John Siebert	Dr. John M. Siebert, Ph.D. is an Independent Director of Aradigm Corp since November 2006. Currently, Dr. Siebert is Chief Operating Officer of New Rhein Healthcare Investors, LLC. From May 2003 to October 2008, Dr. Siebert was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CyDex, Inc., a privately held specialty pharmaceutical company.
