Name Description

Pierre Blayau

Luc Oursel

Mr. Luc Oursel is the Chairman of the Management Board and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA as of June 30, 2011. He became a Member of the Management Board of the Company on March 22, 2007 and previously served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Marketing, International and Projects of the Company from January 2011 and was a Member of the Company's Executive Committee. Prior to that, he served as Executive Officer in charge of Nuclear Operations of the Company from November 2009. He became Chairman of AREVA NP in January 2, 2007. He is an Engineering graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Paris. He began his career with the Regional Department of Industry and Research for the Rhone-Alps region in 1984, where he headed up the energy and mineral resources division. In 1988, he joined the Ministry of Industry's Department of Natural Gas, Electricity and Coal, where he was in charge of the electricity department and subsequently Deputy to the director of natural gas, electricity and coal. In February 1991, he joined the cabinet of the French minister of Defence as Technical Advisor in charge of industrial affairs, armament programs and research. Mr. Oursel joined the Schneider Electric group in 1993, first as CEO of SAE Gardy, and later as CEO of Schneider Shanghai Industrial Control. In 1998, he was named Chairman and CEO of Schneider Electric Italia and became Industrial Director of Schneider Electric in 2001. In 2002, he joined the Sidel group as Senior Executive Vice President of Sidel Solutions (sales, services, engineering). He became Vice President in charge of Geodis international subsidiaries end of 2004 and in 2006 was named Managing Director (CEO) of the group. Mr. Oursel currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Areva NC SA and Fondation d'Entreprise Areva.

Philippe Knoche

Mr. Philippe Knoche has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer and a Member of the Management Board and Executive Management Board of Areva SA since June 30, 2011. Prior to that, he had been the Director of Reactors and Services Business Group and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company since January 2010. He graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique, with a degree in materials science, and also from the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines. He began his career in 1995 as a Case handler for the European Commission's anti-dumping department. He later joined the "Consortium de Realisation" as Assistant to the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He joined AREVA Group in 2000. After being Senior Vice President in charge of the Group corporate strategy, he was appointed Vice President of the spent fuel treatment business unit in 2004. He became OL3 project Director in 2006. In 2009, Mr. Knoche was appointed Chief Operating Officer of AREVA NP. He also holds other mandates, including Chief Executive Officer and Director of Areva NC SA, President of Areva NP SAS, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Areva NP GmbH and Chairman of the Board of AREVA NP Inc.

Pierre Aubouin

Mr. Pierre Aubouin has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the Management Board and Executive Management Board of Areva SA since July 18, 2011. He is a graduate of the ESSEC Business School, and holds a graduate degree in accounting and finance (the DESCF). He began his career with KPMG in 1992 as an auditor. Promoted to manager in 1997, he was responsible for a portfolio of French and foreign industrial customers, particularly in the high-tech sector. From 2000 to 2006, he was successively consultant, project manager and associate principal for McKinsey & Company in the latter’s "corporate finance and strategy", "high tech" and "media" practices. In late 2006, he joined Agence des participations de l’Etat (APE, the French government shareholding agency) as head of the Aeronautics & Division unit. In 2008, he was appointed division director for Services, Aeronautics and Defense shareholdings. In this context, he became a member of the board of directors of Safran, Sogepa and Sogeade Gerance (EADS holdings), DCNS, Imprimerie Nationale and SNPE.

Veronique Rouzaud

Ms. Veronique Rouzaud is Senior Executive Vice President in charge Human Resources and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA. She holds a Master's degree in private law from Universite Paris II Panthon-Assas as well as a Master's from the Institut d'administration des entreprises of Universite Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. She began her human resources career in 1984 in the glass-making industry, later followed by the agri-food industry. She was with the Danone group (formerly BSN) for more than 11 years, with responsibilities at both production sites and at headquarters. She joined the Coca-Cola Entreprises group in 1995. Then in London she became the head of human resources for Coca-Cola Europe in 2001. In 2007, Ms. Rouzaud joined the Veolia Environnement group as Executive Vice President in charge of human resources and member of the Executive Committee.

