Name Description
Dangeard, Frank Mr. Frank E. Dangeard was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) on March 15, 2009. He is also a Member of the Company’s Finance and Resources Committee and Strategic Committee. He is a graduate from Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC), Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (IEP) and the Harvard Law School (Fulbright Scholar, HLS Fellow). Mr. Dangeard was an associate with the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell in New York and London from 1986 to 1989, and a member of the New York bar, then a Managing Director of the investment bank S.G. Warburg in London, Madrid and Paris, and Chairman of SBC Warburg from 1995. He joined Thomson multimedia in 1997 as Senior Executive Vice President, then Vice Chairman of the Board from 1999. From September 2002 to September 2004 he was Senior Executive Vice President of France Telecom. From September 2004 to March 2008, he was Chairman & CEO of Thomson. Mr. Dangeard is Managing Director of Harcourt, and a Director of Calyon (Credit Agricole Group), Electricite de France (EDF), Moser Baer (India), Sonaecom (Portugal) and Symantec (United States of America). He is also Member or Chairman of Advisory/Strategy Boards of a number of international companies and non-profit organizations.
Gardner, David Mr. David Gardner was appointed Managing Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) as of January 31, 2008. Mr. Gardner started his career programming PDP-11s in 1978 and selling Apple II computers in 1980 then joined Electronic Arts (EA) in 1983. After focusing on sales and marketing early in his career, he became responsible for starting EA in the United Kingdom in 1986. In 1992, Mr. Gardner became the Managing Director of Europe. In 2004, Mr. Gardner was promoted to Senior Vice President of International Publishing, a post which was based in the United States, where he continued to expand his international responsibilities, with a focus on Asia. Shortly, thereafter, he was appointed to Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Worldwide Studios. Mr. Gardner left EA in August of 2007 to return to live in Europe. He was awarded an OBE (Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire) on the Queen’s Birthday in June 2007.
D'Hinnin, Dominique Mr. Dominique D'Hinnin is the Non Executive Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) as of January 31, 2008, and has served as an Independent Director of the Company since November 22, 2005. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of the Remuneration and Nominating Committee of the Company. He has served as Finance Director of Groupe Lagardere since 1998. He is a graduate of Ecole Normale Superieure and worked as a Tax Inspector. He joined Groupe Lagardere in 1990 and went on to become Director of Internal Audit. Hamaide, Fabrice Mr. Fabrice Hamaide is the Financial Director of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) as of May 6, 2008. He is responsible for the Finance, Investor Relations, Financial Communications, Legal and Information Technology functions. He was previously working at Parrot, where he had been Financial Director of the company since 2005. Mr. Hamaide started his career in 1988 and spent a year as a Consultant with Ernst & Young. Between 1991 and 1995, he worked as Credit Manager and Financial Controller for Eli Lilly and then for Kraft Suchard Jacobs in Paris. In 1996, he joined the computer peripheral company Logitech (based in Fremont, California) as Director in charge of worldwide strategic and financial planning. Lapin, Jeffrey Mr. Jeffrey (Jeff) Lapin was appointed as Director of Operations of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) on May 15, 2009 and has served as the Representative of BlueBay Value Recovery (Master) Fund Limited on the Company's Board of Directors since December 3, 2007. He is also a Member of the Company’s Finance and Resources Committee and Strategic Committee. Mr. Lapin served as Managing Director of Razorgator Interactive Group and Software Managing Director of Take Two Interactive from 2002 to 2007. He is a graduate of UCLA and has gained a diploma from Loyola Marymount University. He started his career as Counsel at Mitchell Silber & Knupp, prior to joining in 1986 the predecessor Starwood Hotels & Resort where he worked as Chairman Managing Director from 1991 to 1996. He then worked as Executive Vice President and then as President of House of Blues (1996-1998). He also served as a Director of 411 Web Interactive and In-Fusio.
Germano, Gina Ms. Gina Germano is a Director of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) as of November 15, 2006 and is a Member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Nominating and Remuneration Committee. She joined BlueBay as a Senior Portfolio Manager in April 2002 from Lazard Asset Management in New York, where she had been a Portfolio Manager responsible for European high yield since 1998. From 1996 to 1998, Ms. Germano was an Equity Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley in New York. Harrison, Philip Mr. Philip (Phil) Harrison is a Member of the Board of Directors of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) as of March 2, 2008. He also served as the Deputy Managing Director and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company until May 25, 2009. Prior to that, he worked for Sony Computer Entertainment, where he occupied the post of President of Worldwide Studios and of Head of PlaysStation Video Games Development Department. Lamouche, Didier Mr. Didier Lamouche was appointed as an Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) on November 26, 2007. Cagni, Pascal Mr. Pascal Cagni is an Independent Member of the Board of Director of Atari SA (formerly Infogrames Entertainment) as of June 13, 2008. Mr. Cagni currently works for Apple, where he has been the General Manager and Vice President for Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) since 2000.
