Ian Kowalick

 Mr. Ian John Kowalick, BSc (Hons), BEc., AM serves as Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Arafura Resources Ltd. He has qualifications in science, engineering, economics and finance. Ian has worked in technical and project consulting, economic and business analysis for resource companies, banking and investment. From 1995 to 2000, he held the most senior management position in the South Australian public sector. Ian is currently a Director and Consultant. At present, he is a Director of NuPower Resources Limited, Chairman of Playford Capital, a councillor of the University of Adelaide and Chair of its Finance Committee, and Deputy Chair of the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust. His Other current Directorships includes Director of Nupower Resources, Chairman of Playford Capital. Former Directorships in the last 3 years includes Syngas Limited. He is the Member of the Audit and Risk Committee, Member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.

Christopher Tonkin

 Mr. Christopher Stephen Tonkin, BSc (Hons), BA, MBA serves as Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Non-Independent Director of Arafura Resources Ltd., since March 21, 2012. He has over 25 years experience as a senior business Executive with a broad industry background in business generation, management and strategy development. He has a substantial track record in structuring and arranging complex financings for companies and projects, in Australia and internationally, across all industry sectors and particularly the resources, power and telecommunications sectors. He began his career as a metallurgist and environmental specialist, diversifying into commercial roles at several industrial companies and subsequently project finance, corporate and project advisory roles at AIDC, the Chase Manhattan Bank, KPMG Corporate Finance and ANZ, where his most recent role was Head of Natural Resources, Project and Structured Finance. Chris is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Member of the Finance and Treasury Association. Member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Gavin Lockyer

 Mr. Gavin John Lockyer, BBus, CA. is Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Arafura Resources Limited since June 28, 2006. Mr. Lockyer is Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience. He joined the Company in 2006 and prior to this held various senior financial positions with companies involved in the mining and investment banking industries. He holds a Bachelor of Business degree.

Richard Brescianini

 Mr. Richard Brescianini is General Manager - Strategic Development and Exploration of Arafura Resources Limited since March 18, 2007. He is a graduate in geology and geophysics, and has private and public sector experience in the minerals industry in a career that spans 20 years. From 1987 to 1999, Richard worked with BHP Minerals on base and precious metals exploration programs throughout Australasia and North America, contributing to economic discoveries at Eloise (copper-gold) and Cannington (silver-lead-zinc). Richard held the position of Chief Geophysicist with the Northern Territory Geological Survey from 1999 to 2002. More recently he led the Survey as its Director, responsible for geoscience initiatives and investment attraction. Mr. Brescianini is Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

John Ganser

 Mr. John Ganser is General Manager - Projects of Arafura Resources Limited since September 13, 2010. He s a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Adelaide with over 30 years of experience in the minerals and metals industry. He has worked for client organisations as well as engineering and project management organisations, including Rio Tinto, BHP, Iluka Resources, Hatch, SKM GHD and Calibre Projects. His experience includes engineering, study and project management and research and development, in a range of commodities including silver, lead, zinc, copper, nickel, mineral sands and experience in iron making. In these roles John has developed plant, equipment and processes from concept through to the commercialisation of new processes and the construction of processing facilities. John has had senior project management roles in the development of the HIsmelt process (Rio Tinto) in Germany and construction of their research facility in Western Australia, BHP’s HBI plant in Port Hedland, infrastructure for BHP’s RGP6 project and FMG’s Christmas Creek Expansion Project in the Pilbara.

Neil Graham

 Mr. Neil Graham is General Manager - Operations and Technology of Arafura Resources Limited since September 1, 2010. He has more than 25 years of international experience in the chemical industry, encompassing design, construction, and commissioning of both start up and brownfield installations, in addition to substantial operations management experience of facilities in several different countries. He is a chartered engineer who commenced his professional career in BP prior to joining ICI, where he was involved in project design and implementation roles. He developed the Asian market presence of Rittershaus & Blecher and subsequently completed several technical and site manager roles in Huntsman Pigments before becoming the Group Sulphate Manufacturing Director. More recently, Neil was responsible for Orica’s complex facility worldwide, in Gladstone, QLD, producing ammonium nitrate, sodium cyanide and chloralkali products.

Terence Grose

 Mr. Mr Terence (Terry) Grose, B.Ec, MBA, serves as a Non-Executive Director of Arafura Resources Limited since January 21, 2013. Terry has a commercial background gained over 30 years as a senior business executive, consultant and director, in Australia and internationally. He spent a number of years in merchant banking before joining Wesfarmers Limited in 1985 as its first business development manager. During the ensuing decade he held various senior management positions in Wesfarmers corporate office, its fertiliser and chemicals division and its coal mining division. He was also the General Manager of International Business Development for a number of years. In 1996 Terry moved to Hong Kong as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of an innovative computer software company with operations in Hong Kong and Japan.

Shasha Lu

 Ms. Lu Shasha, PhD, Masters Degree, is Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Arafura Resources Limited since November 25, 2011. She was Executive Director and CEO of Hong Kong East China Non-Ferrous Mineral Resources Co. Ltd. (HKECE), a wholly owned subsidiary of Eastern China Exploration and Development Bureau (ECE). HKECE holds the foreign business interests of ECE. She also holds a Degree in Medicine from the Tianjin University, China and a Masters Degree from Nanjing University, China. She is currently studying for an EMBA in Nanjing University. Ms. Lu has worked as a Postdoctoral fellow at the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden and as a Visiting Scholar at the Geneva University during which time, she undertook some work in the World Health Organisation. In 2008, Ms. Lu Shasha joined Eastern China Exploration and Development Bureau and became the Executive Director and CEO of Hong Kong East China Non-Ferrous Mineral Resources Co Ltd. Ms. Lu is also a Director of Australian ECE Nolan’s Investment Limited and ECE Nolan’s. Her Other current Directorships includes Globe Metals and Mining Ltd. She is the Member of Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
