Mr. Arthur R. Price is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Axia NetMedia Corp. Mr. Price joined Axia in 1995. Mr. Price practiced as an engineer and held a number of senior executive positions in the oil industry, serving as Husky Oil Ltd.'s president and chief executive officer from 1984 to 1993. After leaving Husky Oil Ltd., Mr. Price spent two years as special advisor to Li Ka Shing, Chairman of the Board of Hutchison Whampoa Ltd. Mr. Price is also a principal owner and director of the Sunterra Group of Companies. Mr. Price is a past director of Husky Oil Ltd., IPSCO Inc., Lac Minerals Ltd., Rawlco Communications Ltd. and Alta Genetics Inc. Mr. Price graduated from the University of Alberta with a B. Sc. in Mechanical Engineering in 1973. |

Mr. Phillips practiced corporate law for 15 years and has served in senior executive positions with Husky Oil, Dreco Energy Services, PTI Group, and MacMillan Bloedel Limited.
