Name Description

Shabtai Adlersberg

 Mr. Shabtai Adlersberg serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of AudioCodes Ltd. since 1993. He co-founded the Company in 1993. He also acted as Interim Chief Financial Officer from May 1, 2010 until July 2010. Mr. Adlersberg co-founded DSP Group in 1987. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Adlersberg served as Vice President of Engineering of DSP Group, and from 1990 to 1992, he served as Vice President of Advanced Technology. As Vice President of Engineering, Mr. Adlersberg established a research and development team for digital cellular communication which was spun-off in 1992 as DSP communications. Mr. Adlersberg also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Natural Speech Communication Ltd. and as Director of MailVision Ltd and CTI Squared Ltd. Mr. Adlersberg holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering from the Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

Guy Avidan

 Mr. Guy Avidan has served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Audiocodes Ltd. since July 2010. Prior to joining AudioCodes, Mr. Avidan served for 15 years in various managerial positions at MRV Communications Inc., a global provider of optical communications network infrastructure equipment and services. Most recently, Mr. Avidan served as Co-President of MRV Communications. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of MRV Communications between 2007 and 2009. He also served as Vice President and General Manager of MRV International from September 2001 to July 2007. Prior to joining MRV Communications, from 1992 to 1995, Mr. Avidan served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ace North Hills, which was acquired by MRV. Mr. Avidan is a CPA in Israel and holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University.

Jeffrey Kahn

 Mr. Jeffrey Kahn serves as Chief Strategy Officer at AudioCodes Ltd. since January 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kahn served as Founder and Managing Director of Strategy3i, a global consultancy that he established in 2007 to provide counseling to global companies, including Pfizer, Unicredit and Renova, among others. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Kahn served as Director of investment banking at Maxim Group LLC, and from 1995 to 2005 he served as Chief Strategic Officer of Ruder Finn International. Mr. Kahn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Psychology from Brooklyn College and has done graduate studies in International Relations at the Tel Aviv University.

Lior Aldema

 Mr. Lior Aldema serves as Chief Operating Officer at AudioCodes Ltd. since January 2010. Previously he served as Vice President, Product Management from 2002 until 2009, as well as Vice President Marketing from February 2003 until 2009. He has been employed by the Company since 1998, when he was team leader and later headed System Software Group in the research and development department. Prior to 1998, Mr. Aldema served as officer in the Technical Unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces (Major), heading both operational units and development groups related to various technologies. Mr. Aldema holds a Masters of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Eyal Frishberg

 Mr. Eyal Frishberg serves as Vice President of Operations at AudioCodes Ltd. since October 2000. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Frishberg served as Associate Vice President, SDH Operations in ECI Telecom Ltd., a telecommunication company. From 1987 to 1997, Mr. Frishberg worked in various operational positions in ECI Telecom including as manager of ECI production facility and production control. Mr. Frishberg worked from 1994 until 1997 for the ELTA company, part of Israeli Aircraft Industries, in the planning and control department. Mr. Frishberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Sorin Lupu

 Mr. Sorin Lupu serves as Vice President of Global Sales at AudioCodes Ltd. since October, 2010. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Lupu led international market sales for Carrier VoIP Applications and Solutions at Nortel. Prior to that, between 2005 and 2008, Mr. Lupu served as Vice President of Sales EMEA for emerging markets focusing on expanding markets in Russia, Poland, Turkey, Romania and India. Mr. Lupu also served as a member of the Board for Netas, a Nortel and TAF joint venture in Turkey. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Lupu held the position of CEO for Nortel Networks Israel. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Lupu served in wireless engineering and account management positions. Prior to joining Nortel, Mr. Lupu held engineering, operational and managerial positions at Bezeq (PTT) in Israel. Mr. Lupu holds an International MBA from the Tel Aviv and Northwestern University (Kellogg/Recanati) and a Master of Science in Electronics from the Iasi University in Romania.

Tal Dor

 Ms. Tal Dor serves as Vice President of Human Resources at AudioCodes Ltd. since March 2000. Prior to March 2000, Ms. Dor acted for several years as a consultant in Israel to, among others, telephone and cable businesses, as well as health and social service organizations. Ms. Dor holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Master of Arts in psychology from the Tel Aviv University.

Yehuda Hershkovici

 Mr. Yehuda Hershkovici serves as Vice President of Systems at AudioCodes Ltd. since 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Hershkovici served as Vice President of Advanced Products. Chaim Shachar

 Mr. Chaim Shachar serves as Vice President of Business Development at AudioCodes Ltd since 2011. He joined the Company in 2002 and previously, he served as Vice President of Sales, India. During 2007-2008 Mr. Shachar worked closely with Microsoft Channels as Director Business Development. Before joining the Company, Mr. Shachar had served in a variety of positions and sales activities in the Defence Industry working with RAFAEL, ELTA –IAI and VERINT Systems. Dana Gross

 Ms. Dana Gross serves as a Director at Audiocodes Ltd. since June, 2000. Ms. Gross has been a Venture Partner at Camel Ventures, an Israeli venture capital firm since 2009.
