Name Description
Schulze, Richard Mr. Richard M. Schulze serves as Chairman of the Board of Besy Buy Co Inc. He has been an officer and director from inception in 1966 and currently is Chairman of the Board. Effective in June 2002, he relinquished the duties of Chief Executive Officer, having served as principal executive officer for more than 30 years. He is on the board of the University of St. Thomas, chairman of its Executive and Institutional Advancement Committee, and a member of its Board Affairs Committee. Mr. Schulze is also chairman of the board of governors of the University of St. Thomas Business School.
Dunn, Brian Mr. Brian J. Dunn has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Director of Best Buy Co., Inc effective June 24, 2009. He has served as President and Chief Operating Officer in February 2006. A 24-year veteran of Best Buy, Mr. Dunn began his career with as a store associate in 1985. Prior to being named to his current position, Mr. Dunn served as President — Retail, North America since December 2004. Prior to that, he held the positions of Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Regional Vice President, Regional Manager, District Manager, and Store Manager. Skelley, Sean Mr. Sean Skelley is President, International Retail Operations of Best Buy Co., Inc. Mr. Skelley, a 20-year veteran of Best Buy. As president of International Retail Operations, Skelley leads Best Buy's operations in Canada, China, Mexico and Turkey. He also leads Best Buy's multi-channel work in Europe through the company's partnership with The Carphone Warehouse. Prior to assuming this new role, Skelley was senior vice president and leader of Best Buy's services business group where he was responsible for developing a global services strategy and growing the services business in all parts of the world as customers' lifestyles and needs change. Mr. Skelley has dedicated his career to the retail industry. Since 1988, Skelley has served the Best Buy team in several capacities including: senior merchant, district manager, regional manager and, prior to becoming vice president, director of Best Buy services. Judge, Barry Mr. Barry Judge is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc. Mr. Judge joined Best Buy as a member of its e-commerce team in November 1999. He played an integral role in the launch of BestBuy.com and helped pioneer the company's multi-channel consumer marketing and direct marketing efforts. In 2006, his role as senior vice president of marketing expanded to include oversight of the company's customer research and development capability in order to facilitate increased ingenuity in service of customers and focus on growth. Sheehan, Tim Mr. Tim Sheehan is Executive Vice President - Enterprise Retail Operations of Best Buy Co., Inc. He is working to evolve the company's current store support, operations and services into an enterprise-wide capability that will support Best Buy's brands and channels across the globe. Mr. Sheehan started with Best Buy in 1985 as a part-time sales associate when the company operated just a handful of stores. His career flourished as the company grew, moving quickly into leadership positions within the field organization. He spent time as a store general manager, led a team of stores as the district manager and eventually became a regional manager. After working in the field, Sheehan was recruited to help develop a retail support function at the corporate office. He began his work at Best Buy's corporate headquarters as operations director and has held a multitude of positions in retail operations, consumer relations and store support. In his previous role of senior vice president, customer experience creation, Sheehan helped Best Buy's 1 000-plus U.S. stores fulfill the company's brand promise to enhance customers' lives by helping to eliminate their techno stress. His teams also supported Best Buy's international formats and other brands in growth and global planning. Mr. Sheehan has a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Roberts, Neville Mr. Neville Roberts is Chief Information Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc. Roberts joined Best Buy in January 2008 as chief information officer of Best Buy International. Before that, Roberts spent over 18 years at Accenture, most recently as senior partner in their Global Retail Practice where he was responsible for clients such as Wal-Mart International (including ASDA), WHSmith, Argos and Tesco. He worked with these well-respected retailers on a variety of initiatives, including supply chain, multi-channel/e-commerce delivery, technology delivery, CRM and outsourcing. Kaplan, Elliot Mr. Elliot S. Kaplan has been a Director and Secretary of Best Buy Co Inc since January 1971. Since 1961, he has been an attorney with the law firm of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P., Minneapolis, Minnesota, which serves as primary external general counsel. Higgins Victor, Kathy Mr. Kathy J. Higgins Victor has been a Director of Best Buy Co Inc since November 1999. Since 1994, she has been the president of Centera Corporation, an executive development and leadership coaching firm that she founded, which is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. From 1991 to 1994, she was the senior vice president of human resources at Northwest Airlines, Inc., and prior to that held senior executive positions at The Pillsbury Company and Burger King Corporation. He is the former corporate senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for McDonald’s Corporation, which develops, operates, franchises and services a worldwide system of McDonald’s restaurants. Rebolledo, Rogelio Mr. Rogelio M. Rebolledo has been a Director of Best Buy Co Inc since August 2006. In 2007, Mr. Rebolledo retired from his position as chairman of PBG Mexico, the Mexican operations of Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. He began his 30-year career with PepsiCo in 1976 at Sabritas, the salty snack food unit of Frito-Lay International in Mexico. He was responsible for the development of the international Frito-Lay business, first in Latin America and then in Asia. From 2001 to 2003, he was president and chief executive officer of Frito-Lay International. He also served as president and chief executive officer of Pepsi Bottling Group’s Mexico operations from January 2004 until being named chairman. Since 2004, he has been a group president of Caterpillar, Inc. in Peoria, Illinois, the world’s largest manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, and industrial gas turbines, responsible for the company’s Europe-Africa-Middle East Marketing and Operations Divisions; Marine, Petroleum and Electric Power Divisions; and Caterpillar Production System Division. He joined Caterpillar in 1975 and held various accounting and finance positions within the company. From 1987 to 1990, he was in charge of strategy projects and was appointed director of strategy & planning in 1990. From 1995 to 1997, he was managing director of Caterpillar France S.A.
