allen V. Ambrose is Independent Director of Angel Gold Corp. He has 24 years of experience in the mining industry, including work with companies as well as junior exploration companies. He has been a director of Minera Andes since November, 1995. Mr. Ambrose has experience in all phases of exploration, project evaluation and project management, and has worked as a geologic consultant in the U.S., Venezuela, and Argentina. As a consultant, he was a co-discoverer of a Venezuelan auriferous massive sulfide deposit acquired by Gold Reserve Corporation, and known as the Brisas deposit. He has been employed as the exploration manager for N.A. Degerstrom Inc., a U.S. contract mining company, and has worked as a geologist for Cyprus minerals, Kidd Creek Mines, Molycorp, Boise Cascade and Dennison Mines. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Geology from Eastern Washington University. Mr. Ambrose sat on the board of directors of Cadre Resources Ltd. until March 2001, and has been a director of Kaieteur Resource Corporation and Century Mining Corporation since July 2002.

Jon Lehmann

Mr. Jon H. Lehmann has been appointed as Independent Director of Angel Gold Corp., effective November 27, 2012. Mr. Lehmann is a licensed professional geologist in the state of Washington and a qualified person as defined by NI 43-101. He has exploration and evaluation experience of over 25 years, ranging from prospect generation to feasibility studies to reserve expansion at operating mines. Mr. Lehmann has managed numerous exploration projects in North, Central and South America, while working for small-cap companies, including Cyprus Minerals, Amex Gold, Echo Bay Mines, Inland Gold and Silver, Minera Andes, and Ventana Gold Corp. Mr. Lehmann has also been president of a private environmental consulting firm and is a registered environmental assessor in the state of California. He holds a BSc degree in geology from Washington State University, and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr. Lehmann is vice-president of exploration for Ventana Gold, where he has directed the discovery and delineation of the La Bodega gold deposit in Columbia.

Paulo Javier Ochoa Silva

Mr. Paulo Javier Ochoa Silva has been appointed as Independent Director of Angel Gold Corp., with effect from July 20, 2012. Mr. Ochoa is currently a practising lawyer in Colombia, with experience in intergovernment relations. Mr. Ochoa has served in management positions with several companies in Colombia, including director of planning for Proexport, legal vice-president of Empresa de Telecomunicationes de Bogota (a company with about 4,500 employees and annual sales of approximately $500-million (U.S.)), Empresa de Renovacion Urbana de Bogota DC (an industrial and commercial company owned by Bogota responsible for the design and implementation of urban renewal projects) and the Superintendencia de Sociedades (a government agency responsible for regulating and monitoring corporations in Colombia). Mr. Ochoa has a reputation in both the private and public sector in Colombia.

Thomas Wharton

Mr. Thomas E. Wharton has been appointed as Independent Director of Angel Gold Corp., effective 14 September 2012. Mr. Wharton brings over 30 years of business experience in the start-up, development, operation and financing of early-stage companies and has served as chief financial officer, chief executive officer or as a board member for various private and publicly traded companies. Mr. Wharton obtained a bachelor's degree in accounting from Creighton University in Omaha, Neb., in 1983 and for the last two years has worked as a consultant for various exploration-stage junior mining companies and investment funds focused on junior mining as well as oil and gas investment opportunities.
