Prior to joining Honeywell, Moriarty was with Bristol-Myers Squibb and also spent more than 12 years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was an audit partner. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers. |
Steven Phillips |
Mr. Steven R. Phillips serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Avnet, Inc. He joined Avnet in 2005 as part of Avnet's acquisition of Memec, where he had served as senior vice president and CIO since 2004. Since joining Avnet, Phillips has been instrumental in driving several IT initiatives that have helped improve productivity and streamline operations. Under his leadership, Avnet was selected by IDG's Computerworld as one of the Top Green-IT Vendor Organizations in the U.S. for 2011. In addition, Avnet was named to the 2011 InformationWeek 500 as a technology innovator for its work in e-commerce, and in 2010, CIO magazine named Avnet a recipient of the CIO 100 award. The award honors organizations that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in IT. He is chairman emeritus for the board of the Arizona Technology Council, a trade association that connects, represents and supports Arizona's technology industry, and he serves as a director of Wick Communications, a private newspaper and specialty publication company. |
Erin Lewin |
Ms. Erin Lewin has been appointed as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Avnet Inc. She joined Avnet in 2007 and, prior to her promotion, served as vice president and general counsel, Americas, providing legal advice and counsel to Avnet's businesses in the Americas. In this capacity, she was responsible for legal counsel on merger and acquisition activities, advising executive management on strategic and tactical legal issues, and managing a team of internal and external legal professionals. Prior to this role, she served as Avnet's chief ethics and compliance officer for two years, overseeing all aspects of Avnet's ethics and compliance program globally. Before joining Avnet, Lewin was managing director and associate general counsel of US Airways. She began her career as an attorney at the Phoenix law firm Fennemore Craig, P.C. Mr. Steven C. Church is Senior Vice President, Chief Business Development and Process Officer of Avnet, Inc., and President of Avnet Integrated of Avnet, Inc. Mr. Church has been Senior Vice President of Avnet since November 1995 and currently serves as Chief Business Development and Process Officer.
