Jones, Ross Ross M. Jones is Chairman of the Board of Bare Escentuals, Inc, since July 2004 and has served as a member of board of directors since June 2004. Mr. Jones is a Managing Director of Berkshire Partners LLC, a private equity investment partnership which he joined in 1993. Mr. Jones became a Managing Director of Berkshire Partners LLC in 2000 and is or has been a director of several of Berkshire Partners LLC's consumer, retailing, manufacturing, and business services companies including Carter's, Inc., a public company, and the private companies N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc., Waterworks, Inc., AVW-TelAv Inc., Sterling Collision Centers, Inc., and Thomas Built Buses, Inc.
Blodgett, Leslie Leslie A. Blodgett is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bare Escentuals, Inc. and that of the company's predecessor since 1995. From 1995 until May 2006, Ms. Blodgett also served as President. Prior to joining Bare Escentuals, Ms. Blodgett held various positions at Neutrogena, a dermatology division of Johnson & Johnson, a manufacturer of health care products, Procter & Gamble, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of household products, and Max Factor, a cosmetics division of Procter & Gamble.

Hamlin, John Mr. John S. Hamlin is Independent Director of Bare Escentuals, Inc., since March 2009. Mr. Hamlin is president and managing partner of Bozeman Limited Partnership, an Austin-based private equity firm. Previously, Mr. Hamlin spent eleven years at Dell Inc. where he served as an executive officer and senior vice president. He was the senior vice president responsible for Dell's global online business as well as Dell's worldwide brand and advertising strategy. Mr. Hamlin also served as senior vice president and general manager of Dell's U.S. consumer business. Mr. Hamlin earned a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Egeck, Michael Mr. Michael R. Egeck is the Independent Director of Bare Escentuals, Inc. He spent over seven years at VF Corporation, a lifestyle apparel company. Most recently he served as president of VF Contemporary Brands, which included the 7 For All Mankind, Splendid, Ella Moss, Lucy Activewear, and John Varvatos brands. He was previously chief executive officer of 7 For All Mankind, LLC, prior to its sale to VF Corporation. Mr. Egeck’s prior roles at VF Corporation included president of VF Outdoor, Inc., which included The North Face, Reef, Vans, and Jansport brands. In these roles, he was responsible for the merchandising, marketing and financial performance of the businesses. Prior to joining VF Corporation, Mr. Egeck spent eight years at Columbia Sportswear as their general manager. He also served as a director of merchandising, design, and sales operations for Unionbay Sportswear for nine years. Mr. Egeck earned his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Washington, Seattle.