Olivier Wantz

Mr. Olivier Wantz is the Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Mining Business Group of Areva SA as of March 31, 2012 and is also a Member of the Company's Management Board and Executive Management Board. He previously served as Director of Operations Support, Member of the Management Board and Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA from June 30, 2011. Prior to that, he had been Director of Engineering and Projects Business Group and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company since 2010. He holds a Postgraduate degree (DESS) of the Institut d’Administration des Entreprises in Paris. He joined SIEMENS in 1983 where he held various positions first in the field of medical engineering, then in 1995 in telecommunications within the Australian subsidiary. In 2000 he was appointed Administrative and Financial Director of SIEMENS Transportation System. He joined Areva SA in 2005 as Director of Finance of AREVA NP. Mr. Wantz aso holds other mandates, inluding Chairman of the Board of SGN SA and CFMM SA, and President of AREVA Mines SAS.

Arnaud de Bourayne

Mr. Arnaud de Bourayne is the Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Executives Career and Organization and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA as of July 1, 2011. He is a graduate of the Ecole Superieure d'Electricite. He spent his whole career in the nuclear power business – mostly within Areva SA. He focused mainly on the front-end business, and ran for a time the mining business in North America. He was also president of Eurodif, and therefore also worked in the enrichment business. Prior to moving in 2008 to head up the new commercial entity of AREVA NP, Mr. de Bourayne was President of AREVA China and involved in the Taishan project through to contract signing. Since April 2010, he has been the Director of Executives Career Management.

Carolle Foissaud

Ms. Carolle Foissaud has been Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Safety, Security and Operations Support, and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA since March 31, 2012. Ms. Foissaud is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications. She began her career with Thomson in 1991 as a Systems Design Engineer. She joined the Fuel Business Unit of AREVA NP in 1995 and became Head of the Fuel Rod Department. Then she joined FCI in 2000, the former connectors subsidiary of the AREVA group, and was named Director of Industrialization at the automotive plant in Epernon, France, before joining the Plants Business Unit in 2003. There, among other positions, she was Chief of Staff to the Senior Executive VP of the BU and Deputy to the Proposal Manager for the Chinese EPR reactors. In 2007, Ms. Foissaud became Head of division within the Propulsion Energy sector of AREVA TA, then in charge of the Reactors and Services division. In July 2009, she became Executive Vice President of the Cleanup Business Unit.

Jacques Gerault

Mr. Jacques Gerault has been the Senior Executive Vice President in charge of Public Affairs and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA since October 10, 2011. He is an alumnus of the Ecole nationale d'administration and auditor of the Institut des hautes etudes de defense nationale. He has experience in the French prefectorial administration in departments of France such as Gironde, Charente, Oise and, recently, in the Rhone-Alpes region, where he acted as regional prefect from 2007 to 2010. Mr. Gerault also directed the cabinet staff of several French ministries, including the Ministry of French Overseas Departments and Territories (1987), the Ministry of the Interior (2005-2007) and the Ministry of Defense, where he directed the civilian and military staff starting in 2010.

Charles Hufnagel

Mr. Charles Hufnagel has been Member of the Executive Management Board and Senior Executive Vice President for Communications at Areva SA since October 22, 2012. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and he graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris. He began his career in 1998 in the Communication Department of French electric company EDF, where he was in charge of nuclear issues. In 2001, he joined the Areva group, where he has held various positions in the Communication Department, becoming head of the Press Office in 2003 and taking over as director of institutional relations in 2006. In 2007, he was appointed as the Group’s Deputy Director of Communication. Beginning in June 2008, he represented Areva SA in Abu Dhabi and subsequently in South Korea. He left the group at the end of 2010 to take up duties as communications advisor to the staff of Mr. Alain Juppe, initially at the French Defense Ministry and later at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Anne-Marie Choho

