Name Description

William Macdonald

 Mr. William L. Macdonald is President, Director of Blackbird Energy Inc. Mr. Macdonald is the sole director and officer of Blackbird Energy Holdings LLC, the Company's wholly-owned Nevada subsidiary. Mr. Macdonald is a founder and principal of Macdonald Tuskey, Corporate and Securities Lawyers, a boutique securities and corporate finance firm located in Vancouver, British Columbia established in April 2008. From February 1998 to April 2008, Mr. Macdonald was a partner with Clark Wilson LLP and a member of the firm’s Corporate Finance / Securities Practice Group. Mr. Macdonald became a director of Pannonia Ventures Corp. on April 13, 2008. Pannonia Ventures has filed a preliminary prospectus with the Commissions and is seeking to list on the Exchange as a CPC. Mr. Macdonald has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since February 1999 and a member of the New York State Bar since February 2002.

Garth Braun

 Mr. Garth J. Braun is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Blackbird Energy Inc. Mr. Braun brings to the Company 22 years of diversified real estate, finance and oil and gas industry experience in operations, finance and strategic planning. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Braun served as one of the lead investment bankers at Gateway Securities Inc. Mr. Braun gained experience in the operations of an international oil and gas company where he served as CEO and Chairman. He has owned and operated several profitable real estate development companies in Canada.

Ron Schmitz

 Mr. Ron A. Schmitz is Chief Financial Officer, Director of Blackbird Energy Inc. He is Principal and President of ASI Accounting Services Inc., which has provided administrative, accounting and office services to public and private companies since July 1995. Mr. Schmitz has been a director of Gold Canyon Resources Inc. (TSX-V: GCU) since April 1997 and is also its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schmitz has been a director of Touchstone Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: TCH.U) from March 1999 to September 1999, and since March 2001 has been its acting Chief Financial Officer. From April, 2001 to March, 2004 Mr. Schmitz was a director and President of Bradner Ventures Ltd., a company with a class of securities registered under the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and also a reporting issuer in British Columbia. Mr. Schmitz was the President, CEO and a director of Knightsbridge Resources Inc., a company with a class of securities registered under the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934, from October 2002 to September of 2007. Knightsbridge Resources Inc. voluntarily ceased reporting under the United States Securities Exchange Act of 1934 in September of 2007. Mr. Schmitz was a director and Chief Financial Officer of Benem Ventures Inc., from December 2001 to September 2005.

Darrell Denney

 Mr. Darrell Denney is Chief Operating Officer, Director of Blackbird Energy Inc. Mr. Denney is a Registered Engineering Technologist with over 30 years of diversified oil and gas industry experience including production, exploitation, drilling and completions. His focus over the last 12 years has been operations and management of small private E&P companies. Most recently, Mr. Denney was President of Ruger Energy Inc., a small private company, and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation since December 14, 2012, focused on oil production and exploration in Saskatchewan. Mr. Denney is a member of the Alberta Society of Engineering Technologists.

Sean Campbell

 Mr. Sean Campbell is Director of Blackbird Energy Inc. Mr. Campbell has over 15 years experience in the oil and gas industry and presently serves as VP and Founder of Suretech Completions Ltd. a subsidiary of a international oil and gas service company. Prior to that he was President and founder of Suretech Tool Services Inc. a private company specializing in innovative and edge downhole tool design. Mr. Campbell is in the engineering and design of downhole liner packer systems used in essentially all horizontal well multi stage fracturing completions.

David Finn

 Mr. David B. Finn is an Independent Director of Blackbird Energy Inc. Mr. Finn is petroleum consultant with 30 years consulting experience in oil and gas property evaluations. Upon graduation from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Diploma in Natural Gas and Petroleum Technology in 1969, he was employed by Amoco Canada Petroleum Company Ltd. From there he returned to University majoring in physical sciences, then re-entering the oil and gas industry with the British Columbia Petroleum Corporation where he monitored natural gas performance of northeastern British Columbia gas fields. In 1978 he began his career in the consulting business with the predecessor company of Gilbert Laustsen Jung Associates Ltd. In 1980 he co-established and was a partner in the Vancouver based oil and gas consulting firm, Esau Finn Associates Ltd. which until 1989 served the resource and financial community of Vancouver. Areas of exposure included continental U.S.A., the western Canadian sedimentary basin as well as limited offshore evaluations. In 1990 Mr. Finn became an independent oil and gas consultant, primarily contracting his services to Gilbert Laustsen Jung Associates Ltd. in Calgary, until returning to Vancouver in 2002, where he continues to provide his consulting services.

Murray Scalf

 Mr. Murray K. Scalf is Independent Director of Blackbird Energy Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Scalf is currently on the boards of Donnybrook Energy Inc. and Donnycreek Energy Inc. Most recently, Mr. Scalf was the President of Dorado Energy Inc., a private oil and gas exploration and production company acquired by Wildstream Exploration Inc. in January 2010. Mr. Scalf was formerly the President of Denim Exploration Corp., and prior thereto, President of Dorchester Energy Inc., both Calgary-based oil and gas companies which were ultimately acquired by senior Canadian producing oil and gas companies. Mr. Scalf is a member of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen.
