Name Description

Douglas Goss

 Mr. Douglas O. Goss, Q.C. is Chairman of the Board of ATAC Resources Ltd., since March 15, 2010. He is Director since March 6, 2000. He is a barrister and solicitor practicing primarily in the fields of corporate and securities law. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta in 1981, and a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degree from the University of Alberta in 1984. He was a partner with Bryan & Company from July 1987 to July 1997 and has been counsel with Bryan & Company since that time. He has also been General Counsel to Premium Brands Inc. since March 1999, and its Corporate Secretary since September 1999. Mr. Goss also is the Chairman of the Board of the Edmonton Eskimo Football Club, and is the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).

Robert Carne

 Mr. Robert C. Carne is President and Director of ATAC Resources Ltd. He is Director since October 15, 1998. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered in British Columbia. He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1974, and a Master of Science (Geology) degree from the University of British Columbia in 1979. He has been a geologist with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited since 1977 and a principal from 1981 to 2002. He is now an independent geological consultant. Rob has been actively involved in mineral exploration, principally in the Yukon since 1972, and he has authored or co-authored a number of technical papers on Yukon mineral deposits. He has served as a director and officer of numerous public companies on the TSX Venture Exchange since the mid-1980's.

Graham Downs

 Mr. Graham N. Downs is Chief Executive Officer of ATAC Resources Ltd., since March 12, 2007. He has been involved in the mineral exploration industry for over 10 years, principally in the Yukon with Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Ltd., a consulting geological engineering firm. He received a business and geographical information systems diploma to complement his years of practical field experience. His recent work has provided experience in corporate communications, business development, finance and property transactions including acquisitions, sales, farm-outs and takeovers.

 Mr. Glenn R. Yeadon is Secretary and Director of ATAC Resources Ltd. He is director since March 12, 2007. He is a barrister and solicitor in British Columbia, practicing mainly in the field of securities law. He has been associated in the practice of law with Tupper, Jonsson & Yeadon and predecessor firms since 1980. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1975, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia in 1976. He has been a director and an officer of a number of reporting issuers for over 20 years.

Bruce Kenway

 Mr. Bruce J. Kenway is Independent Director of ATAC Resources Ltd., since June 9, 2004. Mr. Kenway is a chartered accountant who in 1986 became a founding member of Kenway Mack Slusarchuk Stewart LLP. He continues to practice with that firm. He has been a director of various reporting issuers for a number of years. He has chaired the Audit Committee for the Company since the Committee’s inception.

Helmut Wober

 Mr. Helmut H. Wober is Independent Director of ATAC Resources Ltd., since June 29, 2005. He received a multidisciplinary education in mining engineering and economic geology. He has held senior positions in exploration, company administration, mine production geology, engineering and development. In 1975, Mr. Wober joined Chevron's mineral division where he was later appointed Manager of Engineering and Development with worldwide responsibilities. Mr. Wober formed MDE International in 1990 and has since worked as a geological consultant and consulting engineer. In his career, Mr. Wober has worked on all five continents. Mr. Wober has been president of Panoro Minerals and its predecessor, Panoro Resources, since March 1999.

Bruce Youngman

 Mr. Bruce A. Youngman is Independent Director of ATAC Resources Ltd. He has over 25 years of experience in the minerals industry. Since 2010, he has served as Chairman and a Director of Strategic Metals Ltd. From 2008 to 2010, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Canplats Resources Corporation, during which time the 4 million ounce Camino Rojo deposit in Mexico was outlined, with Canplats having been subsequently acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $300 million. Mr. Youngman previously held senior positions with Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd., including as its President, Vice-President and as a Director, and was closely involved in the acquisition and expansion of the Pebble Gold-Copper Porphyry Project in Alaska. Mr. Youngman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of British Columbia in 1981.
