Torsten Borjemalm

 Mr. Torsten Borjemalm has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arctic Gold Publ AB since August 10, 2007. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1999 to 2007. Mr. Borjemalm is Member of the Board of Directors of MALA GeoScience Aktiebolag, ABEM Instrument AB, Datawell Energy Services AB, Lovisagruvan AB, Swedish Energy Alliance Aktiebolag och TB Management AB. Mala GeoScience Forvaltnings AB, Guideline AB, Guideline Technology AB and Chairman of the Board of Prospekteringsteknik i Norrland AB. Apart from this, he holds a Board Member position at Lovisagruvan AB, Swedish Energy Alliance Aktiebolag, TB Management AB, Sw EAIII AB, Sweaiv Aktiebolag and SPC Technology AB. He obtained a degree in Mining Engineering from Kungliga Tekniska Hogskola – KTH in 1966.

Lars-Ake Claesson

Between 1979 and 2002 he worked for Outokumpu and other companies from the sector both in Finland and abroad. He also worked as Chief Geologist and Mine Manager at A/S Bidjovagge Gruber in Norway from 1985 to 1988 and as Project Manager, Chief Geologist and Exploration Manager of Viscaria AB in Sweden from 1989 to 1996. He also served for the Finnish Ministry of Trade and Industry as Site Manager from 2003 to 2006 and from 2006 to 2010 he was employed by Kevitsa Mining Oy/First Quantum Minerals Ltd, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and later as Country Manager. In 2010 he started his own Consulting Company KS Consulting Oy. He joined the Board of Directors of Nordic Mines Oy in 2010 until he became Site Manager of Laiva Mine in Brahestad in Finland, where he served until June 2012 when he became Vice President of Nordic Mines Oy.
