Reilly, Thomas Mr. Thomas Reilly is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of ArcSight Inc. He has served as the company's Chief Executive Officer since October 2008, as President since August 2007 and as a director since June 2008. Mr. Reilly served as Chief Operating Officer from November 2006 to September 2008. From April 2004 to November 2006, Mr. Reilly served as Vice President of Business Information Services of IBM. From November 2000 until its acquisition in April 2004 by IBM, Mr. Reilly served as Chief Executive Officer of Trigo Technologies, Inc., a product information management software company. He currently serves as a director of a private company. He holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
Grierson, Stewart Mr. Stewart Grierson has served as the Chief Financial Officer of ArcSight Inc since October 2004 and also served as Vice President of Finance from March 2003 to April 2007. In addition, from January 2003 to January 2006, he served as Secretary. From 1999 to July 2002, Mr. Grierson served in several positions for ONI Systems Corp., a provider of optical communications equipment, including most recently as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Mosher, Kevin Mr. Kevin P. Mosher has served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations of ArcSight Inc since March 2004. From May 2002 to March 2003, Mr. Mosher served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Rapt Inc., a provider of pricing and profitability management solutions. Hynes, Matt Mr. Matt Hynes is Vice President - Worldwide Channel Sales of ArcSight, Inc. Prior to joining ArcSight, Hynes was vice president of OEM and SaaS Sales at Panda Security. He was responsible for the North American ISV and partner program, as well as managing its SaaS direct and channel sales group. Hynes' background also includes senior positions at McAfee where he ran the North American enterprise channel program. He held senior management positions at nCipher, where he managed North American sales, and e-Security, where he drove business development strategy for worldwide operations. In addition, Hynes held various channel and direct sales positions at Sun Microsystems and BEA systems.
Von Simson, Ernest Mr. Ernest Von Simson has served as Lead Independent Director of ArcSight Inc. Mr. von Simson has served as the President of Ostriker von Simson, Inc., an information technology consulting firm, since 1999. He also served as a senior partner of Cassius Advisors, an emerging technology consulting firm, from 1999 to January 2006.
