Name Description

Hans Straberg

Mr. Hans Straberg has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since April 29, 2014. He has previously been Vice Chairman of the Board since April 29, 2013. He is Member of the Company Nomination and Audit Committee and Chairman at the Company Remuneration Committee. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola. He also serves as Member of the Board of Investor AB, Stora Enso Oyj, Finland, N Holding AB, Mellby Gard AB, Hedson AB, and is Chairman of the Board of Roxtec AB, CTEK AB, Nikkarit Holding AB and Orchid Orthopedics Inc. He has experience from the Chief Executive Officer and President position at Electrolux AB, as well as various managing positions in the Electrolux group in Sweden and the United States. He was EU Co-Chair TABD, Trans-Atlantic Business Dialogue.

Ronnie Leten

Mr. Ronnie Leten has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Copco AB since June 1, 2009, and has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2009. He joined Atlas Copco in 1985, and until 1999 he was holding various positions within the Compressor Technique such as Project Leader for IT and Logistics Systems, Supply Manager Central Distribution Center, Manufacturing Manager for the Industrial Air division, and President of the Airtec division. Between 2001 and 2006, he was President of the Industrial Air division, and was then appointed President of the Compressor Technique business area. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Electrolux AB. He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from Hasselt University.

Nico Delvaux

Mr. Nico Delvaux has been Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President Compressor Technique at Atlas Copco AB since August 1, 2014. He served as Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President - Construction Technique at the Company from 2011 until August 1, 2014. Prior to that, he was President of the Compressor Technique Service division within the Company from 2008. He started his career with Atlas Copco in 1991 and has over the years held positions in sales, marketing, service, acquisition-integration management and general management, in markets including Benelux, Italy, Canada. Mr. Delvaux holds a Master of Science degree in Electromechanics from the Brussels University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Handelshogeschool in Antwerp, part of Universitaire Faculteiten Sint-Ignatius Antwerp (UFSIA) in Belgium.

Johan Halling

Mr. Johan Halling no longer serves as Senior Executive Vice President for Atlas Copco AB and Business Area President Mining and Rock Excavation Technique at Atlas Copco AB effective as of December 31, 2016. He has held this position since August 1, 2013. He has previously been President of Atlas Copco's Rock Drilling Tools division from 2002. He began at Atlas Copco in 1998, as President of one of the electric tool divisions within Industrial Technique that Atlas Copco owned at the time. Prior to joining Atlas Copco, he was President of VOAC Hydraulics, a joint venture between Atlas Copco and Volvo. Between 1981 and 1990, he worked for power and automation technologies group ABB, in different positions, including Divisional President for ABB Robotics and Factory Automation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Lund, Sweden (Lunds Universitet). He has also studied Marketing and Economy at the same university.

Mats Rahmstrom

Mr. Mats Rahmstrom has been Senior Executive Vice President and Business Area President Industrial Technique of Atlas Copco AB since June 1, 2008. He has worked in the Company since 1988. He was President of Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems General Industry division within Industrial Technique from 2006 to 2008. He previously held positions in sales, service, marketing, and general management within the Industrial Technique business area. Between 1998 and 2006, he was General Manager for customer centers in Sweden, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He is Member of the Board of Permobil Holding AB. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Henley Management College, the United Kingdom.

Andrew Walker

Mr. Andrew Walker has been Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President Construction Technique in Atlas Copco AB since September 15, 2014. He started his career with Atlas Copco in Ireland 1986 and has since then had several different management positions in markets including United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and United States. He has served as President of the Service division in Compressor Technique. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Master of Business Administration degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Hans Meyer

Mr. Hans Ola Meyer has been Senior Vice President of Controlling and Finance of Atlas Copco AB since 1999. He is also Member of The Swedish Financial Reporting Board and Member of the Board of Upplands Motor Holding AB and PRI Pensionsgaranti (Mutual). Mr. Meyer joined the Company in 1978 to work with Group accounting and controlling. Later, he moved to Ecuador as Financial Manager. Between 1984 and 1991, he held various positions at Penningsmarknadsmaklarna, Sweden. He returned to Atlas Copco in 1991 as Financial Manager in Spain, and in 1993 became Senior Vice President, Finance for Atlas Copco AB and Member of Group Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics) (1977).

Hakan Osvald

Mr. Hakan Osvald has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Atlas Copco AB since January 1, 2012. Since 2012, he has also been Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company. He joined the Company in 1985 as Legal Counsel and relocated in 1989 to Atlas Copco in the United States as General Counsel for Atlas Copco North America Inc. and Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company. In 1991, he was appointed Vice President Deputy General Counsel Atlas Copco Group, with a special responsibility for acquisitions. He is Chairman of ICC Sweden, reference group Competition. Mr. Osvald holds a Master’s of Law degree from Uppsala Universitet.

Jeanette Livijn

Ms. Jeanette Livijn has been Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources at Atlas Copco AB since August 1, 2007. She joined the Company in 1987. She started to work in the field of financial and business controlling and held various positions in this function. Since 1997, she has held managerial positions within human resource management. Before she took up this present position, she was Vice President Human Resources for the Industrial Technique business area. She holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Vaxjo universitet in Sweden (Vaxjo Hogskola).

Annika Berglund

Ms. Annika Berglund serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Governmental Affairs at Atlas Copco AB. She began her career in marketing analysis and market research with Atlas Copco AB in 1979. She has had a number of positions in the Group related to marketing, sales, and business controlling in Europe. Prior to her current position, Ms. Berglund was Marketing Manager for the electronic company Atlas Copco Controls (Danaher Motion). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics), Sweden, from 1980, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Universiteit Antwerpen, Belgium, from 1995.

Johan Forssell

Mr. Johan Forssell has been Member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2008. He also serves as Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. Apart from his duties at Atlas Copco, Mr. Forssell holds a Board Member position at Saab AB Patricia Industries AB and EQT Holdings AB. He is President and CEO of Investor AB. Mr. Staffan Bohman has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2003. He is also Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. Apart from his duties at Atlas Copco, Mr. Bohman chairs the Boards of Hoganas AB and Cibes Lift Group AB. Margareth Ovrum

Ms. Margareth Ovrum has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2008. She is also Member of the Board of Alfa Laval AB. She is Executive Vice President for Statoil ASA. Previously, she served as Executive Vice President for Technology, Procurement, Project Execution and Drilling at Statoil. Earlier in her career, she held positions within technology, projects, production, maintenance, health/safety/environment, and procurement at the company.
