Douglas Conant |
Mr. Douglas R. Conant has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Avon Products Inc., effective April 26, 2013. He has been Independent Director of the Company since April 2, 2012. Mr. Conant served as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Campbell Soup Company from January 2001 to July 2011. He was President of Nabisco Foods Company from 1995 to 2000 having joined Nabisco in 1992, and held the positions of President of Sales; Senior Vice President, Marketing for The Nabisco Biscuit Company; and Vice President/General Manager of the Fleischmann’s Company. Mr. Conant currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of DRC LLC, a leadership consulting firm, which he founded in August 2011. He serves on the board of AmerisourceBergen Corporation. |

Ms. Sherilyn S. McCoy is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Avon Products Inc. Ms. McCoy joined Avon as Chief Executive Officer in April 2012 and was elected to the Board of Directors in May 2012. Ms. Susan Ormiston is Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Chief Human Resources Officer of Avon Products Inc. She plays a key role in driving the company’s Organizational Effectiveness priorities critical to Avon’s turnaround and serves on the company’s Executive Committee. At Avon and throughout her career, she has proven to be a business leader who builds partnerships to shape enterprise-wide strategy, while implementing in-class human resource solutions. Mr. Pablo Munoz has been appointed as Senior Vice President, President, North America of Avon Products, Inc., effective June 24, 2013. Mr. Munoz will oversee Avon's business in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. In this role, Mr. Munoz will be responsible for executing the turnaround of Avon's North American business and returning it to a solid and profitable position. Mr. Munoz has experience in direct selling in both housewares and beauty. He joins Avon from Tupperware Brands Corporation, where he has worked since 1993, most recently as Group President of the Americas region. In 2011, when Mr. Munoz took on this role, he was responsible for Latin America, where he led the turnaround of that business. In September 2012, Tupperware North America was added to his responsibilities and he developed the turnaround plan for that business. He served as Executive Director, Business Development, where he was responsible for developing and executing Sara Lee's market entry strategy in Latin America across multiple product platforms and geographies. Prior to joining Avon, Mr. Powell was the Managing Partner at Midreef Partners, LLC from July 2012 to March 2013, and provided advisory support to medical technology, turn-around, and private/venture equity firms. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years with Johnson & Johnson, most recently serving as President of Japan medical devices division from January 2008 to December 2012 and as Executive Advisor to that division from January 2012 through June 2012.
