Hinduja, Dheeraj Mr. Dheeraj G. Hinduja is Non-Executive Co-Chairman of the Board of Ashok Leyland Limited. He is a Honors Graduate from University College, London, and an MBA from Imperial College, Universily of London with specialisation in Project Management. He has been actively involved in business from 1994, and has been associated in India and abroad with the development of several infrastructure projects. He has been a Director of the Company from 1996. Presently, he is the Co-Chairman of the Board. He was also a Member of the Audit Committee till July 2004.

Dasari, Vinod Mr. Vinod K Dasari is Chief Operating Officer, Wholetime Director of Ashok Leyland Limited. He joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer on 1.4.2005.
