Julio Benedetti

 Mr. Julio C. Benedetti has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc., effective April 3, 2013. Mr. Benedetti currently serves as the President of the Panama Chamber of Mines. In the 1980's, Mr. Benedetti was involved in the discovery of two Panamanian gold deposits (Santa Rosa and Remance) that were developed into gold mines in the 1990´s. He was also involved in the discovery of the Cerro Quema high sulphidation gold deposit and its subsequent acquisition by Bellhaven and sale to Pershimco Resources.

Maria Paredes

 Ms. Maria Milagros Paredes is President, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Bellhaven Copper and Gold Inc. She has been appointed as President of the Company effective April 3, 2013. Ms. Paredes combines experience as a finance professional with a technical background in geology. Her financial experience was developed at two storied companies, Hewlett Packard and Intel. At Hewlett Packard she was responsible for the Enterprise Division’s budget and planning activities. More recently at the Intel Corporation, she drove the valuation of technologies that would be used in future products, combining finance, risk, and strategic analysis to recommend technologies that would increase revenue while reducing Intel’s risk exposure. Ms. Paredes received a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria Lima-Peru, a M.Sc. degree in Geology from Iowa State University, and an MBA from Cornell University (New York).

Patrick Abraham

 Mr. Patrick Abraham is Independent Director of Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. He has held various management positions within the international investments and advisory services industry over the last decade. With his father, Larry H. Abraham and other investors, Patrick founded PanAmerica Capital Group in 1998 and has managed the company since inception. Mr. Abraham has overseen all aspects of PanAmerica’s operations, developing it into one of the and most respected independent financial services firms in the region. Mr. Abraham has negotiated private equity and debt financings for over 150 publicly listed and private companies with an aggregate investment of over US$200 million. A decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy who served during Desert Storm/Desert Shield.

 Mr. Alfredo Burgos serves as Independent Director of Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. He is General Coordinator, Private Enterprise National Council (CONEP), June 2001-present, Executive Director, Cleaner Production Center of Panama. December 2004-present, Director of Aurum Exploration Corp. and Cuprum Resources Inc.

Cyrus Driver

 Mr. Cyrus H. Driver is Independent Director of Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. He is a chartered accountant and a partner with Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants since March, 2002 and before that, a partner with Driver Anderson, Chartered Accountants from February, 1982 until its merger with Davidson & Company in March, 2002. Mr Driver has served as a director of numerous other reporting issuers and has experience in advising public companies and assisting them with their financial disclosure requirements.

Robert Wasylyshyn

 Mr. Robert S. Wasylyshyn serves as Independent Director of Bellhaven Copper & Gold Inc. He graduated from the University of Alberta in 1981 with a B.Sc. (Geology) and has been employed fulltime in the mining and exploration industry since that time. During the last 27 years he has been involved in all aspects of underground and open pit mining and mining exploration. His experience spans early stage project generation to advanced studies of mineral deposits and corporate management at a Board level. Mr. Wasylyshyn is currently President of Gold-Ore Resources Ltd. and has also been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia since 1993.
