Name Description

James Callaghan

 Mr. James Francis Gerard Callaghan is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. Callaghan has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and director of the Company since February 1991, except for a short period from early March 2012 to late April 2012, when Mr. Callaghan stepped down as the Chief Executive Officer only to be re-appointed in late April 2012. Mr. Callaghan is an independent mining consultant with experience in the junior and senior resource business. He is currently the President, CEO and a director of Blind Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV) (May 2004 – present) Lions Gate Energy Inc. (TSXV) (January 1999 – present), and Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (NEX) (January 2000 – present). In addition, Mr. Callaghan has been a director, officer and/or consultant to the following public companies: Big North Graphite Corp. (formerly Big North Capital Inc.) (TSXV) (director: July 2008 – May 2010), Eaglecrest Explorations Ltd. (TSXV and Frankfurt) (director: February 2005 – April 2009); Hemisphere Energy Corporation (formerly Northern Hemisphere Development Corp.) (TSXV) (President, CEO: March 2000 – November 2006; director: March 2000 – May 2007); Northern Continental Resources Inc. (TSXV) (President, CEO: March 2000 – November 2006; director: March 2000 – May 2007); and Canada Gold Corporation (formerly Metalquest Minerals Inc. and Sonora Gold Corp.) (TSXV) (director: September 2005 – May 2007). He is also the President, manager and a director of Standard Drilling & Engineering Ltd., a private exploration services company, since January 1989.

Minaz Dhanani

 Mr. Minaz Dhanani is Chief Financial Officer, Director of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., since August 31, 2011. Mr. Dhanani has been the CFO of the Company since February 2009 and a director since August 2011. Mr. Dhanani has been an accountant for over 20 years, both in Canada and abroad. Prior to joining the Company as CFO, Mr. Dhanani served as managing director of the Workstation Ltd., a business support services firm located in Tanzania. Mr. Dhanani also serves as the CFO and a director of Wellstar Energy Corp. (NEX) (director: since October 2012, CFO: since April 2009), as CFO of Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (TSXV) (since 2009); as CFO of Lions Gate Energy Inc. (TSXV) (since 2009); and as CFO of Big North Graphite Corp (formerly Big North Capital Inc.) (TSXV) (since 2011). Prior to his appointment as CFO of Barkerville Gold Mines, he acted in the capacity of controller for the Resource Group of Companies beginning in December 2007.

David McMillan

 Mr. David McMillan is Lead Independent Director of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. McMillan currently serves as director and Chairman of Canada Gold Corporation, having served with that company since 2003. With over 40 years in the resource industry, Dave's career has spanned manufacturing, marketing, sales and financing, including 17 years as an Investment Advisor as VP, Senior VP, Director, and member of the Executive Committee for Yorkton Securities and Yorkton Holdings Inc. Dave is currently serving as Chairman and a director of Canada Gold Corporation TSXV (since November 2003), and is an advisor to various venture capital companies.

Norman Anderson

 Mr. Norman Anderson, PEng, is Independent Director of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd., since June 13, 2012. He has worked as a mining engineer, and is a registered Professional Engineer in the province of British Columbia. He spent 35 years with Cominco, now Teck Resources (TSX, NYSE), during which time he spent a four-year period in an executive position with Amax Lead Zinc Inc. In 1978, he became President and Chief Operation Officer of Cominco, and in 1980 he assumed complete responsibility for Cominco's business as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Anderson left the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer position of Comico in 1986. He then launched his consulting career, heading up Norman Anderson & Associates; and he continues as a consultant to the mining industry. During his career, Mr. Anderson served as Chairman and Director of International Corona Corporation, having held that position when it merged with Homestake Mining Company; was Chairman and Director of Hudbay Minerals Inc. (TSX, NYSE) (December 2004-March 2009); was a director of Cia de Minas Buenaventura in Peru (NYSE) (February 1995-March 2011); and Anatolia Mineral Development Ltd. (TSX) (January 2004-April 2008). Currently, he is a director of Rare Elements Resources Ltd. (TSX, NYSE) (2003 – present). He has been a director of many other mining companies, and has served on the boards of Homestake Mining Company, Gulf Canada Resources Limited, Finning International Inc. and TD Bank. Mr. Anderson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Manitoba, became a Professional Engineer in 1961 and became a fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining in 1989.

 Mr. Andrew Hutchinson Rees is Independent Director of Barkerville Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. Rees has been a director of the Company since August 2006. He currently serves as the CEO of WellStar Energy Corp., a position he has held since 2005. He has been involved with public resource companies since 1998 and currently serves as a director of Doubleview Capital Corp. (TSXV) (June 2011-present); Blind Creek Resources Ltd. (TSXV) (May 2004 – present); director of Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. (NEX) (August 2000 – present); director of Lions Gate Energy Inc. (TSXV) (February 2008 – present): and President, CEO and director of Wellstar Energy Corp. (NEX) (March 2005 – present); and director and/or officer of Big North Graphite Corp. (formerly Big North Capital Inc. (TSXV) (director: since November 2007; President and CEO: May 2010 to December 2011). Previously, Mr. Rees was a director of Batero Gold Corp. (TSXV). Mr. Rees received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia in 2008.
