Sune Carlsson |
Mr. Sune Carlsson has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2003. He also chairs the Company’s Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committees. He joined the Board as Member in 1997. Apart from his duties at Atlas Copco, he serves as Board Member at Investor AB. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of Scania AB, President and Chief Executive Officer of AB SKF and Executive Vice President of ASEA AB as well as ABB Ltd. Mr. Carlsson holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden (Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola). |

Mr. Ronnie Leten has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Copco AB since June 1, 2009, and has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2009. He joined Atlas Copco in 1985, and until 1999 he was holding various positions within the Compressor Technique such as Project Leader for IT and Logistics Systems, Supply Manager Central Distribution Center, Manufacturing Manager for the Industrial Air division, and President of the Airtec division. Mr. Hans Ola Meyer has been Senior Vice President of Controlling and Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of Atlas Copco AB since 1999. Mr. Nico Delvaux has been Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President for Construction Technique at Atlas Copco AB since 2011. Prior to that, he was President of the Compressor Technique Service division within the Company from 2008. Mr. Robert (Bob) Fassl no longer serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President for Mining and Rock Excavation Technique at Atlas Copco AB, effective as of July 31, 2013. He has held this position since July 1, 2011. He joined the Company in 1982 and held several management positions in Atlas Copco Construction and Mining Technique business area in finance, service, logistics, purchasing and manufacturing.