Ms. Anne-Marie Choho is the Senior Executive Vice President of Engineering and Projects of Areva SA as of July 1, 2011. She is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris with a Masters degree in General Engineering and a PhD in Chemical Engineering. She started her career with AREVA in 1988. She spent three years as a research and development engineer. She then held several engineering positions in France in nuclear fuel reprocessing, nuclear waste treatment, and mixed oxide (MOX) fuel fabrication projects. In 1996, she moved to the United States and spent seven years supporting the Hanford tank waste remediation projects as design manager, technology program manager, and field engineering manager. She also served as adjunct faculty at the Washington State University for a nuclear waste vitrification course. She then became the engineering manager of the MOX Fabrication Facility project, in Charlotte, NC. In 2006, Ms. Choho moved back to France to become deputy Senior Vice-President and then Senior Vice President for Engineering and Construction of the Plants sector of AREVA NP. In 2010, she was appointed Engineering and Projects Deputy Director.

Guillaume Dureau

Mr. Guillaume Dureau has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Front End Business Group of Areva SA on December 17, 2012. He started his career in 1988 at the National Institute of Statistics & Economic Studies (INSEE). From 1992 to 2002, he then worked for the French Ministry of Economy and Finance. In 2002, he began working for AREVA in the role of VP in charge of strategy and internal audit for one of its affiliate, AREVA NP. He then took over as SVP, in charge of strategy and M&A for the AREVA group. In 2006, he became EVP in charge of Equipment Business Unit whilst being a Member of the ETC Board. In May 2010, he was appointed CEO of ETC. He is Inspecteur des Finances, and a graduate Engineer from Ecole Polytechnique, specialising in Econometrics and Statistics from ENSAE and holds a degree (DEA) in Economics.

Louis-Francois Durret

Mr. Louis-Francois Durret has been the Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Renewable Energies Business Group of Areva SA since December 1, 2011. He is a graduate of Ecole nationale des ponts et chausses and holds a diploma in advanced economics studies. He began his career in the Pechiney group. He was deputy general manager of Comurhex from 1990 until 1993, the year he joined COGEMA as director of Strategy. In 1999, he was appointed CFO of COGEMA and was in charge of launching a cost reduction and optimization plan. In 2001, he created AREVA's Audit Department and, in 2004, he became director of the Enrichment Business Unit. Mr. Durret was director of the Fuel Business Unit since 2008.

Claude Jaouen

Mr. Claude Jaouen is the Senior Executive Vice President in charge of the Reactors and Services Business Group of Areva SA as of July 1, 2011. He is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris with a doctorate in engineering and joined SGN in 1980. After 10 years in research and development in various fields of the nuclear fuel cycle and two years in international projects, he was named Director of Engineering and Development for SGN’s Equeurdreville site in 1992 and Regional Director in 1995. In 1997, he joined the AREVA NC La Hague site as Technical Director, later becoming Deputy Director of the site in 2000. Mr. Jaouen was named Director of Information Systems at AREVA NC in 2001; those responsibilities were expanded to the AREVA group level in July 2002. In January 2003, Mr. Jaouen was Executive Vice President of AREVA NP in charge of the Fuel Sector. He was appointed in November 2006 as CEO of SGN and Vice President in AREVA, in charge of implementing synergies between the different engineering entities of the Group. He joined the AREVA NP Plants Sector in July 2007, and was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of AREVA NP, in charge of the Sector in March 2008. He was appointed Senior Vice President of the Reactors and Services Business Group of Areva SA in January 2010.

