Name Description

John Reynolds

Mr. John T. Reynolds has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since July 15, 2013. He joined the Company’s Board as Member on February 2011, after the merger with Allis-Chalmers. Prior to the merger, he was Director of Allis-Chalmers from June 2009 to February 2011. Mr. Reynolds is Managing Director of Lime Rock Partners, a company he co-founded in 1998. He remains active member of the Lime Rock Partners investment team, investigating and executing primarily energy service investment opportunities worldwide. Prior to co-founding Lime Rock Partners, he worked for Goldman Sachs, where he spent six years in the Investment Research Department and had Senior Analyst responsibility for global oil service sector research. Mr. Reynolds serves on the Board of Directors of Tesco Corporation, EnerMech Ltd., Revelation Energy Holdings LLC, Tercel Oilfield Products and VEDCO Holdings Inc. He previously held directorships at Hercules Offshore Inc., Eastern Drilling ASA, IPEC Ltd., Noble Rochford Drilling Ltd., Patriot Drilling, Roxar ASA, Sensa Ltd., and Torch Offshore Inc. Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree.

David King

Mr. David King has served as Chief Executive Officer of Archer Ltd since July 15, 2013. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil & gas services industry. He joined Halliburton in 1978 where he held numerous executive and leadership roles. As a member of the Executive Committee; he served as Chief Health, Safety and Environmental Officer. He was also President of the Completion and Production division and Senior Vice President of Production Optimization. In 2010 Mr. King joined Kenda Capital as a Senior Business Advisor. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering where in 2007 he was recognized as a Distinguished Fellow of the College of Engineering, and completed the Advanced Management Program, an executive education program of Harvard Business School.

Fredrik Halvorsen

Mr. Fredrik Halvorsen has served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since February 2011. He joined the Company's Board as Member in October 2010. Additionally, between January 1, 2012 and July 15, 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Halvorsen is Chief Executive Officer and President of Seadrill. He is also Director of Deep Sea Supply Plc, where he has served since October 2010. His experience includes the position as Chief Executive Officer of Tandberg ASA subsequently Senior Vice President of Cisco Systems Inc., and he was head of McKinsey’s South East Asia Corporate Finance Practice. He is currently employed by Frontline Corporate Services Ltd. Mr. Halvorsen graduated from Norges Handelshoyskole (Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration) with a degree in Business Administration with majors in Finance and Economics, and from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management with a degree in Finance.

Christoph Bausch

Mr. Christoph Bausch has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since May 2, 2011. Before joining Archer, he was global director finance at Transocean. Prior to this, he had a 20-year career in Schlumberger, where he held various financial positions around the world. After several financial positions in Germany, he started his international career in 1996 as region controller for Sedco Forex Contract Drilling Services in South America. From 1998 until 2000, he was responsible for the financial integration of Camco International Inc. into Schlumberger. He also worked as financial controller responsible for Mexico & Central America and Middle East & Asia. From 2006 to 2010, he was based in Houston as the worldwide controller for research, engineering and manufacturing activities in Schlumberger. He studied at the University of Mannheim, where he obtained a degree in Master of Business Administration.

Max Bouthillette

Mr. Max L. Bouthillette has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since August 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Bouthillette spent 16 years at BJ Services, Schlumberger Limited and the United States-based national law firm Baker Hostetler LLP. His professional experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel for BJ Services from 2006 to 2010, as Partner with Baker Hostetler LLP from January 2004 to 2006, and in several positions with Schlumberger in North America, Asia, and Europe from 1998 to December 2003. Mr. Bouthillette holds a degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center.

Kjetil Bjornson

Mr. Kjetil Bjornson has served as President North Sea and Executive Vice President of Archer Ltd since January 3, 2012. He started working for Archer in July 2010, having previously held the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources with Seadrill. He held several senior positions with Schlumberger Limited both in Europe and in the United States. Mr. Bjornson also held senior positions in the CHC Helicopter Services Company. Prior to his career in the offshore industry, Mr. Bjornson served for several years on submarines. He completed the Submarine Commanding Officers Training in 1987 and graduated from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy in 1989.

Ronney Coleman

Mr. Ronney Coleman has served as President North America and Executive Vice President of Archer Ltd since January 3, 2012. He has joined the Company following a year with Select Energy Services, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, and a 33-year career at BJ Services. Mr. Coleman joined BJ Services in 1977, and served in various capacities, beginning as Equipment Operator and culminating as the Vice President for North America Pressure Pumping Services in 2007. Prior to being promoted to Vice President for North America, he was the Vice President for the United States / Mexico Operations from 1998 through 2007. He previously held various management positions within the United States / Mexico sales and operations groups. Mr. Coleman graduated from the University of Texas at Permian Basin.

Carlos Etcheverry

Mr. Carlos Etcheverry has served as President Latin America and Executive Vice President at Archer Ltd since April 2013. Prior to this, he was the President of Land Drilling and joined Archer via the Allis-Chalmers Energy merger in February 2011. Prior to joining Allis-Chalmers, he was employed by the group Pride International & San Antonio for eight years where he held a number of line management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer. Previous to that, Mr. Etcheverry worked for Halliburton Energy Services for 14 years in various technical, business development and line management positions throughout Latin America. Mr. Etcheverry holds degrees in civil, construction and hydraulic engineering from the University de la Plata, Argentina and three Master of Business Administration degrees in Marketing, Administration and Finance.

