Name Description

Ronald Fogleman

General Ronald R. Fogleman, USAF (Ret.), is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Alliant Techsystems Inc., since November 2009. He has been President of B Bar J Cattle and Consulting Company, a consulting firm, since 1997. He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1997, following a 34-year career. He is also a director of AAR Corp. From 2007 to 2009, he was a director of Alpha Security Group Corporation.

Mark DeYoung

Mr. Mark W. DeYoung is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Alliant Techsystems Inc. Mr. DeYoung has been President and Chief Executive Officer of ATK since February 2010. From 2002 to February 2010, he was President of ATK's Armament Systems Group, holding the title of Senior Vice President and President Armament Systems (formerly Ammunition Systems) from 2006 to February 2010, Senior Vice President, Ammunition Systems, from 2004 to 2006, and Group Vice President, Ammunition Systems, from 2002 to 2004. He has more than 25 years of experience in organizations in the defense, aerospace, and commercial sectors.

Scott Chaplin

Mr. Scott D. Chaplin has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Alliant Techsystems Inc., since October 2012. Prior to joining ATK, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Stanley, Inc. from 2005 to 2010. Before that, he was General Counsel of BAE Systems Information Technology and prior to that served as General Counsel of DigitalNet, Inc. Mr. Chaplin also practiced law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP and Reed Smith, LLP, both in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Christine A. Wolf is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Alliant Techsystems Inc., March 2011. She has more than 30 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to joining ATK, she was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Fannie Mae from 2008 to March 2011. Prior to that, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer for E*Trade from 2004 to 2008.

Michael Kahn

Mr. Michael A. Kahn is Senior Vice President, President - Defense Group of Alliant Techsystems Inc., since April 1, 2012. From August 2010 through March 2012, he served as the Senior Vice President of Missile Products Group. From 2009 to August 2010, he was Executive Vice President Aerospace Systems. Stephen Nolan

Mr. Stephen M. Nolan is Senior Vice President - Strategy and Business Development of Alliant Techsystems, Inc. As Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, Mr. Nolan will be responsible for the formulation of ATK's corporate strategy and will lead the company's business development activities across the organization. He joined ATK in 2006 and has held a series of increasingly responsible positions during his tenure, including Vice President and General Manager of the Advanced Systems division. Prior to that, he was the Vice President and Deputy General Manager of the Aerospace Structures division.

Jay Tibbets

Mr. Jay Tibbets is Senior Vice President, President - Sporting Group of Alliant Techsystems Inc. He previously served as Senior Vice President for Business Development since 2010. From 2002 to 2010, he was Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, for Armament Systems. From 2000 to 2002, he was Director, Business Development, for Conventional Munitions. Prior to joining ATK, he completed a 22-year career as an Ammunition Officer for the U.S. Marine Corps.

Michael Callahan

Mr. Michael Callahan is Independent Director of the Company. Since 2008, Mr. Callahan has served as the president and chief executive officer of Aspen Partners, a Utah-based consultant to the outdoor sporting industry. From 1990 to his retirement in 2008, he worked for Cabela’s, Inc., most recently as senior vice president for business development and international operations. Mr. Callahan also served in leadership positions for retail operations, marketing and merchandising. He was the owner and president of Sports Mercantile, Inc. in Bountiful, Utah and also worked for Gart Bros. Sporting Goods and Parker’s Outfitters in Colorado, and Sunset Sport Centers in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Callahan served as the chairman and board member for NBFog, Inc. from 2010 until he retired in 2013 and served on the board of Bushnell until it was acquired by ATK in 2013. Mr. Callahan has served on numerous boards, committees and task forces for the outdoor sporting industry, including chairman of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation and vice chairman of the U.S. Sportsmen’s Alliance Outdoor Business Council. He is also a life member and member of numerous outdoor and conservation organizations.

Roxanne Decyk

Ms. Roxanne J. Decyk has been Independent Director of Alliant Techsystems Inc. Ms. Decyk served as the Executive Vice President of Global Government Affairs for Royal Dutch Shell plc, a global group of energy and petrochemicals companies, from 2009-2010. She joined Royal Dutch Shell plc in 1999, where, prior to her most recent position, she was Corporate Affairs Director from 2005-2009, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Human Resources, Shell US from 2002-2005, and Vice President, Corporate Strategy from 1999-2002. She is also a director of Ensco plc, Snap-on Incorporated and Petrofac Limited.

Martin Faga

Mr. Martin C. Faga has served as Independent Director of Alliant Techsystems Inc. Mr. Faga served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the MITRE Corporation, a not-for-profit systems engineering firm, from 2000 to 2006, and has been a member of the Board of Trustees of MITRE since 2000. Before joining MITRE in 1993, Mr. Faga served in the U.S. Department of Defense as Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Space and simultaneously as Director of the National Reconnaissance Office. He is also a director of DigitalGlobe (formerly GeoEye, Inc.) From 2006 to 2008, he was a director of Electronic Data Systems Corporation.

April Foley

Ambassador April H. Foley has been Independent Director of Alliant Techsystems Inc. She served with the U.S. State Department as the Ambassador to Hungary from 2006-2009. Before her diplomatic service, she was First Vice President and Vice Chairman, and a member of the Board of Directors, of the Export-Import Bank of the United States from 2003-2005. She also served as Director of Business Planning of PepsiCo, Inc. from 1981-1993. She is also a director of Xerium Technologies, Inc. She has MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Tig H. Krekel has been Independent Director of Alliant Techsystems Inc. Mr. Krekel is Chairman and Founding Partner of Hudson Group, LLC, a New York and South Carolina advisory services firm. He was the Vice Chairman and a partner of J.F. Lehman & Company, a New York private-equity investment bank, from 2003 to 2012. Before joining J.F. Lehman, Mr. Krekel served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hughes Space and Communications and President of Boeing Satellite Systems, the world's manufacturer of commercial and military communications satellites.
