Name Description

Sune Carlsson

 Mr. Sune Carlsson has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atlas Copco AB since 2003. He also chairs the Company’s Remuneration Committee and Member of the Audit Committees. He joined the Board as Member in 1997. Apart from his duties at Atlas Copco, he serves as Board Member at Investor AB. Previously, he was Vice Chairman of Scania AB, President and Chief Executive Officer of AB SKF and Executive Vice President of ASEA AB as well as ABB Ltd. Mr. Carlsson holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, Gothenburg, Sweden (Chalmers Tekniska Hogskola).

Ronnie Leten

 Mr. Ronnie Leten has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Copco AB since June 1, 2009, and has been Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2009. He joined Atlas Copco in 1985, and until 1999 he was holding various positions within the Compressor Technique such as Project Leader for IT and Logistics Systems, Supply Manager Central Distribution Center, Manufacturing Manager for the Industrial Air division, and President of the Airtec division. Between 2001 and 2006, he was President of the Industrial Air division, and was then appointed President of the Compressor Technique business area. Mr. Leten is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Electrolux AB. He holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Economics from Hasselt University.

Hans Meyer

 Mr. Hans Ola Meyer has been Senior Vice President of Controlling and Finance, and Chief Financial Officer of Atlas Copco AB since 1999. He is also Member of The Swedish Financial Reporting Board and Member of the Board of Trustees for The Bank of Sweden Tercentenary. Mr. Meyer joined the Company in 1978 to work with Group accounting and controlling. Later, he moved to Ecuador as Financial Manager. Between 1984 and 1991, he held various positions at Penningsmarknadsmaklarna, Sweden. He returned to Atlas Copco in 1991 as Financial Manager in Spain, and in 1993 became Senior Vice President, Finance for Atlas Copco AB and Member of Group Management. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics) (1977).

Nico Delvaux

 Mr. Nico Delvaux has been Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President for Construction Technique at Atlas Copco AB since 2011. Prior to that, he was President of the Compressor Technique Service division within the Company from 2008. He started his career with Atlas Copco in 1991 and has over the years held positions in sales, marketing, service, acquisition-integration management and general management, in markets including Benelux, Italy, Canada. Mr. Delvaux holds a Master of Science degree in Electromechanics from the Brussels University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Handelshogeschool in Antwerp, part of Universitaire Faculteiten Sint-Ignatius Antwerp (UFSIA) in Belgium.

Robert Fassl

 Mr. Robert (Bob) Fassl no longer serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Business Area President for Mining and Rock Excavation Technique at Atlas Copco AB, effective as of July 31, 2013. He has held this position since July 1, 2011. He joined the Company in 1982 and held several management positions in Atlas Copco Construction and Mining Technique business area in finance, service, logistics, purchasing and manufacturing. From 1999 to 2004, he was General Manager for Atlas Copco Exploration Products, and from 2004 to 2011, he served as Divisional President for Atlas Copco Drilling Solutions. Mr. Fassl holds a high school diploma in Economics from Eklidens gymnasium.

Stephan Kuhn

 Mr. Stephan Kuhn has served as Senior Executive Vice President and Business Area President of Compressor Technique with Atlas Copco AB since June 2009. He started his career at Atlas Copco in 1995 as Manager of an electric tools joint venture in China, and later held General Manager positions in Belgium and Germany. Mr. Kuhn was President of the Surface Drilling Equipment division within the Construction and Mining Technique business area until 2008, when he took a position outside the Company. Mr. Kuhn holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bentley College in Waltham, the United States (part of Bentley University).

Mats Rahmstrom

 Mr. Mats Rahmstrom has been Senior Executive Vice President of Atlas Copco AB and Business Area President of Industrial Technique since June 1, 2008. He has worked in the Company since 1988. He was President of Atlas Copco Tools and Assembly Systems General Industry division within Industrial Technique from 2006 to 2008. He previously held positions in sales, service, marketing, and general management within the Industrial Technique business area. Between 1998 and 2006, he was General Manager for customer centers in Sweden, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Henley Management College, the United Kingdom.

Hakan Osvald

 Mr. Hakan Osvald has been Senior Vice President, General Counsel at Atlas Copco AB since January 1, 2012. He joined the Company in 1985 as Legal Counsel and relocated in 1989 to Atlas Copco in the United States as General Counsel for Atlas Copco North America Inc. and Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company. In 1991, he was appointed Vice President Deputy General Counsel Atlas Copco Group, with a special responsibility for acquisitions. Mr. Osvald holds a Master’s of Law degree from Uppsala Universitet.

Jeanette Livijn

 Ms. Jeanette Livijn has been Senior Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources at Atlas Copco AB since August 1, 2007. She joined the Company in 1987. She started to work in the field of financial and business controlling and held various positions in this function. Since 1997, she has held managerial positions within human resource management. Before she took up this present position, she was Vice President Human Resources for the Industrial Technique business area. Ms. Livijn holds a Master of Science degree in Business and Administration from Vaxjo universitet in Sweden (Vaxjo Hogskola).

Annika Berglund

 Ms. Annika Berglund has been Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Atlas Copco AB since 1997. She began her career in marketing analysis and market research with Atlas Copco AB in 1979. She has had a number of positions in the Group related to marketing, sales, and business controlling in Europe. Prior to her current position, Ms. Berglund was Marketing Manager for the electronic company Atlas Copco Controls (Danaher Motion). She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics), Sweden, from 1980, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Universiteit Antwerpen, Belgium, from 1995.
