Eduardo Elsztain

 Mr. Eduardo Sergio Elsztain has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alto Palermo SA (APSA) since 1994. He is Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He was granted a leave of absence from January 7, 2013 to January 31, 2013. He also was on leave between December 27, 2011 and January 2, 2012 and was granted a leave of absence from July 16, 2012 to July 26, 2012, January 10, 2012 to January 30, 2012 and from April 5, 2012 to April 16, 2012, including. He has been engaged in the Real Estate business for more than 20 years. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of IRSA, Consultores Assets Management SA, Banco Hipotecario, Tarshop, BACS Banco de Credito & Securitizacion and BrasilAgro, among others. He has also acted as Vice Chairman of the Board of E-Commerce Latina SA. Mr. Elsztain holds a degree in Economic Sciences from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Alejandro Gustavo Elsztain

 Mr. Alejandro Gustavo Elsztain serves as Vice Chairman and Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Alto Palermo SA (APSA). He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board in 2003. He is Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He acts as Second Vice Chairman of the Board of IRSA, Vice Chairman of the Board of Nuevas Fronteras y Hoteles Argentinos and Board Member of Inversora Bolivar. He obtained a degree in Agricultural Engineering from Universidad de Buenos Aires.

Saul Zang

 Dr. Saul Zang has served as First Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alto Palermo SA (APSA) since 2003. He is Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He is Member of the International Bar Association and the Interamerican Federation of Lawyers. He is Founding Partner of Zang, Bergel & Vines Abogados, a law firm. He is also Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of IRSA and Chairman of the Board of Puerto Retiro SA, Vice Chairman of the Board of Fibesa and Board Member of Tarshop, Banco Hipotecario, Nuevas Fronteras SA, Palermo Invest SA and BrasilAgro, among others. Matias Ivan Gaivironsky

 Mr. Matias Ivan Gaivironsky has served as Chief Financial Officer of Alto Palermo SA (APSA) since December 7, 2011. He has held various posts at Cresud and IRSA since 1997. In 2008 he served as Chief Financial Officer of Tarshop. He holds a Bachelors degree in Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires and a Masters degree in Finance from Universidad del CEMA.

Daniel Elsztain

 Mr. Daniel Ricardo Elsztain serves as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Alto Palermo SA (APSA). He was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Company in 2011. He joined the Company’s Board in 2004. He acted as Director of Sales of the Company from 1998 to 2004. He acts as Board Member of Hersha Hospitality Trust and Supertel Hospitality inc. Mr. Elsztain obtained a degree in Economic Sciences from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Universidad Austral.

David Alberto Perednik

 Mr. David Alberto Perednik serves as Chief Administrative Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of Alto Palermo SA (APSA). He joined the Company’s Board in 2010. He was appointed Chief Administrative Officer of the Company in 2002. He has worked for various companies such as Marifran Internacional SA, a subsidiary of Louis Dreyfus Amateurs, where he acted as Chief Financial Officer from 1986 to 1997. In addition, he worked as Senior Consultant at the Administration and Systems department of Deloitte & Touche from 1983 to 1986. He currently works as Chief Administrative Officer of Cresud and IRSA. Rolando Argenti

 Mr. Rolando Argenti has served as Director of Sales of Alto Palermo SA (APSA) since 2009. He has over 20 years of experience in Strategic Marketing & Sales. He formerly worked as Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Citibank for more than 10 years. He was also Chief Marketing Officer of HSBC, Main Director of Sales of Banco Rio de la Plata SA, and Chief Marketing Officer of American Express and Mastercard/Argencard for Argentina and Uruguay, among others. He has also served as University Professor for over 10 years. Mr. Argenti obtained a degree in Political Sciences (MD) and attended a Masters degree in Strategic Management from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.

 Mr. Enrique A. Antonini has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Alto Palermo SA (APSA) since 2007. He has been Member of the Audit Committee of the Company since November 7, 2007. He has worked as Member of the Board of Directors of Banco Mariva SA since 1992 and of Mariva Bursatil SA since 1997. Between 1993 and 2002, he served as Member of the Board of Directors of IRSA. Fernando Adrian Elsztain

 Mr. Fernando Adrian Elsztain has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Alto Palermo SA (APSA) since 1998. He took a leave of absence from July 7, 2012 to July 25, 2012, inclusive. He has been engaged in the Real Estate business as Consultant and Managing Officer of a real estate agency. He has been Chairman of the Board of Llao Llao Resorts SA, Palermo Invest SA and Nuevas Fronteras SA.
