Prior to joining the board of Angle Energy, Mr. Muchowski served as the Chairman of the Board and Secretary-Treasurer of Grandir Resources Ltd., a privately held oil and gas exploration company. From 1996 through 2000, Mr. Muchowski was a director of TriGas Exploration Inc. Mr. Muchowski received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Saskatchewan in 1964 and a Bachelor of Science in Honors Physics from the University of Saskatchewan in 1965. He became a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists and Geophysicists of Alberta in 1979.

Jacob Roorda

 Mr. Jacob Roorda is Independent Director of Angle Energy Inc. Mr. Roorda has nearly 25 years of experience in the role of vice president and president in the oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Roorda became a director of Angle Energy in August 2010. He was the Vice Chair and President of Canoe Capital Corporation from 2008 to 2011. He also held the position of President from 2002 to 2006 and the position of Vice President, Corporate from 2006 through 2008 at Harvest Operations Corporation. Mr. Roorda earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, from Queen’s University at Kingston in 1979 and completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Calgary in 1987.

Keith Turnbull

 Mr. Keith S. Turnbull, BSc, CA, serves as Independent Director of Angle Energy Inc., since March 2012. Mr. Turnbull has over 30 years of experience in the oil and natural gas industry. Mr. Turnbull was a partner of KPMG LLP for nearly 30 years and, prior to his retirement in 2009, a member of the executive management committee. He is currently a member of the board of directors and chair of the audit committee of CE Franklin Ltd., a TSX and NASDAQ listed company as well as Carbon Management Canada Inc., a not-for-profit corporation focused on innovations related to the reduction of carbon emissions. Mr. Turnbull is a former director of UNX Energy Corp., a TSX-V and Frankfurt listed oil and gas offshore exploration company. While serving as partner of KPMG, Mr. Turnbull’s clients included a wide variety of public and private companies, primarily in the resource and resource services sector. Mr. Turnbull received his Bachelor of Science degree from Bishop University in 1971 and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1975.
