| Villarzu, Juan | Mr. Juan Villarzu serves as Chairman of the Board of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. Mr. Villarzu joined as Chairman of the Company in January 2008, bringing to the Company his vast experience in mining and in the Chilean public and private sectors. He spent nine years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the world’s largest copper producer, Codelco Chile; he was also Chairman of the International Copper Association (ICA), considered the top organization for the promotion of copper worldwide. Mr. Villarzu has held other such prestigious positions as Member of the APEC Business Advisory Council, Minister Secretary General of the Presidency of Chile and Senior Economist to the World Bank. Mr. Villarzu has a Masters in Economics from the University of Chicago and has been recognized for numerous commendations and awards including: “The Economist of the Year, 1997” (Department of Economics and Alumni Association of the University of Chile); and “The Copper Man of the Year, 2005” (Ankh Award, the Copper Club Inc., New York, USA.) |
| Turner, Bruce | Mr. Bruce Turner serves as President, Chief Executive Officer of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. He is a Canadian citizen and a 23 year resident of Chile. During the majority of his 35 year mining career, he was employed in progressively more senior roles by BHP Billiton Limited, a large global mining and energy company, culminating in the position of President of Minera Escondida Ltda., the world's largest copper mine. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Mr. Turner holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mining Engineering (1974) from the University of British Columbia and a Doctor of Technology (Honorary Degree) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology. He has also completed the Advanced Management Course at Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. |

| Behn, Bruno | Mr. Bruno Behn serves as Vice President - Mining, Chile, Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc since August 5, 2009. He has served as Vice President - Corporate Affairs, Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc. Mr. Behn is a Civil Mining Engineer with over 40 years of experience in mine development and management, having developed his professional career in Chile's state-owned ENAMI and Codelco - the largest copper producer in the world. In 1995 he was awarded the Merit Medal from the Chilean Institute of Mining Engineers and the Julio Donoso Award from the Chilean Institute of Engineers. For ten years, Mr. Behn worked as Head of Mining Projects for ENAMI. He was the General Manager of Codelco's Salvador Division where he discovered new reserves and oversaw annual production of 90,000 tonnes/year of copper cathodes. During his tenure Codelco, productivity increased 60%. He also served as Chief of the Engineering Development Department for Codelco's El Teniente mine, overseeing its expansion from 1979-81. Mr. Behn was head of the Mining Engineering Department of the University of Chile from 1996 to 2001, and he continues to lecture there. |
| Lopez, Cesar | Mr. Cesar Lopez serves as Vice President - Legal, Business Development and Corporate Affairs, Director of Apoquindo Minerals Inc since August 5, 2009. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Apoquindo Minerals Inc, a position he has held since March 24, 2005. Mr. Lopez is a lawyer and was called to the Chilean Bar in 1989. He is a partner in the law firm of Lopez & Ashton and serves as arbitrator and mediator for the Santiago Chamber of Commerce.