Dominique Mockly

Mr. Dominique Mockly is the Senior Executive Vice President of the Back End Business Group of Areva SA as of January 2011 and was also a Member of the Company's Executive Committee until June 30, 2011. He previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of International Development from 2009 and then became Senior Executive Vice President of International Affairs and Marketing in January 2010. Mr. Mockly is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, of the Ecole Nationale Superieure de Techniques Avancees and of the Executive MBA of Hautes Etudes Commerciales. He started his career in 1985 at the French naval shipyard DCN in Lorient, becoming Chief of Staff in 1993. In 1995, he became Assistant Director of the Economy and Defense Division at French coordinating body on national defense and security matters SGDN, before being appointed Deputy to the National Armament Director at the French armament procurement agency, DGA. He joined Sagem in 1998, first as Manager of the Optronics Department, then as Director of the Optronics and Avionics business. Mr. Mockly joined the AREVA group in 2003. He became CEO of AREVA TA in 2005.

Ahmed Bennour

Mr. Ahmed Bennour has been Senior Vice President in charge of Information Systems and Services of Areva SA since September 2009. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines in Paris and began his career in Schlumberger as a field engineer. He has worked in several countries in Latin America, Europe and Africa, occupying a number of management positions up to Regional Manager. In 2001, he joined AREVA T& to create and direct the Business Unit Service. In 2005, he was appointed Manager of Performance Optimization and member of the Executive Committee, covering Strategic Plan (3YP) Management, SDCI, EHS and Information Systems. In 2006, he also took the additional responsibility of Country President France. From 2008, he served as Manager of the Services Sector of AREVA NC.

Jean-Luc Andrieux

Mr. Jean-Luc Andrieux has been the Senior Vice President in charge of Safety, Health, Security and Environment of Areva SA since January 2009. He is also responsible for coordinating relations with the French Nuclear Safety Authority on behalf of the AREVA group and manages a network of "Key Account Safety Authority Managers". He is a graduate from the Ecole Catholique d'Arts et Metiers (ECAM). He joined the group in 1977 as the head of Tests and Startup for compressor units at Eurodif's George Besse plant. In 1980 he joined EURODIF Production where he held numerous operational roles. He then became head of the Quality-Safety-Security-Environment Department in 1991, then head of Maintenance in 1994. In 1997, he became manager of the Enrichment Business Unit and in November 2001, manager of the La Hague site. In November 2005, he became head of the Logistics Business Unit.

Raphael Berger

Mr. Raphael Berger is the Senior Vice President in charge of Strategy and Economic Studies at Areva SA. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, holds the rank of Ingenieur des Ponts and a dual Masters degree in Technology & Policy and in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He began his career in 2004 as researcher in energy and environmental economics at MIT. From 2007, he worked for Alinda Capital Partners, a US-based investment firm specialized in energy and infrastructure. He joins AREVA's Strategy Department in late 2009, where he acts successively as Project Manager, then Vice President, Economic Studies.

Patrick Champalaune

Mr. Patrick Champalaune is the Senior Vice President of Purchasing of Areva SA. He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Arts et Metiers and ESIC. He began his career at Pernod-Ricard, where he was a purchasing manager. He went to work for Valeo in 1993 as Director of Purchasing in the Lighting-Signaling branch, before joining Delsey (Bertrand Faure Group) as Vice President, Purchasing and Outside Operations. He then worked for Visteon interior systems (Ford) as Vice President, Purchasing for Europe and South America from 1997 to 2000. In August 2000, he was appointed Vice President, Purchasing of the COGEMA group (which has since become a subsidiary of the AREVA group), serving concurrently as Senior Vice President, Purchasing of AREVA until September 2004.

Jean-Michel Chereau

Mr. Jean-Michel Chereau has been the Senior Vice President in charge of Protection of Persons and Corporate Assets of Areva SA since November 2010. He is a graduate of the military academy Ecole Speciale Militaire and of Ecole Nationale Superieure de Techniques Avancees (ENSTA) engineering school. He served in the marine corps then was assigned successively to Mont de Marsan (1976), New Caledonia (1978), Castres (1980), Lebanon (1983), Chad and the French West Indies/Guyana (1984), Bayonne (1991 and 1994), Somalia (1992), Taverny (1993), Bosnia (1995 and 2004), Djibouti (1996) and Kosovo (1999). In 2007, he became deputy director of Military Information then, in 2008, was awarded the rank and title "general de corps" or lieutenant general. He ended his military career as general controller of the armed forces.

