Name Description

John Reynolds

Mr. John T. Reynolds has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since July 15, 2013. He joined the Company’s Board as Member on February 2011, after the merger with Allis-Chalmers. Prior to the merger, he was Director of Allis-Chalmers from June 2009 to February 2011. Mr. Reynolds is Managing Director of Lime Rock Partners, a company he co-founded in 1998. He remains active member of the Lime Rock Partners investment team, investigating and executing primarily energy service investment opportunities worldwide. Prior to co-founding Lime Rock Partners, he worked for Goldman Sachs, where he spent six years in the Investment Research Department and had Senior Analyst responsibility for global oil service sector research. Mr. Reynolds serves on the Board of Directors of Tesco Corporation, EnerMech Ltd., Revelation Energy Holdings LLC, Tercel Oilfield Products and VEDCO Holdings Inc. He previously held directorships at Hercules Offshore Inc., Eastern Drilling ASA, IPEC Ltd., Noble Rochford Drilling Ltd., Patriot Drilling, Roxar ASA, Sensa Ltd., and Torch Offshore Inc. Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree.

John Lechner

Mr. John Lechner has served as Chief Executive Officer at Archer Limited since April 29, 2016. He was President North Sea and Executive Vice President at the company from August 2013 until April 29, 2016. He previously held the position of Senior Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific at Archer. Mr Lechner has over 28 years of oilfield experience having worked in the European, African, Russian, North American, Middle Eastern and Far Eastern markets and built up this global experience with Schlumberger, Parker Drilling and OiLSERV. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the University of Houston, he started his career as a wireline field engineer and later switched his technical focus to drilling. For the past 18 years he has held operations and business development roles in contract drilling and integrated drilling project management.

Dag Skindlo

Mr. Dag Skindlo has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President Strategy and Director of Archer Limited, effective as of April 29, 2016. Mr. Skindlo is a business-oriented executive with 24 years in the Oil and Gas industry. He joined Schlumberger in 1992 where he held various financial and operational positions before he joined the Aker Group of companies in 2005. His experience from Aker Kvaerner, Aker Solutions and Kvaerner includes both global CFO roles and Managing Director roles for several large industrial business divisions. Dag comes from his role as CEO for Aquamarine Subsea, a HitecVision owned company. Dag brings with him extensive international experience including working for more than twelve years in countries like the US, Indonesia, Scotland, and China. Mr. Skindlo is a Norwegian citizen with a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Max Bouthillette

Mr. Max L. Bouthillette has served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since August 2010. Prior to this, Mr. Bouthillette spent 16 years at BJ Services, Schlumberger Limited and the United States-based national law firm Baker Hostetler LLP. His professional experience includes serving as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel for BJ Services from 2006 to 2010, as Partner with Baker Hostetler LLP from January 2004 to 2006, and in several positions with Schlumberger in North America, Asia, and Europe from 1998 to December 2003. Mr. Bouthillette holds a degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law Center.

Carlos Etcheverry

Mr. Carlos Etcheverry has served as President Latin America and Executive Vice President at Archer Ltd since April 2013. Prior to this, he was the President of Land Drilling and joined Archer via the Allis-Chalmers Energy merger in February 2011. Prior to joining Allis-Chalmers, he was employed by the group Pride International & San Antonio for eight years where he held a number of line management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer. Previous to that, Mr. Etcheverry worked for Halliburton Energy Services for 14 years in various technical, business development and line management positions throughout Latin America. Mr. Etcheverry holds degrees in civil, construction and hydraulic engineering from the University de la Plata, Argentina and three Master of Business Administration degrees in Marketing, Administration and Finance.