Olivier Muller

Mr. Olivier Muller has served as President Emerging Markets & Technologies and Executive Vice President of Archer Ltd since January 3, 2012. Before joining Archer, he was Chief Executive Officer for C6 Technologies, an Archer technology Joint Venture. His experience includes 18 years with Schlumberger Limited serving in a range of positions across Europe and Africa. Amongst others, he was Vice President of the global perforation business including R&E and Manufacturing, Vice President and Managing Director of oilfield operations in North Africa and General Manager for wireline operations in Scandinavia. He later served as Vice President and General Manager of the Areva mining business in Niger, Africa. Mr. Muller holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Lille University (Universite Lille 1 - Sciences et Technologies) in France.

Lars Bethuelsen

Mr. Lars Bethuelsen was Senior Vice President, Merger & Acquisition and Investor Relations at Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) from May 5, 2011 until 2012. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company serving as CFO of Seawell Management AS since 2007. He has experience from the drilling and well services industry and has held several senior positions in Smedvig and Seadrill, most recently as Commercial Manager. Mr. Bethuelsen serves on the Boards of Directors of several subsidiaries of Seadrill. He holds a degree in Finance from Universitetet i Stavanger.

Saad Bargach

Mr. Saad Bargach has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since February 2011. He was Chairman of the Board until July 15, 2013. He joined Archer after the merger with Allis-Chalmers. Prior to the merger, he served as a Director of Allis-Chalmers from June 2009 to February 2011. He is Managing Director of Lime Rock Partners. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bargach worked for over 25 years at Schlumberger, where he held such positions as Chief Information Officer (from July 2004 to March 2006), President, Well Completions & Productivity Group which included Artificial Lift (REDA), Completions (CAMCO), Testing (FLOPETROL), Subsea and Sand Management Services; President of Consulting & Systems Integration for SchlumbergerSema in several European locations; President of the Drilling & Measurements division, and the Cairo-base President, Oilfield Services for Africa and Near East. Mr. Bargach is Member of the Board of the American Productivity and Quality Center and serves on the Board of Directors of Artificial Lift Company (Chairman), Gas2 Limited, Tiway Oil, Expert Petroleum, DHS Oil (Chairman), OilSERV, Tercel Oilfield Products, TGT Oil and Gas Services (Chairman) and Xtreme Oil Drilling. He previously served on the Board of ITS Energy Services. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Control Systems.

Kate Blankenship

Ms. Kate Blankenship has been Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since August 2007. Ms. Blankenship has held directorships at Seadrill since 2005 and Frontline Ltd. since 2004. She joined Frontline Ltd. in 1994 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary until October 2005. Ms. Blankenship is a former Chief Financial Officer of Knightsbridge Tankers Limited (April 2000 - September 2007) and served as the company’s Secretary for seven years (December 2000 - March 2007). Her other directorships include Board Member positions at Ship Finance International Limited since October 2003; Independent Tankers Corporation Limited since February 2008; Golar LNG Limited since July 2003, and Golden Ocean Group Limited since November 2004, as well as North Atlantic Drilling Ltd since 2011. Ms. Blankenship is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Tor Troim

Mr. Tor Olav Troim has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since February 2011. Prior to this, from August 2007, he was Vice Chairman of the Company's Board. He is Vice President and Director of Seadrill, where he has served since May 2005. From 1987 to 1990, he worked as Portfolio Manager Equity for Storebrand ASA and, from 1992 to 1995, he was Chief Executive Officer of Norwegian Oil Company DNO AS. He also held Chief Executive Officer positions at Knightsbridge Tankers Limited (until September 2007) and Golar LNG Limited (until April 2006). Mr. Troim serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Golden Ocean Group Limited, Golar LNG Energy Limited and Aktiv Kapital ASA, as well as is Alternate Director of Marine Harvest ASA. He is also Chairman of Independent Tankers Corporation Limited. He served as Director of Frontline Ltd from November 1997 until February 2008. He currently serves as Consultant to the Board of Frontline Ltd. He graduated from Universitetet i Trondheim, Norway, in 1985 with a Master of Science degree in Naval Architecture.

Giovanni Dell' Orto

Mr. Giovanni Dell' Orto has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since February 2011, after the merger with Allis-Chalmers. Prior to the merger, he was Director of Allis-Chalmers from June 2009 to February 2011. He is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of DLS Drilling, Logistics and Services (then a subsidiary of Bridas Corporation) (from 1994 until August 2006). Following Allis-Chalmers’ purchase of DLS, he served as Vice Chairman of DLS Argentina Limited. Prior to joining Bridas and DLS in 1994, he worked for 23 years at ENI in Italy, holding various positions. He has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saipem and held directorships at ENI, Agip and Snam. Mr. Dell' Orto is Member of the Board of Directors of Energy Developments and Investments Corporation (EDIC), supervising EDIC’s gas marketing activities in Europe and other upstream projects in North Africa. He is also a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Gas Plus S.p.A.

Cecilie Fredriksen

Ms. Cecilie Astrup Fredriksen has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since September 2008. She has been employed by Frontline Corporate Services Limited in London since 2007 where she has served as an investment director. Ms. Fredriksen has been Director of Aktiv Kapital ASA since 2006; Golden Ocean Group Limited since September 2008; Ship Finance International Limited since November 2008; and Frontline Ltd since September 2010, as well as North Atlantic Drilling Ltd since 2011. Apart from this, she is Member of the Board of Directors of Marine Harvest ASA and Marine Harvest Ireland and has been Director of Northern Offshore Ltd. since February 2010. Ms. Fredriksen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Spanish from the London Metropolitan University in 2006.