Martha Heitzmann

Ms. Martha Heitzmann has been the Senior Vice President in charge of Research and Innovation of Areva SA since March 2011. She is also a member of the Science and Ethics Committee. She holds a doctorate degree in Environmental and Chemical Engineering from Harvard and an MBA from the College des Ingenieurs. She began her career in 1990 as Advisor to the General Manager of the Republic of the Marshall Islands' Environmental Protection Authority. From 1993 to 1999, Ms. Heitzmann held various positions within the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank related to environmental infrastructure and technology. From 1999 to 2007, she was Principal Administrator, Performance and Environmental Information Division at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). From 2007 to January 2011, she has been Vice President, Research & Development for the Air Liquide Group.

Thierry Noircler

Mr. Thierry Noircler has been the Senior Vice President of Audit of Areva SA since March 2012. He holds a graduate diploma in Financial Control (Institut d'Administration des Entreprises) and in Management Science. He began his career at COGEMA in 1990 as a financial controller in the Fuel Business Unit. In 1992, his function was extended to include the Treatment, Recycling and Logistics Business Units. In 1996, he became deputy CFO of Eurodif and in 2000, he also became CFO of the Enrichment Business Unit. From 2002 to 2007, he was Deputy CFO of AREVA NP. Since January 1, 2007, Mr. Noircler was Management Control and Accounting Director of the group.

Pierre Charreton

Mr. Pierre Charreton is the Secretary General, General Counsel and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA as of July 1, 2011. He previously served as the General Counsel of Areva SA from October 2009 and was also a Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. He holds a Law degree from the Universite d’Orleans and began his career in 1975 as a Junior Legal Advisor in the Pretabail group, a financial leasing company. In 1978, he joined the law firm Fidal as a Legal Advisor. In 1982, he joined Framatome (now AREVA NP) as a Legal Advisor and was temporarily assigned to work with law firm Fried, Frank, Shriver & Jacotson LLP in Washington DC in 1984 and 1985. On returning to France, he worked in Framatome's Legal Department on mergers and acquisitions, mainly in the connectors business. In 1988, he was appointed Secretary General of FCI (then an AREVA subsidiary), a position he held up until 1992 when he was appointed Vice President of Framatome's Legal Department. In 1999, Mr. Charreton took over as Head of the Legal Department in the Thales Group. He also sat on the group's Executive Committee. In 2005, he took charge of France Telecom/Orange Group's Legal Department and was also a member of the group leadership team and administrator for foreign subsidiaries.

Tarik Choho

Mr. Tarik Choho is the Senior Chief Commercial Officer and a Member of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA. He started his career at the Gaz de France group where he held successively positions of project management in the fields of storage and transportation of natural gas. In 1996, he joined COGEMA (now AREVA NC) and was sent to the USA where he held positions of project manager for the construction of nuclear facilities at the Hanford site (seven years) and in North Carolina (three years). From 2006 to 2008, he was deputy to the Senior Executive Vice President of the Logistics Business Unit. In 2008, Mr. Choho joined the Fuel Sector as head of the Design and Sales business unit. From January 2010, he was Mining and Front End Sales Senior Vice President. In 2011, he was appointed Executive Vice President, in charge of sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Vice Chief Commercial Officer.

