Name Description

Allan Cook

Mr. Allan E. Cook, CBE, is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of WS Atkins PLC. He is a chartered engineer with more than 40 years’ international experience in the automotive, aerospace and defence industries. He was chief executive of Cobham PLC until the end of December 2009. Prior to this he held senior roles at GEC-Marconi, BAE Systems and Hughes Aircraft. He was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours list in 2008 for services to the defence and aerospace industries and is a fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. In 2014 he became lead non-executive director of the UK Department for Business, Innovation & Skills (BIS) STEM Diversity Programme.

Uwe Krueger

Prof., Dr. Uwe Krueger serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of WS Atkins PLC. He is Executive director since June 2011 and Chief executive officer since August 2011. He is a physicist who studied at the University of Frankfurt, graduating with a PhD in complex system theory. He has spent the majority of his career engineering and consulting organisations in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. He began his career at international strategy consulting firm A T Kearney, followed by leadership positions at Hochtief AG, an international provider of construction services. More recently he was chief executive officer of Swiss company Oerlikon. He joined Atkins from Texas Pacific Group and Cleantech Switzerland. He is Board member, ONTEX S.A. (Zele, Belgium) Board member, (SUSI Partners AG Zurich, Switzerland).

Heath Drewett

Mr. Heath Drewett serves as Group Finance Director, Executive Director of WS Atkins PLC. He is a graduate in mathematics from Peterhouse, Cambridge. He started his career at Price Waterhouse where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He held a variety of senior finance and corporate development roles at British Airways plc (BA) and The Morgan Crucible Company plc. He spent seven years in BA’s finance team, latterly holding the position of head of business performance.

James Cullens

Mr. James Cullens has been appointed as Group HR director, Director of the Company effective July 1, 2014. A graduate of Cambridge University, James Cullens brings significant senior leadership experience gained in both the UK and internationally. James was previously Group HR director for Hays plc, having held similar positions previously with Linde AG, The BOC Group plc and PA Consulting Group. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a MSc in HR Development, a MA and a MLitt.

Allister Langlands

Mr. Allister Gordon Langlands has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of WS Atkins plc, effective 04 September 2013. He has been chairman of John Wood Group PLC, an international energy services company based in Aberdeen, since November 2012. He has worked for Wood Group since 1991, formerly serving as CEO, deputy CEO and Group finance director. He is also a non-executive director of the venture capital trust Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC. Prior to joining Wood Group, he was a partner with international accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand Deloitte (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). Allister is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland. He holds a MA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Edinburgh and has completed the Harvard Advanced Management Program.

Thomas Leppert

Mr. Thomas C. Leppert has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of WS Atkins plc, effective 1 October 2013. He is the president and chief operating officer at Kaplan, Inc., the global educational services company. His professional work has spanned leadership positions both in the public and private sectors including construction, financial services and real estate. He was the elected Mayor of Dallas, Texas. Prior to this Mr Leppert was the Chairman and CEO of the Turner Corporation, the general builder in the United States, Vice Chairman of Pacific Century Financial Corporation and its subsidiary the Bank of Hawaii, President & CEO Castle & Cooke Properties, Inc., and national partner of Trammell Crow Company. Mr Leppert began his career at McKinsey & Co. where he was elected a Principal. He holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School.

Catherine Bradley

Mrs. Catherine Bradley serves as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mrs. Bradley has had a 30 year career as an investment banker, advising corporates and other clients in the USA, Europe and Asia. She began her career at Merrill Lynch, working in investment banking roles for 10 years. Following this she joined Swiss Bank Corporation, then Paribas to head their European strategy equity advisory team. In 2000, she moved to Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein to lead the equity block and convertible bond teams, then moved to Credit Suisse in 2003 to become head of coverage for UK corporates, government and European private equity companies. In 2008 she moved to Hong Kong, initially with Credit Suisse, followed by Société Générale. In 2014, following her return to Europe, Mrs Bradley was appointed by HM Treasury as a non-executive member of the board of the Financial Conduct Authority, the UK financial regulator.

Fiona Clutterbuck

Ms. Fiona Clutterbuck has been appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of WS Atkins PLC., effective July 31, 2013. Fiona Clutterbuck has substantial experience in all areas of corporate finance, including a particular focus on the financial institutions sector, gained during 15 years at Hill Samuel and HSBC and seven years at ABN AMRO. She has a LLB (Hons) from the University of London and qualified as a barrister in 1980.

Krishnamurthy Rajagopal

Dr. Krishnamurthy Rajagopal, Ph.D., is an Independent Non-Executive Director of WS Atkins PLC. Dr Raj Rajagopal held several positions at BOC Edwards before being appointed chief executive, a position he held until November 2006. He was an executive director of the BOC Group plc until November 2006. He was awarded an honorary doctor of science degree by Cranfield University in 2004 and the Institution of Engineering and Technology’s (IET) IEE Eric Mensforth International Gold Medal for contribution to manufacturing technology and management in 2003. He is a fellow of each of the Royal Academy of Engineering, the IET, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Management and the Institute of Directors.

Gretchen Watkins

Ms. Gretchen H. Watkins has been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, effect from 1 June 2016. Ms Watkins has significant experience gained over her 25 year career as an energy industry executive having held senior positions with Amoco Corporation, BP plc, Marathon Oil Corporation and most recently Maersk Oil, where she is currently chief operating officer. During her career she has led joint ventures, held senior level relationships with government ministers and national oil companies and negotiated contracts with countries and companies from Asia, Africa, Europe and North America. She has held executive positions on three continents in exploration and production, midstream operations and supply and trading. Ms. Watkins has previously held two board positions with EG LNG and Phu My Power Plant, both joint ventures that included national and international oil companies. Her non-profit leadership experience includes membership of the board of directors for two educational charities, the Communities in Schools Houston and the Offshore Energy Center. She was also a member of Independent Petroleum Association of America board of directors.
