Name Description

George Brack

Mr. George L. Brack is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Alexco Resource Corp. Mr. Brack is a member of the Board of Directors of several publicly-listed companies since January 2009. Previously, Mr. Brack was Managing Director and Industry Head – Mining of Scotia Capital Inc. from December 2006 to January 2009. Prior to joining Scotia Capital, he held the position of President of Macquarie North America Ltd., an investment banking firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions as well as other advisory functions for North American resource companies. Mr. Brack has also held positions with Placer Dome as Vice President Corporate Development and with CIBC Wood Gundy where he was Vice President of the Investment Banking Group, and worked in Rio Algom’s corporate development department. Mr. Brack holds an MBA from York University, a BASc in Geological Engineering from the University of Toronto and the CFA designation. Mr. Brack is financially literate, possessing extensive experience in corporate finance and investment banking, particularly with respect to the mining sector.

Clynton Nauman

Mr. Clynton R. Nauman is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Alexco Resource Corp. Mr. Nauman brings over 35 years of experience in the mineral industry, ranging from exploration and business development to operations and business management in the precious metals, base metals and coal sectors. Mr. Nauman is also currently the CEO of Asset Liability Management Group and has held various executive and operations positions with Nerco Minerals and Coal companies (now Rio Tinto), Kennecott and Viceroy Resource Corp. Mr. Nauman holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in geology from Otago University, New Zealand.

David Whittle

Mr. David E. Whittle, is Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, Company Ethics Officer of Alexco Resource Corp. Mr. Whittle is a Canadian qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience in auditing, financing and accounting for public and private companies. He has worked in the mining industry for over 14 years and has been responsible for strategic planning initiatives, operations and all aspects of corporate and financial management and administration, with experience in public company regulatory filings and compliance in Canada and the United States. Mr. Whittle has completed numerous corporate financings for mining projects, encompassing a variety of structures including prospectus offerings and private placements, both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Mr. Whittle was the Chief Financial Officer of Hillsborough Resources Limited, a TSX-listed coal mining and development company. Mr. Whittle also currently serves as an independent director of Mountain Province Diamonds Inc.

Bradley Thrall

Mr. Bradley Thrall is Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Alexco Resource Corp. Mr. Thrall has been the President of Asset Liability Management Group ULC since 2002 and was formerly Manager of Technical Services for Viceroy Resource Corporation from 1996 to 2002 as well as the General Manager for Viceroy Minerals Corporation, Brewery Creek from 2003 to 2004. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Thrall was the Process Manager of the Brewery Creek Mine. Mr. Thrall has over 18 years experience in mine operations, management, environmental management, reclamation and closure planning and execution, water treatment design, and permitting. Mr. Thrall holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

Alan McOnie

Mr. Alan McOnie is Vice President - Exploration of Alexco Resource Corp., since December 2010. He served as consulting geologist from 2002 to December 2010.

Terry Krepiakevich

Mr. Terry Krepiakevich is an Independent Director of Alexco Resource Corp., since July 2009. Mr. Krepiakevich is a member of the Board of Directors of several publicly-listed and private companies since July 2011. From June 2006 to July 2011, Mr. Krepiakevich was the Chief Financial Officer of SouthGobi Resources Ltd., a publicly-listed mining company focused on exploring and developing coal deposits in Mongolia’s South Gobi Region. Previously, Mr. Krepiakevich was Chief Financial Officer for Extreme CCTV Inc., a publicly traded company on the TSX involved in manufacturing high tech surveillance equipment, and Vice-President Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Maynards Industries Ltd., a private firm specializing in retailing, auctioneering, liquidating, and mergers and acquisition services. Prior to his position with Maynards, Mr. Krepiakevich was a senior officer in a number of private and public issuers. He is a Canadian qualified Chartered Accountant and was employed with the international accounting firm Peat Marwick Thorne (KPMG), where he worked with a number of companies in mining and related industries.

David Searle

Mr. David H. Searle is an Independent Director of Alexco Resource Corp., since May 2006. Mr. Searle is a lawyer and a retired partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP and brings to the Board 45 years of experience practicing law in western and northern Canada. He has experience in environmental assessment, the permitting of projects and in the area of mine closure and reclamation. Mr. Searle regularly appeared in all three northern jurisdictions before the Boards that conduct environmental assessments and issue water licenses and land use permits and has experience dealing with contaminated sites in British Columbia.

Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse

Mr. Rick Van Nieuwenhuyse is Independent Director of Alexco Resource Corp., since January 2005. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of NovaCopper Inc., a newly formed subsidiary of NovaGold Resources Inc., since November 2011; President and Chief Executive Officer of NovaGold Resources Inc., a company engaged in the business of mining and mineral exploration and development, from May 1999 to November 2011. Mr. Van Nieuwenhuyse holds a Candidature degree in Science from the Universite de Louvain, Belgium, and an Master of Science in geology from the University of Arizona.

Michael Winn

Mr. Michael D. Winn is an Independent Director of Alexco Resource Corp., since January 2005. He President of Seabord Capital Corp., providing investment analysis and financial services to companies in the oil & gas, mining and energy sectors, since January 2013; President of Terrasearch Inc., a consulting company providing analysis on mining and energy companies, from 1997 through 2012.

Richard Zimmer

Mr. Richard N. Zimmer is the Independent Director of Alexco Resource Corp. He is Member of the Board of Directors of several publicly-listed and private companies since June 2011; President and Chief Executive Officer of Far West Mining Ltd., a company engaged in the business of mining, from 2008 to June 2011.