Christian Barandas

Mr. Christian Barandas is the Chief Industrial and Performance Officer of Areva SA as of January 2012. He holds an Engineering degree from ECAM (Ecole Catholique d'Arts et Metiers) Graduate School in Lyon, France. He began his career at the Pechiney group then he joined COMURHEX Malvesi in 1987 as Technical Services Manager supervising all plant maintenance, and projects. In 1993, he moved to COGEMA La Hague where he held successively positions of increasing responsibilities. In 1996, he became Vice President for Production Units then Deputy Vice President of La Hague facilities in December 2001. He assumed the position of Vice President for Quality and Continuous Improvement at COGEMA in June 2003, then, in July 2003 as Vice President for Sustainable Development and Continuous Progress at AREVA. From May 2005, Mr. Barandas was Executive Vice President of the Chemistry Business Unit, and Chief Executive Officer of COMURHEX.

Magali Smets

Ms. Magali Smets has been appointed Secretary of the Executive Management Board of Areva SA on December 17, 2012. She started her career in 1999 as a Consultant at McKinsey and Company and as an Active Member in the energy practice. In 2001, she joined Alstom T&D in the strategy department, and then went on at AREVA T&D where she became Strategy Director. There, she led the implementation of the strategic planning process. In 2007, she joined AREVA Brussels and headed the representation office in 2011. She is a graduate Engineer from Ecole Centrale Lille (France) and holds a Master of Science in Technology & Policy from MIT Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts (United States) with a specialization in electricity market deregulation.

Bernard Bigot

Mr. Bernard Bigot was elected as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Areva SA on February 5, 2009 and is also a Member of its Strategy and Investments Committee. He is also General Director and Chairman of the Board of CEA. He is a graduate of Ecole Normale Superieure de Saint-Cloud and holds a Postgraduate degree in Physics as well as a Doctorate of Science in Chemistry. He also holds other mandates, including Permanent Representative of the French State and the Minister of Industry on the Board of AREVA NC, Chairman of the Fondation de la maison de la Chimie and Vice Chairman of the Fondation Jean Dausset – CEPh.

Pierre Sellal

Mr. Pierre Sellal has been the Representative of the French Government on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since April 10, 2009 and is also a Member of the Company's Strategy and Investments Committee. He holds a Law degree and is a graduate of Ecole Nationale d’Administration. He is a former Ambassador and was a French Permanent Representative to the European Union in Brussels. He also served as Chief of Staff for Mr. Hubert Vedrine. He currently serves as Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. He currently holds various mandates, including Director of EDF, Ecole nationale d’administration, Audiovisuel Exterieur de la France and Cultures France, and Member of the High Council of the Institut du monde arabe.

David Azema

Mr. David Azema has been a Representative of the French Government on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since September 26, 2012 and is also a Member of the Company’s Strategy and Investments Committee, Audit Committee and Remuneration and Nominating Committee. He is a Commissioner of State Holdings and also serves as a State Representative on the Boards of Air France – KLM, EDF, Renault and Fonds Strategique d’Investissement. He previously held various roles, including Chairman and CEO of Keolis SAS until September 12, 2012 and SNCF Participations until March 22, 2012.

Christophe Behar

Mr. Christophe Behar has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since April 29, 2010. He is also a Member of the Company's End-of-Life-Cycle Obligations Monitoring Committee. He is the Nuclear Energy Director of the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA). He is an Engineer graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris. He is also a Permanent Representative of CEA on the Board of GENCI and AREVA TA, a French Representative on the Joint Research Center of the European Commission, and a Director of STMI.

Sophie Boissard

Ms. Sophie Boissard has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since April 27, 2011 and is also a Member of the Company's Audit Committee and End-of-Life-Cycle Obligations Monitoring Committee, and Chairman of the Ethics Committee. She is an Alumnus of the Ecole Normale Superieure and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration, and is a State Councillor. She served as Deputy CEO in charge of Strategy and Development of SNCF. She previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff under Christine Lagarde, at the Ministry for the Economy, Industry and Employment from 2007 to 2008 and directed the Planning Commission at the time of its transformation into a Center for strategic analysis within the Prime Ministe's office. From 2006 to 2007 she served on the Committee for Nuclear Energy. She is also Director of GIAT Industries, SANEF and Eurostar International Limited, and President of SNCF Participations.

