Danilo Carrera Drouet

Mr. Danilo Carrera Drouet serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Banco de Guayaquil SA. He has held this post since 1995. He has also served as President of Grupo Financiero BG since 1995. Before that, he served as Executive President of the Bank, from 1984 to 1994. In addition, he acted as First Chief Executive Officer of the Bolsa de Valores de Guayaquil, from 1970 until 1972. In 1975, he served as Minister of Industry and Commerce, and then became Chief Executive Officer of Banco Central del Ecuador in 1976. From 1977 to 1984, he served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Financiera del Sur FINANSUR. He also served as President of Fundacion Ecuador, between 1992 and 1994; Member of Comision Ejecutiva del Comite Olimpico de Ecuador, from 1992 to 1996; President of Federacion Ecuatoriana de Tenis, from 1993 to 1997; Director of Corporacion Andina de Fomento, from 1994 to 1996. In 1994, he was appointed as President of el Programa Bolivar and, since 1997, he has served as President of el Comite Olimpico Ecuatoriano. Between 1997 and 1998, he acted as President of la Junta Monetaria. He holds a degree in Economics.

Guillermo Lasso Mendoza

Mr. Guillermo Lasso Mendoza serves as Executive President of Banco de Guayaquil SA. He has held this post since 1994. Julio Mackliff Elizalde

Mr. Julio Mackliff Elizalde serves as Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President of Finance of Banco de Guayaquil SA. He has held these posts since 2004.
