 Mr. Aleksandr Dmitrievich Kirilichev has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Advisor at Primorskoye morskoye parokhodstvo OAO since 2004. Additionally to his current duties at the Company, since 2004, he has acted as Chairman of the Board of Directors in KB Prisko Kapital Bank ZAO and at Zashchita-Nakhodka OASO. Since 2012, he has also acted as Director of Prisko Singapur’s branch in Moscow. He graduated from Academy of National Economy under the government of Russia Federation. Mr. Aleksandr Dmitrievich Kirilichev also holds a degree from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics.

 Ms. Olga Valentinovna Pinina has been Chief Accountant at Primorskoye morskoye parokhodstvo OAO since 2009. Between 2008 and 2009, she held this same post at Prisko Print OOO.
