Name Description

William Ollerhead

 Mr. William W. Ollerhead is Independent Chairman of the Board of BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. Mr. Ollerhead is the principal of Ollerhead Capital, a corporate finance consultancy operating as a division of Chunkerhead Ltd., a private owned investment and management services company. Mr. Ollerhead founded and is the CFO and Managing Director of Chunkerhead Ltd., where he actively manages that company’s investment portfolio and administers its other management operations. Mr. Ollerhead has over 20 years of experience in the capital markets and corporate finance field, with the majority devoted principally to fixed income private placements. Mr. Ollerhead was also the founder of Ollerhead Capital Corporation, in 1997, which, until its sale in December of 2009, provided advisory services in respect of the structuring and arranging of private debt financing, for transactions totaling approximately $800 million. He is also a member, and chairs the audit committee of the board of directors of United Reef Limited (TSXV: URP), and sits on the board of directors of Thermal Energy International Inc. (TSXV: TMG). Previously, Mr. Ollerhead worked for what was at the time Canada’s independent full service investment dealer, as a member of both its Corporate Finance and Fixed Income Sales and Trading departments. Prior to that, he worked with two Canadian institutional investors, latterly co-administering approximately $2 billion in private placement investments. Mr. Ollerhead holds a B.A. with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Western Ontario, and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from McGill University. Mr. Ollerhead has also completed the Director’s Education Program at the Rotman School of Business (University of Toronto).

Chris Schnarr

 Mr. Chris Schnarr is Chief Executive Officer, Director of BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. He has 20 years of experience founding, managing, and advising high growth companies, including strategy, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate development, and operations. Mr. Schnarr was a founder of Wireless Matrix Company in 1993. During his tenure with Wireless Matrix, he served as Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, President, and as a Director of the company. Over various periods, Mr. Schnarr was responsible for accounting, corporate finance, capital markets, corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, corporate governance, operations, and administration. Mr. Schnarr is also the founder, President, and a Director of Endura Capital Inc., a private tax, risk advisory, and management firm with offices in Toronto and Montreal. Mr. Schnarr is a Director of Legumex Walker Inc. (TSX: LWI). Mr. Schnarr holds a Masters in Business Administration (finance) from University of British Columbia (1990), and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Minor in Economics, from Wilfrid Laurier University (1989).

Greg Furyk

 Mr. Greg Furyk, CA, is Chief Financial Officer of BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. Mr. Furyk joined BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. in 2008 in the role of Corporate Controller, and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November, 2011. Prior to joining BioExx, Mr. Furyk was a senior assurance manager in the field of public accounting, at two Toronto based public accounting firms, specializing in private owner managed businesses including those in the fields of manufacturing, automotive, advertising and other service related industries. Mr. Furyk has also provided consulting services relating to accounting, tax and finance related issues to both privately and publically managed businesses within the mining and exploration and service related industries. Mr. Furyk holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Samah Garringer

 Ms. Samah Garringer is Executive Vice President of BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. Ms. Garringer has spent more than 20 years focused on Business Development, Sales, Administration and Finance of retail companies, technology and manufacturing start-ups, in Canada and Brazil. Prior to BioExx, Ms. Garringer spent 7 years as the General Director of Colormatrix, South America which was established in 1997, initially as an import/export venture in the plastics-related industry in Brazil. The company then expanded to become a manufacturer of colorants and additives in the plastics field in the state of Sao Paulo. Prior to Colormatrix, Ms. Garringer spent 10 years in senior management positions with Consumers Distributing, a $500 million dollar company with 170 retail stores in Canada, in various roles including store operations, distribution, legal and finance. Ms. Garringer was educated at the American University of Cairo, with a B.A. in Economics and post graduate studies in Business and Finance.

Peter Lacey

 Mr. Peter Alan Lacey is Independent Director of BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. Mr. Lacey is currently President and CEO of Cervus Equipment Corporation (TSX: CVL) and Proventure Income Fund (TSXV: PVT.UN). Cervus consists of 15 John Deere agricultural and grounds care dealerships across Western Canada, 5 Bobcat and JCB Construction equipment dealerships in Alberta, and 10 material handling equipment dealerships in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta, with annual sales in 2011 of $560 million. Mr. Lacey also serves, or has served, on a number of boards of companies and nonprofit organizations including Chairman of Eveready Income Fund (TSX: EIS.UN), which was purchased by Clean Harbors, a Director of Collicutt Energy Services (TSX: COH) prior to its acquisition by Finning Canada Ltd., a Director and Chairman of the Red Deer College Board of Governors for 7 years, a Trustee on the Board of Alberta Ingenuity Fund, a provincially sponsored endowment fund of $900 million provided by the Province of Alberta to encourage science and engineering related research and researchers, and as a Director and President of Canada West Equipment Dealers Association, the trade association serving the farm equipment dealer industry.

John MacDonald

 Mr. John MacDonald is Independent Director of BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. He is Managing Partner of John MacDonald and Associates, a firm of established accounting and tax professionals he founded in 1989 after several years in senior management positions with the Government of Ontario. From the accounting platform, Mr. MacDonald has extended the firm to include Oakville Investment Corporation which is involved in management, private equity and growth/turnaround opportunities in private and public companies. Currently Mr. MacDonald serves on the Board of Luxell Technologies Inc. which he took private in 2008, and several private companies in Canada and China. Mr. MacDonald also serves on several charitable boards in Canada and the US. Mr. MacDonald received a degree in Economics from University of Western Ontario in 1980, received his Certified General Accountant designation in 1985, and his Licensed Public Accountant designation in 2011.

Richard Rumble

 Mr. Richard M. Rumble is Independent Director of BioExx Specialty Proteins Ltd. Mr. Rumble presently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of TSO3 Inc. (TSX: TOS), an innovator in low temperature sterilization systems used in health care settings. Mr. Rumble has accumulated more than 25 years of experience within the North American and global medical industry. Mr. Rumble holds a BSc in biology and an Honours BSc in microbiology and immunology from the University of Western Ontario. Prior positions held by Mr. Rumble include President of Berchtold Corporation, Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Strategic Diagnostics Inc., Vice President and General Manager of STERIS Corporation, and President and Chief Executive Officer of MediVators Inc. In addition, Mr. Rumble held a number of domestic and international management positions at 3M Company.

Markus Vettiger

 Mr. Markus Vettiger is Independent Director of Bioexx Specialty Proteins Ltd. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Maestrani Swiss Chocolates Ltd., of Flawil, Switzerland. His more than 30 year management career includes food products industry experience in food additives, ingredients, dairy, and confectionary, in manufacturing, distribution, and marketing capacities. He is a business graduate of the Handelsschule des Kaufmännischen Vereins Rapperswil, in Switzerland, and has completed executive programs at INSEAD, Fontainebleau, France, and in Singapore.