Ted Wooten

Mr. Ted Wooten serves as President North America and Executive Vice President at ARCHER LIMITED. Mr. Wooten has 35 years of oilfield experience and previously worked in the oilfield services sector for both Schlumberger and Halliburton in engineering and business development roles. His previous exploration and production operator experience was as vice president of operations for Bluegrass Energy in Tulsa, Okla. and he has in-house consulting experience for other US-based operators. Mr. Wooten held the position of assistant director of the Department of Petroleum Geology at the University of Oklahoma and holds a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Kate Blankenship

Ms. Kate Blankenship has been Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since August 2007. Ms. Blankenship has held directorships at Seadrill since 2005 and Frontline Ltd. since 2004. She joined Frontline Ltd. in 1994 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary until October 2005. Ms. Blankenship is a former Chief Financial Officer of Knightsbridge Tankers Limited (April 2000 - September 2007) and served as the company’s Secretary for seven years (December 2000 - March 2007). Her other directorships include Board Member positions at Ship Finance International Limited since October 2003; Independent Tankers Corporation Limited since February 2008; Golar LNG Limited since July 2003, and Golden Ocean Group Limited since November 2004, as well as North Atlantic Drilling Ltd since 2011. Ms. Blankenship is Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Alf Lovdal

Mr. Alf Ragnar Lovdal has been appointed as Director of Seadrill Ltd., with effect from 28 May 2015. Mr Løvdal is Chief Executive Officer of North Atlantic Drilling Limited since January 2013 and has served as Senior Vice President for Seadrill in the Asia Pacific region from April 2009 until December 2012. He was previously Chief Executive officer of Seawell Ltd. Mr Løvdal has 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, 10 years of which he was responsible for the well services business for the drilling contractor Smedvig, which Seadrill acquired in early 2006. At Smedvig, Mr Løvdal held several senior positions including general manager of operations for mobile drilling units. Prior to his employment with Smedvig and Seadrill, Mr Løvdal held various positions in different oil service companies, including five years of offshore field experience with Schlumberger. He has a degree in mechanical engineering from Horten Engineering Academy in Norway.

Orjan Svanevik

Mr. Orjan Svanevik has been appointed as Director of Archer Limited., with effect from 28 May 2015. Mr Svanevik is an employee of the Seatankers Group and a director of Seadrill Limited. He was previously Managing Director for the investment advisory firm, Oavik Capital. Prior to Oavik, he was Head of M&A and a Partner at Aker ASA, and COO and EVP of Kværner ASA. Mr Svanevik also worked nearly a decade in corporate advisory and investment banking. He started his career at Schlumberger, where he held various international financial management positions. Svanevik has an AMP from Harvard Business School and a MBA from Thunderbird.

Harald Thorstein

Mr. Harald Thorstein has been appointed as Director of Archer Limited., with effect from 28 May 2015. Mr Thorstein is an employee of Frontline Corporate Services since 2011, prior to which he was employed in the Corporate Finance division of DnB NOR Markets from 2008 to 2011, specializing in the offshore and shipping sectors. Mr Thorstein has an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Mr Thorstein has served as a director of Seadrill Partners LLC since 2012, Ship Finance International Limited since 2011, North Atlantic Drilling Limited since September 2013 and Northern Offshore Limited since 2012, Golden Ocean Group Limited since 2014, Frontline 2012 since 2014 and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors Deep Sea Supply PLC since May 2013.

Giovanni Dell' Orto

Mr. Giovanni Dell' Orto has served as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Archer Ltd (formerly Seawell Ltd) since February 2011, after the merger with Allis-Chalmers. Prior to the merger, he was Director of Allis-Chalmers from June 2009 to February 2011. He is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of DLS Drilling, Logistics and Services (then a subsidiary of Bridas Corporation) (from 1994 until August 2006). Following Allis-Chalmers’ purchase of DLS, he served as Vice Chairman of DLS Argentina Limited. Prior to joining Bridas and DLS in 1994, he worked for 23 years at ENI in Italy, holding various positions. He has also served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Saipem and held directorships at ENI, Agip and Snam. Mr. Dell' Orto is Member of the Board of Directors of Energy Developments and Investments Corporation (EDIC), supervising EDIC’s gas marketing activities in Europe and other upstream projects in North Africa. He is also a Non-Executive Member of the Board of Gas Plus S.p.A.
