Mr. David Valentine James Sear serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Bango Plc. He was appointed as Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of the Board since 8 February 2011. He was appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company on 20 August 2010. He is Divisional Managing Director at Travelex Global Business Payments, a company which specialises in international and domestic payment and receipt processing services and solutions. He joined Travelex in March 2006 from Voca Ltd (previously BACS), where he helped to transform the company at the centre of the UK"s payments industry. Prior to Voca, he was Chief Operating Officer at WorldPay Group plc, a global player in the adoption and development of e-Commerce. Earlier in his career David spent seven years at Equifax Cheque Services, the world"s cheque guarantee company, becoming European Managing Director. |

Mr. Ray Anderson serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director of Bango Plc. He has over 25 years experience in starting, growing and selling businesses. He was named “Technology Entrepreneur of the Year” in February 2006. He co-founded Bango in 1999 after realizing that the convergence of the internet with the ubiquity of mobile phones could open up huge opportunities for content and service providers. In 1988, he established IXI which created the industry standard network GUI - X.desktop. IXI was an early leader in the creation of the web. It sponsored the first ever WWW conference at CERN and shipped the world’s first commercial web browser. |

Dr. Rudy Edward Burger serves as Non-Executive Director of Bango Plc. He is the managing partner at Woodside Capital Partners and serves on the board of AIM quoted ServicePower Technologies plc. He was the founding CEO of MIT Media Lab Europe, a $40M joint venture between MIT and the Irish government. He served as SVP Business Development at Visioneer, EVP and CTO for NEC Packard Bell and VP Software for Xerox. He has a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree from Yale University and gained his Doctorate of Philosophy degree from Cambridge University. His Current Directorships includes: ServicePower Technologies plc, Woodside Capital Partners (UK) Ltd, Woodside Capital Partners International LLP. He also served as a Director of Quester Capital VCT4. He was a director of Scipher plc until his resignation in September 2004. Scipher plc went into administrative receivership in September 2004. |
