Villarzu, Juan Mr. Juan Villarzu serves as Chairman of the Board of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. Mr. Villarzu joined as Chairman of the Company in January 2008, bringing to the Company his vast experience in mining and in the Chilean public and private sectors. He spent nine years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the world’s largest copper producer, Codelco Chile; he was also Chairman of the International Copper Association (ICA), considered the top organization for the promotion of copper worldwide. Mr. Villarzu has held other such prestigious positions as Member of the APEC Business Advisory Council, Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of Chile and Senior Economist to the World Bank. Mr. Villarzu has a Masters in Economics from the University of Chicago and has been recognized for numerous commendations and awards including: “The Economist of the Year, 1997” (Department of Economics and Alumni Association of the University of Chile); and “The Copper Man of the Year, 2005” (Ankh Award, the Copper Club Inc., New York, USA.)
Turner, Bruce Mr. Bruce Turner serves as President, Chief Executive Officer of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. He is a Canadian citizen and a 23 year resident of Chile. During the majority of his 35 year mining career, he was employed in progressively more senior roles by BHP Billiton Limited, a large global mining and energy company, culminating in the position of President of Minera Escondida Ltda., the world's largest copper mine. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining Engineering (1974) from the University of British Columbia and a Doctor of Technology (Honorary Degree) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has also completed the Advanced Management Course at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Ashton, Stephanie Ms. Stephanie Ashton serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. Ms. Ashton, since 2002, has overseen the development and management of Lopez & Ashton, a firm which provides legal, accounting and business platform services for foreign investors and local clients. She graduated from Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France (HEC) with an MBA in International Legal & Tax Strategy after completing a B.Sc. from California Polytechnic State University (San Luis Obispo, California) in International Business. Ms. Ashton has over 16 years of work experience in management consulting and auditing for multinational companies in Europe, North America and South America. Since her arrival in Chile in 1995, she has been dedicated to providing services to foreign mining companies operating in Latin America.
Behn, Bruno Mr. Bruno Behn serves as Vice President - Mining, Chile, Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc since August 5, 2009. He has served as Vice President - Corporate Affairs, Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. Mr. Behn is a Civil Mining Engineer with over 40 years of experience in mine development and management, having developed his professional career in Chile's state-owned ENAMI and Codelco - the largest copper producer in the world. In 1995 he was awarded the Merit Medal from the Chilean Institute of Mining Engineers and the Julio Donoso Award from the Chilean Institute of Engineers. For ten years, Mr. Behn worked as Head of Mining Projects for ENAMI. He was the General Manager of Codelco's Salvador Division where he discovered new reserves and oversaw annual production of 90,000 tonnes/year of copper cathodes. During his tenure Codelco, productivity increased 60%. He also served as Chief of the Engineering Development Department for Codelco's El Teniente mine, overseeing its expansion from 1979-81. Mr. Behn was head of the Mining Engineering Department of the University of Chile from 1996 to 2001, and he continues to lecture there.
Lopez, Cesar Mr. Cesar Lopez serves as Vice President - Legal, Business Development and Corporate Affairs, Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc since August 5, 2009. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Apoquindo Minerals Inc, a position he has held since March 24, 2005. Mr. Lopez is a lawyer and was called to the Chilean Bar in 1989. He is a partner in the law firm of Lopez & Ashton and serves as arbitrator and mediator for the Santiago Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lopez has served as legal counsel, advisor and representative for both Chilean and foreign companies operating in Chile specializing in the mining, natural resources and financial sectors. He has served as a director of Chilean and foreign companies and is currently a director of several privately held junior mining companies operating in Latin America. Mr. Lopez holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Gabriela Mistral University. He completed graduate studies in marketing at the University of California Berkeley) and obtained a Master of International Law degree from Golden Gate University. He is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and of the Association of Mining Lawyers of Latin America.
Wong, Winnie Ms. Winnie Wong has been appointed as Corporate Secretary of Apoquindo Minerals Inc effective August 5, 2009. She has served as Chief Financial Officer of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. She is a Chartered Accountant and Vice-President, Client Services, of Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd., which provides advice to corporate clients relating to transactions, financings and financial planning. Ms. Wong is currently a senior officer and director of four public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and a chief financial officer of two private companies.

Ambrus, Jozsef Mr. Jozsef Ambrus serves as Independent Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. Mr. Ambrus is a Geologist & PhD, has over 38 years in exploration and development of mineral resources, evaluation of mining projects, strategic planning, and mining business assessment. He spent 10 years with Codelco, the largest mining company in Chile. During the nineties Mr. Ambrus was Senior Vice President of Exploration and Strategic Planning for TVX Gold Inc. Since 1996, Mr. Ambrus has been President of Geovectra S.A., and since 1998 has been a Board Member of Antofagasta Minerals. Mr. Ambrus holds degrees from the University of Chile and Salamanca University in Spain, and has been designated a geologist since 1970 and a Doctor of Earth Sciences since 1979. Throughout his career, Mr. Ambrus has been actively involved in the discovery and early development of several mineral deposits in Chile.
Rodriguez, Juan Mr. Juan Enrique Vargas Rodriguez serves as Independent Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. Mr. Vargas is a Mining Engineer with 32 years of experience in development, construction, and operation of mining projects, with an emphasis on design, planning, and auditing of open pit and underground mines. Mr. Vargas has previously worked as Operations Manager for the Luksic Group (Antofagasta Minerals), Vice President of South American Operations for TVX Gold Inc., Project Manager for the La Coipa Project, and Vice President of Operations for Compania Nacional de Mineria. During the last 10 years, Mr. Vargas has been a consultant and multidisciplinary Project Manager of various engineering projects both in Chile and abroad.
