Name Description
Romaniuk, Bohdan Mr. Bohdan Romaniuk is a Director of Acceleware Corp. since 2004 and Chairman since 2006. Mr. Romaniuk is a lawyer, economist and business executive. Mr. Romaniuk is the Chairman and a director of Cell- Loc Location Technologies Inc., a Calgary based wireless location technology services provider listed on the TSXV. From June 2006 to December 2008, he served as President and a director of Ceres Capital Corp., a Capital Pool Corporation which also trades on the TSXV. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Navigata Communications Ltd., a private communications company, in a consulting capacity from August to December 2004. Mr. Romaniuk was, from December 2001 to January 2003, the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Promotional Products International Ltd., a company listed on the TSXV at the time. Mr. Romaniuk has also held various executive positions with TELUS Corporation from July 1994 to July 2001, including the position of Executive Vice-President, TELUS Corp. from January 1997 to February 1999 and President, TELUS Advertising Services from January 1997 to July 2001.
Okoniewski, Michal Dr. Michal Okoniewski has served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Acceleware Corp. since July 22, 2008. Further, Dr. Okoniewski has served as the Chief Scientist of the Corporation since August 1, 2005. Dr. Okoniewski is also a Professor in the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department, University of Calgary. Dr. Okoniewski has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University, Gdansk. Dr. Okoniewski is a renowned expert in applied computational electrodynamics, and holds the Canada Research Chair in Applied Electromagnetics at the University of Calgary.
Clark, Geoff Mr. Geoff Clark is Chief Financial Officer of Acceleware Corp. Mr. Clark has held several executive and managerial positions in a number of service and technology companies, including Pan Terra Industries, Revolve Magnetic Bearings, Nova Corporation, and most recently as CFO of TSX listed Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. Mr. Clark holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario as well as a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary.

Horstmann, Jens Mr. Jens Horstmann has been appointed as a Director of Acceleware Corp. with effect from September 25, 2009. Mr. Horstmann has served as Vice-President and Chief Technology Officer of DVDPlay Inc. (of Campbell, Calif.) since April of 2006 and previous to that he was its President and Chief Executive Officer for four years. Mr. Horstmann advises several start-up ventures and manages MXGO, an intellectual property management company. Prior to joining DVDPlay he was President and CEO of Open Grid Inc. Mr. Jens has nearly 25 years of executive and technical experience, including senior engineering and research and development positions at Sun Microsystems, Siemens, LSI Logic Systems Research Laboratory and X1 Corporation.
Nerland, Dennis Mr. Dennis Nerland is a Director of Acceleware Corp. since 2004. Mr. Nerland has been a partner with the law firm Shea Nerland Calnan since 1990 practicing primarily in the areas of tax and trust law. Mr. Nerland is a current and past director of a number of private and public companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange and is currently a trustee of a number of private investment trusts. Mr. Nerland has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary, a Master of Arts degree (Economics) from Carleton University and a Bachelor of Science degree (Economics and Mathematics) from the University of Calgary. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta.
Verdonck, Donald Mr. Donald Verdonck is a Director of Acceleware Corp. since 2004. Mr. Verdonck is a Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the Western Canadian petroleum industry. Mr. Verdonck is Vice President, Development and Operations for a private oil sands company that plans to develop its extensive land holdings in the Fort McMurray area using SAGD techniques. Prior thereto, Mr. Verdonck was a General Manager of operations at Total E&P Canada, and was a Manager of several operating divisions with Pengrowth Corporation and Murphy Oil from April 1984 to November 2006. From June 2006 to December 2008, Mr. Verdonck was a director and audit committee member of Ceres Capital Corp., a TSXV-listed company. Mr. Verdonck has recently been appointed to the Board of Governors for St. Mary’s University College in Calgary, Alberta.
Neweduk, Peter Dr. Peter Neweduk is a Director of Acceleware Corp. since 2004. Dr. Neweduk is a medical doctor. He has served in a number of positions in the Calgary Health Region including the executive of the Calgary Regional Medical Staff Association. He has been an executive member of the Calgary Medical Society and is currently an executive member of Medical Mercy Canada, a charity. Dr. Neweduk is also the President of Davanat Holdings Ltd. and Strathridge Apartments Inc. These private companies focus on real estate holdings and redevelopment. From June 2006 to December 2008, Dr. Neweduk was a director and audit committee member of Ceres Capital Corp., a TSXVlisted company.
