Marcelo Bahia Odebrecht

 Mr. Marcelo Bahia Odebrecht has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Braskem SA, as Nominee of Odebrecht, since July 25, 2008. He has been President of Construtora Norberto Odebrecht SA since 2002. He is also Vice President of the Brazilian Association of Infra-Structure and Primary Industry - ABDIB, Member of the Board of Directors of the Exterior Commerce Chamber - CONEX, Vice President of COINFRA - FIESP, Member of the Strategic Superior Board - FIESP and Member of the Board of Directors of the Industry Development Study Institute - IEDI. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia and a Masters of Business Administration degree from IMD Business School, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Carlos Jose Fadigas de Souza

 Mr. Carlos Jose Fadigas de Souza Filho has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA since December 7, 2010. Previously, he acted as Vice President of the Company's International Business Unit until 2011, as well as he was the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Investor Relations from 2007 to 2010, and acted as Director of Investor Relations of the Company between December 14, 2006, and 2007. Marcela Aparecida Drehmer Andrade

 Ms. Marcela Aparecida Drehmer Andrade serves as Vice President Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Investor Relations and Planning Officer and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA. Previously, she served as the Company’s Finance Director from 2005 to 2010, and worked as Manager of the Structured Finance Department of the Company from 2002 to 2005. She has served as Head of Structured Finance and Planning at OPP Petroquimica from 1994 to 1999, when she moved to Odebrecht SA, starting to work directly on the support to the Investment Vice President of the holding. In 2000 she participated in the Corporate Finance Internship Program at Credit-Suisse First Boston, in New York. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Universidade Salvador and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.

Marcelo Arantes

 Mr. Marcelo Arantes serves as People and Organization, IT and Procurement Vice President Executive Officer, Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA. He joined the Company in 2010, after being Human Resources Director of Latin America at Fiat do Brasil for two years. Furthermore, he served as Human Resources Director at Reckitt Benckiser, from 2005 to 2008, and also as Director of Organizational and Human Development at Intelig Comunicacoes for five years. Rui Chammas

 Mr. Rui Chammas serves as Vice President Executive Officer of Basic Petrochemicals Unit and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA. He joined Braskem SA in 2002 and has already held a variety of positions in the Company such as Head of the PVC Business at the former Vinyl’s Unit, Head of Polypropylene Business, Head of Polyethylene Business and Head of Polymers Unit. He started his career at Rhodia, where he remained until 2002.  Mr. Edmundo Jose Correia Aires has served as Vice President of Technology and Innovation and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA since 2010.  Mr. Decio Fabricio Oddone da Costa serves as Vice President of Investments and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA. Since 2005, he has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Petrobras Energia SA. He has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Petrobras Energia SA and as Member of the Board of Directors of Innova SA. He has previously held several managerial positions within Petrobras, both in Brazil and in its international subsidiaries, including Chairman of the Board of Directors of Petrobras Bolivia SA. He was responsible for Petrobras’ operations in the Southern Cone. Mauricio Roberto de Carvalho Ferro

 Mr. Mauricio Roberto de Carvalho Ferro has served as Vice President of the Legal Department and Corporate Governance and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA since 2002. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Politeno, Member of the Board of Directors of Polialden, and Alternate Member of the Board of Directors of Petroflex. He served as Lawyer at the law firm of Carlos Eduardo Paladini Cardoso in 1989 and as Lawyer at the law firm of Bulhoes Pedreira, Bulhoes Carvalho e Advogados Associados, from 1991 until 1995.  Mr. Roberto Bischoff serves as Vice President of Latin America Unit, CEO of JV Braskem Idesa and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA. He has worked at Braskem SA since 2003 and has already held a variety of positions in the Company such as Business Director of Polyethylene, Vinyl Business Manager, CEO of Ipiranga Petrochemicals Inc, Director of International Project Development, Commercial Director of Basic Petrochemicals Unit and Director of Raw Materials. Marcelo Lyra do Amaral

 Mr. Marcelo Lyra do Amaral serves as Vice President of Institutional Relations and Sustainable Development and Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA. From 2000 to 2003, he served as Director of Affiliated Broadcasting Stations Relations at Rede Globo de Televisao, in Sao Paulo. He also held a variety of positions in Rede Bahia de Comunicacao, initially serving as Commercial Director and more recently, from 2003 and 2007, working as Media Business Director. He graduated in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia and holds a post graduate degree in Marketing from Universidade Salvador-UNIFACS. Fernando Musa

 Mr. Fernando Musa serves as Vice President of International Business, Member of the Executive Board of Braskem SA. Previously, he acted as Director of Planning and Business Development and Member of the Executive Board of the Company. During 2010, he was Quattor's Vice President. Almir Guilherme Barbassa

Jose Carlos Cosenza

 Mr. Jose Carlos Cosenza has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Braskem SA, as Nominee of Petrobras, since June 2012. He currently serves as Chief Supply Officer at Petrobras. Since 1976 in Petrobras, he has held various positions: Production Manager of REFAP, General Manager of REPAR and General Manager of REPLAN. Newton Sergio de Souza

 Mr. Newton Sergio de Souza has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Braskem SA, as Nominee of Odebrecht, since August 15, 2001. He has been General Counsel and Executive Officer of Odebrecht since May 1997, and Vice President of the Board of Directors and Executive Officer of Norquisa since April 2003. Alvaro Fernandes da Cunha

 Mr. Alvaro Fernandes da Cunha Filho has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Braskem SA, as Nominee of Odebrecht, since November 6, 1997. He is currently President of Valora Participacoes Ltda. He served as Vice President of the Board of Directors of Norquisa from 1997 through 1999, and from 2001 through 2003 as Member of the Board of Directors of Norquisa.  Mr. Alfredo Lisboa Ribeiro Tellechea has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Braskem SA since April 15, 2009. Previously, he served as Vice President Executive Officer, Director of the Polyolefin Unit and Member of the Executive Board of the Company until March 2009. He held a variety of positions in Ipiranga Group since 1983, having been Chief Superintendent of Distribuidora de Produtos de Petroleo Ipiranga from 2002 to 2006, and Chief Superintendent of Ipiranga Petroquimica SA from 2006 to April, 2007 when he assumed the leadership of Copesul - Companhia Petroquimica do Sul. Felipe Montoro Jens

 Mr. Felipe Montoro Jens has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Braskem SA, as a Nominee of Odebrecht, since 2012. He occupies the position of Vice Chief Executive Officer of the financial department at Odebrecht.
