Eggert Voscherau	Dr. Eggert Voscherau has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BASF SE since April 30, 2009. In addition, he acts as Chairman of the Personnel Committee and as Member of the Nominating Committee of the Company. He is Member of the Supervisory Board of Zentrum fuer Europaeische Wirtschaftsforschung GmbH (ZEW). He was Vice Chairman of the Management Board at BASF SE from May 6, 2003 until April 24, 2008 and prior to that was a Member of the Management from November 1, 1996. In 1969, he Joined BASF AG. In 1981, Dr. Voscherau held management position at BASF Brasileira S.A., Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 1984, he was Managing Director at BASF Brasileira S.A., Sao Paulo, Brazil. Harald Schwager	Dr. Harald Schwager has been Member of the Board of Executive Directors at BASF SE since January 1, 2008. He is a member of the Deutsche Akademie der Naturforscher Leopoldina, the American Academy of the Arts and Sciences, the Berlin-Brandenburgische Akademie der Wissenschaften (BBAW), and the Real Academia Espanola de Ciencias.
Franz Fehrenbach	Mr. Franz Fehrenbach has been Member of the Supervisory Board at BASF SE since January 14, 2008.
