Name Description

Alan Winduss

 Mr. Alan C. Winduss is Chief Financial Officer, Secretary, Director of Alloy Steel International Inc., since June 2000. From July 1979 to the present, Mr. Winduss has served as director of Winduss & Associates Pty Ltd, an accounting firm in Western Australia, which specializes in commercial accounting, corporate finance and management. He devotes approximately 80% of his time to his duties as one of the company's executive officers.

Gene Kostecki

 Mr. Gene Kostecki is Director of Alloy Steel International Inc. From July 1995 to July 1997, Mr. Kostecki served as Managing Director of the Collier Unit Trust, an engineering business and distributor based in Western Australia. He was the company's President and Chief Executive Officer on a full-time basis.

Brian McMaster

 Mr. Brian McMaster has been appointed as the Director of Alloy Steel International Inc. He is a Chartered Accountant and has almost 20 years experience in the area of corporate reconstruction, and turnaround performance improvement. Mr. McMaster is currently a partner in the national firm of KordaMentha. Prior to joining KordaMentha, Mr. McMaster was a Partner with Ernst & Young's Corporate Finance practice. Mr. McMaster's experience includes numerous reorganizations and turnarounds including being instrumental in the recapitalization and listing of 12 Australian exchange-listed companies. Mr. McMaster's experiences include periods in the United States, South America, Asia and India. Mr. McMaster presently holds several executive and non-executive Director roles in a variety of industries including mining and resources, hospitality and funds investment.

Alvin Tan

 Mr. Alvin Tan has been appointed as Director of Alloy Steel International, Inc. effective April 6, 2010. Mr. Tan has over 15 years corporate experience in Australia and Asia, including mergers, acquisition, listings (ASX, AIM, KLSE, Germany) and capital raisings. Mr. Tan studied at the University of Western Australia, gaining a Bachelor of Commerce with honors, and then was employed by KPMG in Kuala Lumpur from 1993-1995 as a financial consultant. Returning to Australia, he worked with the stockbroking firm of D J Carmichael. He was a founding director of various companies listed by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) http://www.asx.com.au including DKN Financial Group Limited.
