Robert Buck |
Mr. Robert R. Buck is Chairman of the Board of Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. Mr. Buck joined the Company as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and was first elected a director in October 2003. He was appointed Chairman of the Board in March 2007 and remained CEO until January 1, 2011. Prior to joining the Company, he served as President-Uniform Rental Division of Cintas Corporation from 1997 to 2003. From 1991 through 1997, he served as Senior Vice President Midwest Region of Cintas. From 1982 through 1991, he served as Senior Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Cintas. Mr. Buck serves as Chairman of Multi-Color Corporation and as a director of Quanex Building Products Corporation, both publicly-traded companies, and as a director of privately-held LVI Services, Inc. and Elkay Manufacturing. Mr. Buck has a B.A. degree from the University of Cincinnati. |

Mr. Paul M. Isabella is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. Mr. Isabella joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer in November 2007 and was promoted to CEO effective January 1, 2011. Mr. Joseph M. Nowicki has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., effective March 25, 2013. Mr. Nowicki has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Spartan Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAR) (“Spartan”), a public company, since June 2009. Spartan designs, engineers, manufactures, and distributes specialty chassis, specialty vehicles, truck bodies and aftermarket parts for the recreational vehicle, emergency response, government services, defense, and delivery and service markets. Spartan reported annual sales of $471 million for 2012. Prior to his tenure with Spartan, Mr. Nowicki was with Herman Miller, Inc. from 1992 through 2009 where he held progressive financial roles, lastly as Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer. Mr. Nowicki also held past financial positions with IBM and General Motors. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College and an MBA from the University of Michigan. |
Ross Cooper |
Mr. Ross D. Cooper is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Beacon Roofing Supply Inc. Mr. Cooper joined the Company in July 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Cooper was a shareholder of Shulman, Rogers, Gandal, Pordy & Ecker, P.A., a law firm, since 1999. From 1996 to 2006, Mr. Cooper served as outside general counsel to Building Suppliers Corporation, LLC, an organization of roofing and construction materials wholesale distributors. Mr. Cooper received a B.S. in civil engineering from Cornell University and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School. |
Rick Welker |
Mr. Rick C. Welker is Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc. He is no longer Acting Chief Financial Officer effective March 25, 2013. Mr. Welker joined Beacon as Corporate Controller in July 2004, prior to the Company’s IPO, and was promoted to Vice President in February 2006 and to Chief Accounting Officer in November 2011. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant. Prior to joining Beacon, Mr. Welker had previous public company experience and held the following executive positions: Senior Vice President-CFO & Secretary of rue21; Vice President-CFO & Treasurer of Woodworkers Warehouse; and Vice President & Controller of Bradlees Department Stores. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is part of a small percentage of people who have passed both the CPA and CMA exams in the first sitting. Mr. Welker holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Connecticut. |

Mr. James Joseph Gaffney is an Independent Director of Beacon Roofing Supply Inc., since July 2004. From 1998 through 2003, he served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Viking Pacific Holdings, Ltd. and Chairman of the Board of Vermont Investments, Ltd., a New Zealand-based conglomerate, and provided consulting services to GS Capital Partners II, L.P. Mr. Neil S. Novich is an Independent Director of Beacon Roofing Supply, Inc., since July 9, 2012. Mr. Novich is the former Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ryerson, Inc., a global metals distributor and fabricator. He joined Ryerson in 1994 as Chief Operating Officer, was named President and CEO in 1995, and then added Chairman to his title in 1999. He remained Chairman and CEO until 2007, when the company was sold.
