Name Description

David Sear

 Mr. David Valentine James Sear serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Bango Plc. He was appointed as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board since 8 February 2011. He was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 20 August 2010. He is Divisional Managing Director at Travelex Global Business Payments, a company which specialises in international and domestic payment and receipt processing services and solutions. He joined Travelex in March 2006 from Voca Ltd (previously BACS), where he helped to transform the company at the centre of the UK"s payments industry. Prior to Voca, he was Chief Operating Officer at WorldPay Group plc, a global player in the adoption and development of e-Commerce. Earlier in his career David spent seven years at Equifax Cheque Services, the world"s cheque guarantee company, becoming European Managing Director.

Ray Anderson

 Mr. Ray Anderson serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Bango Plc. He has over 25 years experience in starting, growing and selling businesses. He was named “Technology Entrepreneur of the Year” in February 2006. He co-founded Bango in 1999 after realizing that the convergence of the internet with the ubiquity of mobile phones could open up huge opportunities for content and service providers. In 1988, he established IXI which created the industry standard network GUI - X.desktop. IXI was an early leader in the creation of the web. It sponsored the first ever WWW conference at CERN and shipped the world’s first commercial web browser.

Gerald Tucker

 Mr. Gerald Louis Tucker has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Bango PLC., effective November 22, 2012. Gerry is an experienced finance leader and Chartered Accountant. He has considerable experience in growth businesses, mergers and acquisitions, finance regulation and financial modeling. Gerry has worked with several trading, software and games companies. Previous senior financial and operational positions include CFO of PLUS Markets Group and other high-level positions at Kuju Entertainment, Activision, Vodafone Ireland and Deloitte.

David Keeling

 Mr. David Keeling has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer of Bango Plc., effective 05 November 2012. David has held key VP roles at Logica CMG and its spinout company, Acision. While SVP of Global Services at Logica CMG David led a mobile payments program, shaping the organizational model to improve customer intimacy, introducing new processes and procedures, ultimately transforming the business into a high performing unit with increased revenue and contribution per head.

Anil Malhotra

 Mr. Anil Malhotra serves as Senior Vice President - Marketing and Alliances, Executive Director of Bango Plc. He is experienced, senior marketing and business development manager, with over 20 years experience in building entrepreneurial, fast-growth start-up businesses in the internet, software publishing and technology sectors. He co-founded the Company with Mr. Ray Anderson in 1999 and was formerly with IXI, where Anil won worldwide deals with U.S, Japanese and European industry giants including IBM, Digital and Sun Microsystems.

 Dr. Rudy Edward Burger serves as Non-Executive Director of Bango Plc. He is the managing partner at Woodside Capital Partners and serves on the board of AIM quoted ServicePower Technologies plc. He was the founding CEO of MIT Media Lab Europe, a $40M joint venture between MIT and the Irish government. He served as SVP Business Development at Visioneer, EVP and CTO for NEC Packard Bell and VP Software for Xerox. He has a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree from Yale University and gained his Doctorate of Philosophy degree from Cambridge University. His Current Directorships includes: ServicePower Technologies plc, Woodside Capital Partners (UK) Ltd, Woodside Capital Partners International LLP. He also served as a Director of Quester Capital VCT4. He was a director of Scipher plc until his resignation in September 2004. Scipher plc went into administrative receivership in September 2004.

Martin Rigby

 Mr. Martin P. Rigby is Non-Executive Director of Bango Plc. He is founder and joint managing Director of ET Capital Limited, a shareholder in the Company. He has been a venture capital investor for 20 years making and manages investments in innovative technology businesses, principally in network services, software and hardware.
