Deaton, Chadwick Mr. Chadwick Deaton is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Baker Hughes Incorporated since February 1, 2008. He has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from October 2004 to January 31, 2008. Mr. Deaton was President and Chief Executive Officer of Hanover Compressor Company (compression services) from 2002 through October 2004. He was a Senior Advisor to Schlumberger Oilfield Services (oilfield services) from 1999 to September 2001 and was an Executive Vice President from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Deaton is a director of CARBO Ceramics, Inc. and Ariel Corporation. He is also a Director of Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas, Houston Achievement Place and Greater Houston Partnership.
Ragauss, Peter Mr. Peter Ragauss is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Baker Hughes, Incorporated since April 2006. He was Segment Controller of Refining and Marketing for BP plc from 2003 to 2006. Soucy, Arthur Mr. Arthur (Art) L. Soucy is Vice President - Supply Chain of Baker Hughes Incorporated.
