| O'Neill, Thomas | Thomas C. O'Neill, F.C.A., is Chairman of the Board of BCE Inc. Mr. O’Neill was Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (provider of management consulting and technology services) from January 2002 to May 2002 and then Chair of the Board from May 2002 to October 2002. Mr. O’Neill is a former Vice-Chair of the Board of Governors of Queen’s University and a past member of the Advisory Council of Queen’s University School of Business. He was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Price Waterhouse Canada from 1996 to 1998. He was Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Canada from 1998 to 2001 and was Chief Operating Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Global Organization from 2000 until January 2002. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting from January 2002 to May 2002 and then as Chairman of the Board until October 2002. A graduate of Queen’s University, Mr. O’Neill received his CA designation in 1970 and was awarded the FCA designation in 1988. |

| Oosterman, Wade | Mr. Wade Oosterman serves as President - Bell Mobility and Chief Brand Officer of Bell Canada, subsidiary of BCE Inc. As President of Bell Mobility and Channels, Wade Oosterman leads Bell Canada’s wireless business, retail and distribution channels. | Sweeney, John | Mr. John Sweeney serves as President - Wholesale of Bell Canada, subsidiary of BCE Inc. As President – Wholesale, John Sweeney is accountable for 500 professionals involved in managing and administering Bell’s wholesale activities. In 1973, he joined Motorola after earning a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois. | Anderson, J. Trevor | Mr. J. Trevor Anderson is Executive Vice-President - Network of BCE Inc. Mr. Anderson was formerly Senior Vice-President Technology for Bell Canada, where he was accountable for the technology planning and development of Bell’s National wireline and wireless networks. In this role, he was charged with driving the transition of the current infrastructure to an end-to-end IP based network. His key responsibilities included design and delivery of FTTN, 4G, IP Core, VOIP, IPTV and other service platforms. Previously, as Senior Vice-President Network Operations, Mr. Anderson was responsible for planning, building and maintaining the National network including both core and access. He has also held positions at the Vice President level in Bell’s Broadband division, Technology Development in Bell and Program Management in Stentor and was President of Bell Advance Communications for a period of approximately two years. Earlier in his career, Mr. Anderson held various positions in other disciplines and BCE companies including Marketing & Sales, Telesat and Bell Northern Research. | Brown, Charles | Mr. Charles Brown is Executive Vice President - Strategic Initiatives of BCE Inc. He was President - Small and Medium Business and Bell West of Bell Canada, subsidiary of BCE Inc. Mr. Brown joined Bell as President of Bell Western Region, where he was responsible for expanding Bell’s business beyond Eastern Canada and establishing the company competitively in British Columbia, Alberta and Manitoba. | Turcke, Mary | Ms. Mary Ann Turcke serves as Executive Vice-President - Field Services of BCE Inc. Ms. Turcke leads Bell’s Fields Services group, having previously served as Vice-President, Customer Experience and Operations – Small Medium Business (SMB), where her team provided support for all SMB customers through various call centres, technical help desks and dedicated service consultants. Ms. Turcke graduated from Civil Engineering at Queen’s University in 1988 and began her career in the construction industry, designing and building roads and bridges for the Ministry of Transportation in Ontario. She also holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Masters in Business Administration from Queen’s University. After her MBA, Ms. Turcke worked with A.T. Kearney Management Consultants consulting to clients primarily in the railroad industry. She left A.T. Kearney to become Vice President of Operations & General Manager of Canada for Internet Pictures Corporation (iPIX) a technology firm based in Palo Alto, California. | Wells, David | Mr. David D. Wells serves as Executive Vice-President – Corporate Services of BCE Inc. and Bell Canada. Mr. Wells spent the first 25 years of his career in the Bell organization where he held progressively senior leadership positions in Bell Canada. He later joined Bell Cellular (later to become Bell Mobility) in 1985 when cellular phone service was first launched in Canada. He served as CFO, CIO and EVP of Human Resources at Bell Mobility before taking on the role of President & CEO of Mobility Canada.
