Name Description

Paul Zweng

Dr. Paul L. Zweng, Ph.D., has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He was Chief Executive Officer, Director of Bellhaven Copper and Gold Inc. Dr. Paul Zweng has blended a technical and financial background in exploration and mining over the past 30 years. Currently Dr. Zweng is a co-founder and member of Sand & Gold, LLC, the general partner to The Toquepala Fund, LP, a private investment partnership designed to invest in early-stage exploration companies. The Toquepala Fund is Bellhaven's largest shareholder. Dr. Zweng co-founded Antares Minerals, a TSX-V listed company with projects in Argentina and Peru, in late 2003 through the acquisition of a shell company, Planet Ventures. Dr. Zweng hired the initial management team and acquired its first mineral projects, including the Rio Grande copper-gold project located in Argentina. In March 2005, Antares acquired from Phelps Dodge the Haquira copper oxide project in Peru and later discovered copper-molybdenum-gold sulfide mineralization below the oxide at Haquira East in February 2007. The announcement in early January 2008 of drill-hole AHAD-107, containing 943 m @ 0.65% copper, confirmed that a major discovery had been made at Haquira. First Quantum (TSX-FM) acquired Antares for C$650 million in December 2010. He received two B.Sc. degrees with distinction in Geology and Applied Earth Sciences (Mineral Economics) from Stanford University (California) in 1980, a M.Sc. degree in Geology from Queen's University (Ontario) in 1984 and a Ph.D. in Applied Earth Sciences (Ore Deposits) from Stanford University.

Maria Paredes

Ms. Maria Milagros Paredes is President, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Bellhaven Copper and Gold Inc. She has been appointed as President of the Company effective April 3, 2013. Ms. Paredes combines experience as a finance professional with a technical background in geology. Her financial experience was developed at two storied companies, Hewlett Packard and Intel. At Hewlett Packard she was responsible for the Enterprise Division’s budget and planning activities. More recently at the Intel Corporation, she drove the valuation of technologies that would be used in future products, combining finance, risk, and strategic analysis to recommend technologies that would increase revenue while reducing Intel’s risk exposure. Ms. Paredes received a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria Lima-Peru, a M.Sc. degree in Geology from Iowa State University, and an MBA from Cornell University (New York).

Mark Gelmon

Mr. Mark N. Gelmon has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. Mr. Gelmon has provided financial and regulatory expertise to TSX Venture Exchange listed companies in the capacity of director, chief financial officer, and consultant for the past 21 years. His background and skills as a CPA, CA (1995) provides the Company with the skills required for financial management, reporting operating results, liaison with financial institutions, and compliance with today's complex regulatory reporting requirements. Mr. Gelmon has been a partner at iO Corporate Services (Vancouver) since 2007.

Mark Antonvich

Mr. Mark S. Antonvich is Director of the Company. He is currently is executive vice-president and chief legal officer for Vinmar International Ltd. (Houston, Tex.), where he provides legal support to various businesses including chemical manufacturing, project development, marketing and distribution for chemicals and polymers, and fuels trading. Prior to his current eight-year stint with Vinmar International, Mr. Antonich worked as the executive vice-president and general counsel for Hexion Specialty Chemicals, senior counsel for Enron Global Exploration and Production, and senior corporate counsel for BHP Minerals. At BHP Minerals in the late 1990s and early 2000s, Mr. Antonvich worked with follow BHP employee Paul Zweng (currently a Bellhaven director) in securing the rights of Tenke Fungurume, at the time one of the world's largest and highest-grade undeveloped copper projects located in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Mr. Antonvich's career as a corporate lawyer spans over 30 years of extensive and wide-ranging experiences resolving significant legal, business and compliance issues on a global basis. He has participated in international transactions for many years, including mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Antonvich's industry experience includes commodity and specialty chemical manufacturing, oil and gas exploration and production, hard-rock mining and exploration, production and refining, polymers, chemicals and fuels project development, marketing, distribution and trading, and family office investments, venture capital and private equity.

Alfredo Burgos

Mr. Alfredo Burgos serves as Independent Director of Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. He is General Coordinator, Private Enterprise National Council (CONEP), June 2001-present, Executive Director, Cleaner Production Center of Panama. December 2004-present, Director of Aurum Exploration Corp. and Cuprum Resources Inc.
