Name Description

Dionisio Romero Paoletti

 Mr. Dionisio Romero Paoletti serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Credicorp Ltd. He has served on the Company’s Board since March 31, 2009. He has served as Board Member of Banco de Credito since 2003 and was appointed its Vice Chairman in 2008. He has also been the Chairman of Grupo Romero’s companies and has been Vice Chairman of the Board of Inversiones Centenario and Director of Cementos Pacasmayo since March 2005. Mr. Romero Paoletti was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Banco de Credito in March 2009. He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the Brown University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.

Jose Raimundo Morales Dasso

 Mr. Jose Raimundo Morales Dasso has served as Vice Chairman and Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Credicorp Ltd since April, 2008. On October 28, 2010, he was named Member of the Company's Audit Committee and on July 12, 2011 he became its Chairman; in March 28, 2012 he was appointed Member of the Risks and Nominating Committees and Chairman of the Executive Committee. Prior to being elected to the Board of Directors, he served as the Company’s Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of BCP, having joined BCP in 1980. Previously, he held various positions during his ten years at Wells Fargo Bank in its San Francisco, Sao Paulo, Caracas, Miami and Buenos Aires offices. His last position was Vice President for the Southern Region of Wells Fargo. From 1980 to 1987, he was Executive Vice President in charge of BCP’s wholesale banking group. From 1987 to 1990, he was the General Manager of ASB in Miami. He rejoined BCP as the General Manager in 1990. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Finance of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Universidad del Pacifico.

Alvaro Correa Malachowski

 Mr. Alvaro Correa Malachowski serves as Chief Financial Officer of Credicorp Ltd since March 28, 2008. He was named Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Planning and Finance of BCP in October 2007, effective April 2008. In 1997, he joined BCP as Retail Risk Manager, later serving as Information Technology Solution Manager under the Systems and Organization Division. During the last three years, he served as General Manager of ASB, Credicorp Securities and BCP’s Miami agency. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru.

Walter Bayly Llona

 Mr. Walter Bayly Llona has been General Manager of Credicorp Ltd since April 2008. Previously, he was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Planning and Finance of BCP and prior to that, he held other management positions within BCP, which included managing the Wholesale Banking Group, as well as other areas of BCP. He joined BCP in 1993, after three years at Casa Bolsa Mexico where he was Partner and Managing Director in Corporate Finance. Prior to that, he worked for Citibank in Lima, New York, Mexico and Caracas for a period of ten years, where he worked primarily in the corporate finance and loan syndication groups. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad del Pacifico and a Masters degree in Management from Arthur D. Little University.

David Saettone Watmough

 Mr. David Martin Saettone Watmough has served as Chief Insurance Officer of Credicorp Ltd since March 28, 2008. He is Chief Insurance Officer and the Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Pacifico. He has worked as General Manager of Banco de Credito de Bolivia, Head of the Cabinet of Advisors of the Peruvian Ministry of Economy and Finance, Manager of Corporate Finance at BCP and General Manager of Credibolsa SAB SA, a subsidiary of BCP. He was Professor of International Economics and Capital Markets at the University of Lima and taught Probability and Statistics at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Administration of Princeton University. He was director of Cofide (Corporacion Financiera de Desarrollo SA) and the Fondo Consolidado de Reservas (Consolidated Reserves Fund). He is General Manager of Pacifico Insurance, Chairman of the Board of Pacifico Salud, Director of Pacifico Vida and Director of Financiera Edyficar. He has been certified as Chartered Insurer and Associate by the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII); a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) by the Institute for CPCU; Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) by the American College; Associate in Marine Insurance Management (AMIM), Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Insurance Accounting & Finance (AIAF) from the Insurance Institute of America, among others. He obtained a Certificate in Information Technology for Insurance Professionals (CITIP) from the Chartered Insurance Institute and the British Computer Society of the United Kingdom. He graduated with honors from Queen’s University at Kingston. He holds a Master degree in Economics and Finance and a Doctorate in Philospohy degree in Economics, both from Princeton University.

Fernando Fort Marie

 Mr. Fernando Fort Marie serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Credicorp Ltd. He has been on the Company's Board since March 1999. In March 28, 2012 he was appointed Member of the Executive Committee. He is a Lawyer and Partner at the law firm, Fort Bertorini Godoy Pollari & Carcelen Abogados SA. He has served as a Director of Banco de Credito del Peru from 1979 to 1987 and since March 1990. Since March 2009, he has been on the Board of Directors of ASB, BCB and BCP’s subsidiaries. Felipe Arturo Ortiz de Zevallos Madueno

 Mr. Felipe Arturo Ortiz de Zevallos Madueno serves as Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Credicorp Ltd. He was re-appointed to this post on March 31, 2011. Previously, he was Board Member from March 31, 2005 until April 1, 2009. He also serves as a Director on the Boards of various other companies, among which are Grupo Apoyo (where he is the Chairman), Compania de Minas Buenaventura SA and Universia. From September 2006 until March 2009, he was Peru’s Ambassador to the United States. Prior to becoming Peru’s Ambassador to the United States, he served as the President of Universidad del Pacifico in Lima (elected for the period 2004-2009).
