Biographies

Name Description

David Baffsky

 Mr. David Zalmon Baffsky, AO, LLB has served as Chairman of the Board of Ariadne Australia Ltd since January 13, 2009. He has been on the Company's Board since March 18, 2008. He has also served as Member of the Company's Audit and Risk Management Committee since March 18, 2008. Mr. Baffsky is Honorary Chairman (formerly Executive Chairman between 1993 and 2008) of Accor Asia Pacific. He is also the founder of Tourism Asset Holdings Limited, Australia’s hotel owning company. He is a Director of SATS Limited (appointed 15 May 2008) and a Director of Sydney Olympic Park Authority (appointed December 2009). He was appointed Chairman of Investa Funds Management Limited in August 2011. In 2005, he was appointed a Trustee of the Art Gallery of NSW and in 2009 became Chairman of the Gallery’s Risk Management Committee. Mr. Baffsky is a Member of the Federal Government’s Business Government Advisory Group on National Security and works with a number of charitable and non-profit groups. In 2012 he was awarded the Chevalier in the Order of the National Legion of Honneur.

Kevin Seymour

 Mr. Kevin Will Seymour, AM serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ariadne Australia Ltd. He has been on the Company's Board since December 23, 1992. Mr. Seymour is the Non-Executive Director of Watpac Limited (appointed May 1996) and a Director of Tatts Group Limited (appointed October 12, 2006), having been a Director of UniTAB Limited (appointed September 1, 2000) prior to its merger with Tattersall’s Limited. Mr. Seymour is the Executive Chairman of Seymour Group. Mr. Seymour also has management and business experience including company restructuring. Mr. Seymour holds board positions with several private companies in Australia. He has also served on the Brisbane Lord Mayor's Drugs Taskforce and is an Honorary Ambassador for the City of Brisbane. He was previously the Independent Chairman of the Queensland Government’s and Brisbane City Council's Brisbane Housing Company Limited and Chairman of Briz31 Community TV.

Natt McMahon

 Mr. Natt McMahon was appointed Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary of Ariadne Australia Ltd on May 18, 2012. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McMahon held senior financial roles with various local and overseas entities. He has Business of Commerce degree, and he is also Chartered Accountant.

 Dr. Gary Weiss serves as Executive Director of Ariadne Australia Ltd. He was appointed Director of the Company on November 28, 1989. He previously served as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company until January 13, 2009. Subsequently, from January 13, 2009 to June 24, 2011, he acted as Director at the Company. He has served as Chairman of Secure Parking Pty Ltd since November 1, 2004. He is also Director of Premier Investments Limited (appointed March 11, 1994), Ridley Corporation Ltd (appointed June 21, 2010), Mercantile Investment Company Limited (appointed March 6, 2012), Pro-Pac Packaging Limited (appointed May 28, 2012) and Tag Pacific Limited (appointed October 1, 1988). He is also a Director of The Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute and The Centre for Independent Studies. In the past three years, Dr. Weiss has also served as the Chairman of Coats plc (appointed February 4, 2003, resigned April 30, 2012) and as a Director of Guinness Peat Group plc (appointed November 30, 1990, resigned April 30, 2011), Westfield Group (appointed July 13, 2004, resigned May 27, 2010), Carindale Property Trust (appointed May 29, 2002, resigned May 27, 2010). Maurice Loomes

 Mr. Maurice William Loomes has served as Non-Executive Director of Ariadne Australia Ltd since May 20, 2004. He has also served as Member of the Company's Audit and Risk Management Committee since May 20, 2004 Mr. Loomes is the Non-Executive Chairman of CIC Australia Limited (appointed Director September 1994) and is a Non-Executive Director of Calliden Group Limited (appointed October 24, 2000). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

John Murphy

 Mr. John William Murphy has served as Non-Executive Director of Ariadne Australia Ltd since December 6, 2006. Mr. Murphy was appointed Member of the Company's Audit and Risk Management Committee on December 6, 2006 and was elected Committee Chairman on March 18, 2008. Mr. Murphy is a Non-Executive Director of Investec Bank (Australia) Limited and until September 2011 the Managing Director of Investec Wentworth Private Equity Limited, and serves on the Board of a number of listed companies including the following: Staging Connections Group Limited (appointed October 28, 2002), Vocus Communication Limited (appointed March 7, 2003), Gale Pacific Limited (appointed August 24, 2007) and Clearview Wealth Limited (appointed June 9, 2010). During the past three years, Mr. Murphy has also served as a Director of Speciality Fashion Group Limited (appointed February 28, 2005 and resigned October 28, 2010). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Master of Commerce. He is a Chartered Accountant and is Fellow of CPA Australia.
