Name Description

Arthur Troup

Mr. Arthur G. Troup is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Sultan Minerals Inc. Mr. Troup has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since June 1997. Mr. Troup has also served as Vice President, Exploration and Director of Cream Minerals Ltd. since 1987, Vice President, Exploration of Emgold Mining Corporation since September 1993, Vice President, Exploration of ValGold Resources Ltd. from June 1996 to January 2005, and is currently Chief Geologist of ValGold Resources Ltd. Prior to this, he was President of Archean Engineering Ltd., a firm offering project management and mineral exploration services, from 1981 through to 1996. Mr. Troup graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario with a M.Sc. in Geology. He has over 30 years experience in the mining industry in North America, Southeast Asia and North Africa working for Rio Algom, Teck Corporation, Canada Nickel Corporation and Placer Dome Canada Limited, and the Geological Survey of Canada.

Marc Lee

Mr. Marc H. K. Lee is Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary of Sultan Minerals Inc. In 1992, Mr. Lee became a trader with Toronto Dominion Greenline Investor Services, Inc. In 1993 he moved to the Bank of Montreal Investorline where he was the principal trader for Asian clients. From 1996 to 1998 he set up and managed the first TD GreenLine office in Hong Kong and in 1998 he became director of operations for E*TRADE branded service in Asia. In 2000 he became vice-president of financial services for Asia Commerce and in 2001 was appointed executive director, head of investor services for the Bank of China international on-line trading. Mr. Lee has been responsible for corporate communications at Sultan Minerals since June, 2006. Mr. Lee studied at the University of British Columbia from 1980 to 1985 and since then has had experience with investor relations and corporate communications in the technology, financial and banking sectors.

Linda Dandy

Ms. Linda Dandy is Director of the Company. She is a professional geoscientist, and has been involved in all aspects of mineral exploration and development for over 30 years. During this time, she has worked as a consultant to major mining companies, junior resource companies and the British Columbia Ministry of Mines. The majority of her career to date has consisted of precious-metal exploration in the North American Cordillera, although she has international experience through a broad spectrum of deposit types. Ms. Dandy was integral in the new discovery of the Gold Mountain zone (gold porphyry) on Sultan's Kena property. Another highlight includes exploration, development and mine permitting of the Yellowjacket gold mine in Northern British Columbia. Ms. Dandy is a graduate of the University of British Columbia.

Benjamin Ainsworth

Mr. Benjamin Ainsworth is Independent Director of Sultan Minerals Inc. He is a Consulting Geological Engineer Director and/or officer of other natural resource companies. He is also the President of Metamin Enterprises Inc. He joined Placer Development (now Placer Dome) as a Senior Geologist in 1965 and held assignments as Exploration Manager - Eastern Canada, Exploration Manager - Chile, President - Placer Chile S.A. de C.V.. While with Placer he carried out exploration work in British Columbia and the Yukon, which lead to the discovery in 1972 of the world class Howards-Pass lead-zinc deposit. In 1986, he formed an international mineral exploration consultancy and has served on the board of several junior mining companies working with a wide range of metals and mineral commodities. He has been a Director of Dajin Resources Corp., White Tiger Mining Corp., Hathor Exploration Limited, Columbia Yukon Explorations Inc., ESO Uranium Corp., Black Panther Mining Corp. and Canyon Copper Corp. Mr. Ainsworth graduated with an Honours Degree in Geology from Oxford in 1962. After graduating he worked in base metal exploration in Eire and served as a Development Geologist with the Ghana Geological Survey.

Robin Merrifield

Mr. Robin M. Merrifield is Independent Director of Sultan Minerals Inc. Mr. Merrifield obtained his professional designation while working for Deloittes in Cape Town, South Africa. Subsequent to Deloittes, he served as the South African group financial manager for the diversified interests of a UK shipping and hotel conglomerate. He was then recruited to work in the Kalahari Desert in Botswana for ten years, as Financial Controller for a nickel/copper mining complex, controlled by Anglo-American Corporation. In Canada, he first served as Assistant Vice-President of Finance for one of Robert Friedland's Vancouver companies with foreign gold mining operations. He then moved to Saskatoon, Canada, to become Controller for Cameco Corporation, the world's producer of uranium. Mr. Merrifield is a Chartered Accountant providing financial and general management consulting services internationally and locally to the mining industry Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Uranium One Inc
