Name Description

Lars Renstrom

Mr. Lars Renstrom has served as Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors at Assa Abloy AB since April 25, 2012. He has been Independent Member of the Company's Board of Directors since April 24, 2008. In 2012, he was appointed to the post of chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee. He occupied the post of President and Chief Executive Officer of Alfa Laval AB from 2004 until February 29, 2016. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Seco Tools AB between 2000 and 2004. He was President and Head of Division of Atlas Copco Rock Drilling Tools between 1997 and 2000. Prior to this, he held a number of senior positions within ABB and Ericsson. He is Member of the Boards of Alfa Laval AB and Tetra Laval Group. Mr. Lars Renstrom holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Business and Economics.

Johan Molin

Mr. Johan Molin has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Assa Abloy AB since 2005. Since 2006 he has also been Member of the Company's Board of Directors. He has also been Head of Global Technologies division at the Company since 2007. Additionally to his current duties at the Company, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sandvik AB.
