Lon Greenberg |
Mr. Lon R. Greenberg has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., the General Partner of Amerigas Partners LP., effective April 1, 2013. Mr. Greenberg has been UGI’s Chief Executive Officer since 1995 and Chairman of its Board of Directors since 1996. Mr. Greenberg joined UGI in 1980 as Corporate Development Counsel and has served the company for over three decades in various senior management roles including General Counsel (1983-1987), Vice President – Legal and Corporate Development (1987-1989), Senior Vice President – Legal and Corporate Development (1989-1994), President (1994-2005) and Vice Chairman of the Board (1995-1996). |

Mr. Jerry E. Sheridan is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of AmeriGas Propane Inc., the General Partner of Amerigas Partners LP. Mr. Sheridan is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the General Partner (since March 2012). Previously, he served as Vice President - Operations and Chief Operating Officer of the General Partner (2011 to 2012) and as Vice President - Finance and Chief Financial Officer (2005 to 2011). Mr. Sheridan also serves on the Management Board of the Engineered Materials Division of JM Huber, a privately held company (since 2012). |

Mr. John L. Walsh is the Vice Chairman of the Board of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., the General Partner of Amerigas Partners LP. Mr. Walsh is a director and Vice Chairman of the General Partner (since 2005). He also serves as a director and President and Chief Operating Officer of UGI Corporation (since 2005). Mr. Gallagher joined UGI Corporation in 1990 and has served both UGI and AmeriGas in various finance, accounting and operations roles including treasurer, director of treasury services and investor relations, director - business development and director - financial planning and analysis. He has served in various roles for the General Partner, including Director of Corporate Development (2007-2011), Director of Integration Management Office (2011-2012) and Director of Field Service Initiative (September of 2012 through present). Previously, Mr. Cane served as Corporate Controller at ImageMax, Inc., a provider of outsourced document management solutions, a position in which he served from 2002 to 2004. Previously, he was Vice President - Corporate Development of UGI Corporation (1995 to 1996). Prior to joining UGI Corporation, Mr. Katz was Director of Corporate Development with Campbell Soup Company for over five years. Mr. Gregory A. Pratt is an Independent Director of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., the General Partner of Amerigas Partners LP. Mr. Pratt was elected a director of the General Partner on May 24, 2005.
