| Kramer, Allan | Allan C. Kramer, M.D. serves as Chairman of the Boards of Bridge Capital Holdings and Bridge Bank. Dr. Kramer has been a director of the Company since its inception in 2004 and the Bank since its inception in 2001. Dr. Kramer is currently an investment adviser for a partnership dealing with public, private and angel investments. In addition, Dr. Kramer is President and Chief Executive Officer of KAM, Inc., a Los Altos-based asset management company. Dr. Kramer practiced medicine in the Bay Area from 1968 through 2000. |

| Quigg, Thomas | Thomas M. Quigg is Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Bridge Capital Holdings. Mr. Quigg spent most of his career at Bank of America N.T. & S.A. and its various subsidiaries spanning a nearly four-decade career. Previously, Mr. Quigg served as Managing Director of the Bank of America's High Technology Practice, where he was responsible for worldwide management of that function, including marketing to the Silicon Valley venture capital community. Mr. Quigg's unit served a full spectrum of companies ranging from newly emerging ventures to Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Quigg's top-level executive positions with Bank of America included Division Executive Officer of International investment and Private Banking from 1987 to 1989, Chief Administrative Officer of the World Banking Group from 1982 to 1987, and Regional Senior Vice President of North America Division in Houston, Texas. At the start of his career, he was a lending and administrative officer at various retail branches operated by Bank of America throughout the State of California. Mr. Quigg earned MBA and BS degrees from the University of San Francisco. |

| Williams, Allen | Mr. Allen "Al" Williams is Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of the Bank. Mr. Williams has 32 years of commercial business banking experience, all with Comerica Bank. From 1976 to 1992, he advanced through a variety of credit production, commercial lending, credit administration and management roles within the bank at its Detroit, Michigan headquarters. When Comerica bought San Jose based Plaza Bank of Commerce in 1992, as that bank's entry into the California market, Mr. Williams relocated to California to help develop Comerica's credit administration function in its western market. From 1998 to 2003, he managed the San Jose middle market groups. In 2003, Mr. Williams was named Chief Credit Officer of the Western division of Comerica Bank. In that role, he was responsible for managing a staff of approximately 180, including credit officers, credit analysts and asset-based field examiners overseeing the western division's middle market, technology, entertainment, and small business credit portfolios in California and Arizona. Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. |
| Bradshaw, Margaret | Ms. Margaret "Peggy" Bradshaw is Executive Vice President, Chief Banking Officer of the Bank. Ms. Bradshaw's business banking career spans 30 years. She started her banking career with Wells Fargo in San Francisco. Ms. Bradshaw then joined San Jose based Plaza Bank of Commerce in 1982 to become the Regional Senior Vice President of Middle Market Lending. Upon Plaza Bank's acquisition by Comerica in 1992, Ms. Bradshaw advanced through several increasingly higher roles, including Head of Community Business Banking, Head of Small Business Administration National Department, and eventually Comerica's Head of Personal Financial Services and Small Business Banking Divisions. Ms. Bradshaw is a graduate of Santa Clara University and holds a B.S. in social science. She also holds an M. Ed. from Smith College of Northhampton, MA. Ms. Bradshaw is on the Board of Trustees of Santa Clara University and is on the Advisory Board of the Bannan Institute for Jesuit Education.