Francois David

Mr. Francois David has been an Independent Member of the Supervisory Committee of Areva SA as of April 17, 2008. He is also a Member of the Company's Audit Committee and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominating Committee. He graduated from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and Ecole Nationale d'Administration and is the Honorary Chairman of Coface and Senior Advisor of Moelis & Company. He also serves as Member of the Supervisory Board of Lagardere, Director of Vinci, Rexel and Natixis Coficine SA, and a Member of the Board of the Ordre de la Legion d'honneur.

Pascal Faure

Mr. Pascal Faure has been a Representative of the French Government on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since January 29, 2013. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnqiue, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunications de Paris and a Mining Engineer. Mr. Faure serves as Managing Director for competition, industry and services within the Ministry for Productive Renewal.

Christophe Gegout

Mr. Christophe Gegout is the Representative of CEA (Commissariat a l'Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives) on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA. He is also a Member of the Company's Audit Committee and Chairman of the End-of-Life-Cycle Obligations Monitoring Committee. He is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, Ecole Polytechnique and Ensae. He currently serves as Director of the Management and Information Systems department and Financial Director of CEA. He also serves as Chairman of CEA Investissement and a Permanent Representative of CEA on the Board of Directors of FT1CI.

Marion Guillou

Ms. Marion Guillou has been a Representative of the French Government on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since February 22, 2012 and is also a Member of the Company’s Ethics Committee. She is an Engineering graduate from Ecole Nationale du Genie Rural, des Eaux et Forets and a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique, and also holds a Doctorate degree in Biotransformation physical chemistry. Ms. Guillou is the Chairman of AGREENIUM and also holds other mandates, including Chairman of the Board of Ecole Polytechnique, President of JPI FACCE and Director of Imerys, Apave, Veolia and CGIAR Consortium.

Jean-Michel Lang

Mr. Jean-Michel Lang has been an Employee Representative on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since June 21, 2012. He is also a Member of the Company's End-of-Life-Cycle Obligations Monitoring Committee and Ethics Committee. He works as an Expert within the division in charge of treating product quality discrepancy issues (MELOX). He is also an Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of MELOX.

Agnes Lemarchand

Ms. Agnes Lemarchand has been an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since April 27, 2011 and is also a Member of the Company's Strategy and Investments Committee and Remuneration and Nominating Committee. She graduated from ENSCP (Ecole Nationale Superieure de Chimie de Paris), Massachusetts Institute of Technology and INSEAD. After managing Rhone Poulenc subsidiary Industrie Biologique Francaise, she directed Ciments Francais Industrial Minerals business before joining Lafarge where she was appointed CEO of the group's lime mortars division between 1999 and 2004. She currently chairs a former subsidiary of Lafarge in the UK, Steetley Dolomite Ltd., following a management buyout. She also holds other mandates, including Member of the Supervisory Board of MERSEN and SICLAE group, and Director of St Gobain and CGG Veritas.

Francoise Pieri

Ms. Francoise Pieri has been an Employee Representative on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since June 21, 2012. She works as an Integrated Management System Technician (SOCATRI).

Philippe Pinson

Mr. Philippe Pinson has been an Employee Representative on the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since June 21, 2012. He is also a Member of the Company’s Strategy and Investments Committee. He works as a department manager within the sales division of the recycling business unit of Areva NC. He is also an Employee Representative on the Board of Directors of Areva NC.

Guylaine Saucier

Ms. Guylaine Saucier has been an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of Areva SA since May 2, 2006 and chairs the Company’s Audit Committee. She is a Certified Chartered Accountant and a graduate of HEC Montreal. She also serves as a Director of Banque de Montreal, Wendel, Scor SE, and AREVA Canada Inc.
