Voltaire Gomez

 Mr. Voltaire Gomez has been appointed as President, Director of Avatar Ventures Corp., effective March 5, 2012. Mr. Gomez is a consultant to broker dealers and transfer agencies. He was employed by West Coast Stock Transfer and by Word Trade Financial Corporation from September 2009 until May 2010, where he served senior management and compliance, overseeing all trading and day to day operations. Mr. Gomez performed the same job duties from March 2007 until September 2009 as an employee of Island Stock Transfer and of Spartan Securities Group, Ltd. Mr. Gomez attended Southern California Military Academy and Saint John’s. He also attended Universidad Autonoma de Baja California in Tijuana and Paris, France, graduating with an international business degree. Mr. Gomez has been a market maker running domestic and foreign trading desks, trading equities, equity options and fixed income securities. He moved to senior management and compliance, overseeing all trading and day to day operations of broker dealers and transfer agencies. He recently sat on a consulting firm advisory committee for broker dealers and transfer agencies across the United States.

Chen Zhen

 Ms. Zhen Chen is Principal Executive Officer, Principal Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer, Secretary, Director of Avatar Ventures Corp., since August 18, 2006. Ms. Zhen educational background is in the field of electrical engineering, having graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 1991. Ms Chen has worked as a lead project manager and head product designer at several prominent electronics companies in Asia, such as Acer Taiwan and BenQ. From 2005 to present, Ms. Chen has been the president of personal hardware design and works with corporate clients in developing customized design solutions.

Peter Martinez

 Mr. Peter Martinez has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Avatar Ventures Corp., effective October 28, 2011. Prior to joining Avatar, Martinez helped launch e-Business-Central, Inc., combining the talents of freelance designers, programmers and web developers to service the small business market. He also worked for over 10 years as a contract web developer and designer. His background includes work in the pay per click/lead development business with affiliate marketing networks, including Commission Junction and Clickbooth, marketing consumer and business products, services, and special offers.
