| Stanzione, Robert | Mr. Stanzione has been Chief Executive Officer of Arris Group, Inc. since 2000. From 1998 through 1999, Mr. Stanzione was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Stanzione has been Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2003. From 1995 to 1997, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Arris Interactive L.L.C. From 1969 to 1995, he held various positions with AT&T Corporation. He is also Director of National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA) and Symmetricom, Inc. |
| Potts, David | David B. Potts has been the Chief Financial Officer of Arris Group, Inc., since 2004, and has been Chief Information Officer since the acquisition of Arris Interactive L.L.C. in August 2001. Prior to being named Chief Financial Officer in 2004, Mr. Potts was the Senior Vice President of Finance. Before joining ARRIS, he was Chief Financial Officer of Arris Interactive L.L.C. from 1995 to 2001. Prior to joining ARRIS, Howe worked in several positions for 10 years at Cisco (and the former Scientific Atlanta organization) supporting the company's largest customer, Time Warner Cable. During this time, Howe served as Director of Business Development, Strategic Account Markets Manager, Regional Sales Manager and Senior Account Manager. Prior to his current responsibilities, Chiddix was Chairman and CEO at OpenTV, President at the Time Warner Interactive Video Group and Chief Technology Officer at Time Warner Cable. He brings almost 40 years of cable industry leadership and technology experience to the ARRIS Board. While at Time Warner Cable, Chiddix was responsible for corporate engineering, purchasing, plant design, construction and R&D. Time Warner is the second largest cable operation in the United States, with over 12 million customers. During his tenure he and his team conceived, developed and implemented the hybrid fiber/coax (HFC) broadband network architecture now used in cable systems worldwide. In addition, he was a contributor to the development of the DOCSIS cable modem standard and oversaw Time Warner's development of digital television and video-on-demand services. |
