Brian Sharples	Mr. Brian H. Sharples serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Homeaway Inc. He is one of Co-Founders, has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since inception in April 2004 and has served as Chairman of the Board since March 2011. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Sharples was an angel investor from 2001 to 2004 and also served as Chief Executive Officer of Elysium Partners, Inc., a company in the vacation club ownership market, from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Sharples served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IntelliQuest Information Group, Inc., a supplier of marketing data and research to Fortune 500 technology companies, from 1996 to 2001, as President from 1991 to 1996, and as Senior Vice President from 1989 to 1991. Prior to IntelliQuest, Mr. Sharples was Chief Executive Officer of Practical Productions, Inc., an event-based automotive distribution business, from 1988 to 1989 and a consultant with Bain & Company from 1986 to 1988. Mr. Sharples also serves on the boards of directors of WhaleShark Media, Inc. and Kayak Software Corporation. Mr. Sharples holds a B.S. in math and economics from Colby College and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Lynn Atchison	Ms. Lynn Atchison serves as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Homeaway Inc. She has served as Chief Financial Officer since August 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Atchison was Chief Financial Officer of Infoglide Software Corporation, an enterprise software provider, from February 2004 to August 2006. Brent Bellm	Mr. Brent Bellm serves as Chief Operating Officer of Homeaway Inc. From October 2009 to June 2010, Mr. Bellm served as Vice President of Global Product and Experience of PayPal, Inc., an online payment services provider and subsidiary of eBay Inc., and as Chief Executive Officer of PayPal (Europe) Ltd. from October 2005 to September 2009. Before joining PayPal, Mr. Bellm served as Director of Corporate Strategy of eBay from April 2001 to December 2002.
